1 Synowie Lewiego: Gerszom, Kehat i Merari.

The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath, and Merari.

2 A synowie Kehata: Amram, Ishar, Chebron i Uzziel.

The sons of Kohath: Amram, Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

3 A dzieci Amrama: Aaron, Mojżesz i Miriam. Synowie Aarona: Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar i Itamar.

The children of Amram: Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam. The sons of Aaron: Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

4 Eleazar spłodził Pinchasa, a Pinchas spłodził Abiszuę.

Eleazar became the father of Phinehas, Phinehas became the father of Abishua,

5 Abiszua spłodził Bukkiego, a Bukki spłodził Uzziego.

and Abishua became the father of Bukki, and Bukki became the father of Uzzi,

6 Uzzi spłodził Zerachiasza, a Zerachiasz spłodził Merajota.

and Uzzi became the father of Zerahiah, and Zerahiah became the father of Meraioth,

7 Merajot spłodził Amariasza, a Amariasz spłodził Achituba.

Meraioth became the father of Amariah, and Amariah became the father of Ahitub,

8 Achitub spłodził Sadoka, a Sadok spłodził Achimaasa.

and Ahitub became the father of Zadok, and Zadok became the father of Ahimaaz,

9 Achimaas spłodził Azariasza, a Azariasz spłodził Jochanana.

and Ahimaaz became the father of Azariah, and Azariah became the father of Johanan,

10 Jochanan spłodził Azariasza. On to sprawował urząd kapłański w świątyni, którą Salomon zbudował w Jerozolimie.

and Johanan became the father of Azariah, (he it is who executed the priest's office in the house that Solomon built in Jerusalem),

11 Azariasz spłodził Amariasza, a Amariasz spłodził Achituba.

and Azariah became the father of Amariah, and Amariah became the father of Ahitub,

12 Achitub spłodził Sadoka, a Sadok spłodził Szalluma.

and Ahitub became the father of Zadok, and Zadok became the father of Shallum,

13 Szallum spłodził Chilkiasza, a Chilkiasz spłodził Azariasza.

and Shallum became the father of Hilkiah, and Hilkiah became the father of Azariah,

14 Azariasz spłodził Serajasza, a Serajasz spłodził Jehocadaka.

and Azariah became the father of Seraiah, and Seraiah became the father of Jehozadak;

15 A Jehocadak trafił [do niewoli], gdy PAN uprowadził Judę i Jerozolimę przez Nabuchodonozora.

Jehozadak went into captivity, when the LORD carried away Judah and Jerusalem by the hand of Nebuchadnezzar.

16 Synowie Lewiego: Gerszom, Kehat i Merari.

The sons of Levi: Gershom, Kohath, and Merari.

17 A to [są] imiona synów Gerszoma: Libni i Szimei.

These are the names of the sons of Gershom: Libni and Shimei.

18 A synowie Kehata: Amram, Ishar, Chebron i Uzziel.

The sons of Kohath were Amram, and Izhar, and Hebron, and Uzziel.

19 Synowie Merariego: Machli i Muszi. A to są rody Lewitów według ich ojców.

The sons of Merari: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' houses.

20 Od Gerszoma: jego syn Libni, jego syn Jachat, jego syn Zimma;

Of Gershom: Libni his son, Jahath his son, Zimmah his son,

21 Jego syn Joach, jego syn Iddo, jego syn Zerach, jego syn Jeatraj.

Joah his son, Iddo his son, Zerah his son, Jeatherai his son.

22 Synowie Kehata: jego syn Amminadab, jego syn Korach, jego syn Assir;

The descendants of Kohath: Amminadab his son, Korah his son, Assir his son,

23 Jego syn Elkana, jego syn Ebiasaf, jego syn Assir;

Elkanah his son, and Abiasaph his son, and Assir his son,

24 Jego syn Tachat, jego syn Uriel, jego syn Uzjasz, jego syn Saul.

Tahath his son, Uriel his son, Uzziah his son, and Shaul his son.

