[The first person God created was Adam]. Adam’s [son was] Seth. [Seth’s son was] Enosh. [Enosh’s son was] Kenan.
2 Kenan, Mahalaleel, Jered;
[Kenan’s son was] Mahalalel. [Mahalalel’s son was] Jared. [Jared’s son was] Enoch.
3 Henoch, Matuzalem, Lamech;
[Enoch’s son was] Methuselah. [Methusalah’s son was] Lamech. [Lamech’s son was] Noah.
4 Noe, Sem, Cham i Jafet.
[Noah’s sons were] Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
5 Synowie Jafeta: Gomer, Magog, Madaj, Jawan, Tubal, Meszek i Tiras.
The sons (OR, descendants) of Japheth were Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.
6 A synowie Gomera: Aszkenaz, Rifat i Togarma.
The sons (OR, descendants) of Gomer were Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.
7 A synowie Jawana: Elisa i Tarszisz, Cytym i Dodanim.
The descendants of Javan were Elishah, Tarshish, Kittim, and Rodanim.
8 Synowie Chama: Kusz, Misraim, Put i Kanaan.
The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim (OR, Egypt), Put, and Canaan.
9 A synowie Kusza: Seba, Chaawila, Sabta, Rama i Sabteka. A synowie Ramy: Szeba i Dedan.
The descendants of Cush were Seba, Havilah, Sabtah, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons (OR, descendants) of Raamah were Sheba and Dedan.
10 Kusz spłodził Nimroda, który zaczął być mocarzem na ziemi.

19 Eberowi zaś urodzili się dwaj synowie: jeden [miał] na imię Peleg, gdyż za jego czasów ziemia została rozdzielona, a imię brata jego – Joktan.
Eber had two sons. One was named Peleg [which sounds like the word that means ‘divided’] because during the time that he lived, [the people on] the earth were divided [into various language groups]. Peleg’s [younger] brother was Joktan.

[Another descendant of Esau was Seir. His descendants lived in the Edom region]. Seir’s sons were Lotan, Shobal, Zibeon, Anah, Dishon, Ezer, and Dishan.

50 A gdy Baalchanan umarł, królował w jego miejsce Hadad. Jego miasto nazywało się Pai, a jego żona miała na imię Mehetabel, [była to] córka Matredy, córki Mezahaba.
When Baal-Hanan died, Hadad became the king. He was from Pau city. His wife’s name was Mehetabel; she was the daughter of Matred and the granddaughter of Me-Zahab.