25 Synowie Elkany: Amasaj, Achimot i Elkana.

The sons of Elkanah: Amasai, and Ahimoth.

26 Synowie Elkany: jego syn Sofaj, jego syn Nachat;

Elkanah his son, Zuphai his son, and Nahath his son,

27 Jego syn Eliab, jego syn Jerocham, jego syn Elkana.

Eliab his son, Jeroham his son, Elkanah his son, Samuel his son.

28 Synowie Samuela: pierworodny Waszni i Abiasz.

The sons of Samuel: the firstborn Joel, and the second Abijah.

29 Synowie Merariego: Machli, jego syn Libni, jego syn Szimei, jego syn Uzza;

The descendants of Merari: Mahli his son, Libni his son, Shimei his son, Uzzah his son,

30 Jego syn Szimea, jego syn Chaggiasz, jego syn Asajasz.

Shimea his son, Haggiah his son, Asaiah his son.

31 To są ci, których Dawid ustanowił do prowadzenia śpiewu w domu PANA, odkąd spoczęła [tam] arka.

These are they whom David set over the service of song in the house of the LORD, after that the ark had rest.

32 I posługiwali śpiewem przed przybytkiem, [czyli] Namiotem Zgromadzenia, aż Salomon zbudował dom PANA w Jerozolimie. Stawali do swojej służby według swego porządku.

They ministered with song before the tabernacle of the Tent of Meeting, until Solomon had built the house of the LORD in Jerusalem: and they waited on their office according to their order.

33 A oto ci, którzy stawali wraz ze swoimi synami: spośród synów Kehata – śpiewak Heman, syn Joela, syna Samuela;

These are those who waited, and their sons. Of the descendants of the Kohathites: Heman the singer, the son of Joel, the son of Samuel,

34 Syna Elkany, syna Jerochama, syna Eliela, syna Toacha;

the son of Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Eliel, the son of Toah,

35 Syna Sufa, syna Elkany, syna Machata, syna Amasaja;

the son of Zuph, the son of Elkanah, the son of Mahath, the son of Amasai,

36 Syna Elkany, syna Joela, syna Azariasza, syna Sofoniasza;

the son of Elkanah, the son of Joel, the son of Azariah, the son of Zephaniah,

37 Syna Tachata, syna Assira, syna Ebiasafa, syna Koracha;

the son of Tahath, the son of Assir, the son of Abiasaph, the son of Korah,

38 Syna Ishara, syna Kehata, syna Lewiego, syna Izraela.

the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, the son of Israel.

39 Oraz jego brat Asaf, który stawał po jego prawicy. Asaf, syn Berechiasza, syna Szimei;

His brother Asaph, who stood on his right hand, even Asaph the son of Berechiah, the son of Shimea,

40 Syna Mikaela, syna Baasejasza, syna Malkiasza;

the son of Michael, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Malchijah,

41 Syna Etniego, syna Zeracha, syna Adajasza;

the son of Ethni, the son of Zerah, the son of Adaiah,

42 Syna Etana, syna Zimmy, syna Szimejego;

the son of Ethan, the son of Zimmah, the son of Shimei,

43 Syna Jachata, syna Gerszoma, syna Lewiego.

the son of Jahath, the son of Gershom, the son of Levi.

44 A ich bracia, synowie Merariego, [stawali] po lewej stronie: Etan, syn Kisziego, syna Abdiego, syna Malluka;

On the left hand their brothers the descendants of Merari: Ethan the son of Kishi, the son of Abdi, the son of Malluch,

45 Syna Chaszabiasza, syna Amaziasza, syna Chilkiasza.

the son of Hashabiah, the son of Amaziah, the son of Hilkiah,

46 Syna Amsjego, syna Baniego, syna Szamera;

the son of Amzi, the son of Bani, the son of Shemer,

47 Syna Mochliego, syna Musziego, syna Merariego, syna Lewiego.

the son of Mahli, the son of Mushi, the son of Merari, the son of Levi.

48 A ich bracia, Lewici, [byli] ustanowieni do wszelkiej posługi w przybytku domu Boga.

Their brothers the Levites were appointed for all the service of the tabernacle of the house of God.

49 Aaron zaś i jego synowie palili kadzidło na ołtarzu całopalenia i na ołtarzu kadzenia, [byli odpowiedzialni] za wszelką posługę w Miejscu Najświętszym i za dokonywanie przebłagania za Izraela według wszystkiego, co nakazał Mojżesz, sługa Boży.

But Aaron and his sons offered on the altar of burnt offering, and on the altar of incense, for all the work of the most holy place, and to make atonement for Israel, according to all that Moses the servant of God had commanded.

50 A oto synowie Aarona: jego syn Eleazar, jego syn Pinchas;

These are the descendants of Aaron: Eleazar his son, Phinehas his son, Abishua his son,

51 Jego syn Abiszua, jego syn Bukki, jego syn Uzzi, jego syn Zerachiasz;

Bukki his son, Uzzi his son, Zerahiah his son,

52 Jego syn Merajot, jego syn Amariasz, jego syn Achitub;

Meraioth his son, Amariah his son, Ahitub his son,

53 Jego syn Sadok, jego syn Achimaas.

Zadok his son, Ahimaaz his son.

54 A to są ich mieszkania według ich wieży w ich obszarze, [to jest] synów Aarona, według rodu Kehatytów. Był [to] bowiem ich los.

Now these are their dwelling places according to their encampments in their borders: to the descendants of Aaron, of the families of the Kohathites (for theirs was the first lot),

55 Oddano im Hebron w ziemi Judy wraz z pastwiskami dokoła niego;

to them they gave Hebron in the land of Judah, and its suburbs around it;

56 Lecz pola miasta i jego wsie dano Kalebowi, synowi Jefunnego.

but the fields of the city, and its villages, they gave to Caleb the son of Jephunneh.

57 Synom Aarona zaś dano spośród miast Judy [miasta] schronienia: Hebron, Libnę z jego pastwiskami, Jattir i Esztemoę wraz z ich pastwiskami;

To the descendants of Aaron they gave the cities of refuge, Hebron; Libnah also with its suburbs, and Jattir, and Eshtemoa with its suburbs,

58 I Chilen z jego pastwiskami, Debir z jego pastwiskami;

and Hilen with its suburbs, Debir with its suburbs,

59 Aszan z jego pastwiskami i Bet-Szemesz z jego pastwiskami.

and Ashan with its suburbs, and Juttah with its suburbs, and Beth Shemesh with its suburbs;

60 A od pokolenia Beniamina: Geba z jego pastwiskami, Alemet z jego pastwiskami i Anatot z jego pastwiskami. Wszystkich ich miast było trzynaście według ich rodzin.

and out of the tribe of Benjamin, Gibeon with its suburbs, Geba with its suburbs, and Allemeth with its suburbs, and Anathoth with its suburbs. All their cities throughout their families were thirteen cities.

61 A pozostałym synom Kehata, spośród rodziny tego pokolenia, przypadło losem dziesięć miast od połowy pokolenia Manassesa.

To the rest of the descendants of Kohath were given by lot, out of the family of the tribe, out of the half-tribe, the half of Manasseh, ten cities.

62 A synom Gerszoma według ich rodzin przypadło od pokolenia Issachara, od pokolenia Aszera, od pokolenia Neftalego i od pokolenia Manassesa w Baszanie – trzynaście miast.

To the descendants of Gershom, according to their families, out of the tribe of Issachar, and out of the tribe of Asher, and out of the tribe of Naphtali, and out of the tribe of Manasseh in Bashan, thirteen cities.

63 Synom Merariego według ich rodzin przypadło losem od pokolenia Rubena, od pokolenia Gada i od pokolenia Zebulona – dwanaście miast.

To the descendants of Merari were given by lot, according to their families, out of the tribe of Reuben, and out of the tribe of Gad, and out of the tribe of Zebulun, twelve cities.

64 Synowie Izraela dali Lewitom te miasta wraz z ich pastwiskami.

The children of Israel gave to the Levites the cities with their suburbs.

65 A dali przez los od pokolenia synów Judy, od pokolenia synów Symeona i od pokolenia synów Beniamina te miasta, którym nadali ich imiona.

They gave by lot out of the tribe of the descendants of Judah, and out of the tribe of the people of Simeon, and out of the tribe of the people of Benjamin, these cities which are mentioned by name.

66 A ci, którzy pochodzili z rodu synów Kehata, mieli miasta w granicach pokolenia Efraima.

Some of the families of the descendants of Kohath, of the Levites, even the rest of the descendants of Kohath, had cities of their borders out of the tribe of Ephraim.

67 Dano im z miast schronienia: Sychem z jego pastwiskami na górze Efraim i Gezer z jego pastwiskami;

They gave to them the cities of refuge, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim with its suburbs; Gezer also with its suburbs,

68 Jokmeam z jego pastwiskami, Bet-Choron z jego pastwiskami;

and Jokmeam with its suburbs, and Beth Horon with its suburbs,

69 Ajjalon z jego pastwiskami i Gat-Rimmon z jego pastwiskami.

and Aijalon with its suburbs, and Gath Rimmon with its suburbs;

70 Od połowy pokolenia Manassesa: Aner z jego pastwiskami, Bileam z jego pastwiskami. [Dano to] rodzinie pozostałych synów Kehata.

and out of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Taanach with its suburbs, and Ibleam with its suburbs, for the rest of the family of the descendants of Kohath.

71 Synom Gerszoma [dano] od połowy pokolenia Manassesa Golan w Baszanie z jego pastwiskami i Asztarot z jego pastwiskami;

To the descendants of Gershom were given, out of the family of the half-tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan with its suburbs, and Ashtaroth with its suburbs;

72 Od pokolenia Issachara – Kedesz z jego pastwiskami, Daberat z jego pastwiskami;

and out of the tribe of Issachar, Kedesh with its suburbs, Daberath with its suburbs,

73 Ramot z jego pastwiskami i Anem z jego pastwiskami.

and Ramoth with its suburbs, and Anem with its suburbs;

74 Od pokolenia Aszera: Maszal z jego pastwiskami, Abdon z jego pastwiskami;

and out of the tribe of Asher, Mashal with its suburbs, and Abdon with its suburbs,

75 Chukok z jego pastwiskami i Rechob z jego pastwiskami.

and Hukok with its suburbs, and Rehob with its suburbs;

76 Od pokolenia Neftalego: Kedesz w Galilei z jego pastwiskami, Chammon z jego pastwiskami i Kiriataim z jego pastwiskami.

and out of the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee with its suburbs, and Hammon with its suburbs, and Kiriathaim with its suburbs.

77 Pozostałym synom Merariego [dano] od pokolenia Zebulona Rimmon z jego pastwiskami i Tabor z jego pastwiskami.

To the rest of the Levites, the descendants of Merari, were given, out of the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam with its suburbs, Rimmon with its suburbs, and Tabor with its suburbs, and Nahalal with its suburbs.

78 A po drugiej stronie Jordanu koło Jerycha, na wschód od Jordanu, [dano] od pokolenia Rubena: Beser na pustyni z jego pastwiskami, Jahazę z jej pastwiskami;

And beyond the Jordan at Jericho, on the east side of the Jordan, were given them, out of the tribe of Reuben, Bezer in the wilderness with its suburbs, and Jahzah with its suburbs,

79 Kedemot z jego pastwiskami i Mefaat z jego pastwiskami.

and Kedemoth with its suburbs, and Mephaath with its suburbs;

80 Od pokolenia Gada: Ramot w Gileadzie z jego pastwiskami, Machanaim z jego pastwiskami;

and out of the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead with its suburbs, and Mahanaim with its suburbs,

81 Cheszbon z jego pastwiskami i Jazer z jego pastwiskami.

and Heshbon with its suburbs, and Jazer with its suburbs.
