Mateusza 20

1 Albowiem podobne jest królestwo niebieskie człowiekowi gospodarzowi, który wyszedł bardzo rano najmować robotników do winnicy swojej.

Like for is the kingdom of the heavens to a man a master of a house who went out in [the] morning to hire workmen for the vineyard of him.

2 A zmówiwszy się z robotnikami z grosza na dzień posłał je do winnicy swojej.

(and *o*) Having agreed then with the workmen for a denarius for the day he sent them into the vineyard of him.

3 A wyszedłszy o trzeciej godzinie, ujrzał drugich, którzy stali na rynku próżnujący;

And having gone out about (the *k*) third hour he saw others already standing in the marketplace idle

4 I rzekł im: Idźcie i wy do winnicy, a co będzie sprawiedliwego, dam wam.

and to those he said; do go also you yourselves into the vineyard, and whatever if shall be right I will give you. And they went.

5 A oni poszli. Zasię wyszedłszy o szóstej i dziewiątej godzinie, także uczynił.

Again (then *no*) having gone out about [the] sixth and ninth hour he did likewise.

6 Potem o jedenastej godzinie wyszedłszy, znalazł drugie, którzy stali próżnujący, i rzekł im: Przecz tu stoicie cały dzień próżnujący?

About then the eleventh (hour *k*) having gone out he found others already standing (idle *K*) and he says to them; Why here you have stood all the day idle?

7 Rzekli mu: Iż nas nikt nie najął; i rzekł im: Idźcie i wy do winnicy, a co będzie sprawiedliwego, weźmiecie.

They say to him Because no [one] us has hired. He says to them; do go also You yourselves into the vineyard’ (and what if shall be right you will receive. *K*)

8 A gdy był wieczór, rzekł pan winnicy sprawcy swemu: Zawołaj robotników, a oddaj im zapłatę, począwszy od ostatnich aż do pierwszych.

Evening then having arrived says the master of the vineyard to the foreman of him; do call the workmen and do pay to them the wages having begun from the last until the first.

9 A gdy przyszli oni, którzy o jedenastej godzinie byli najęci, wziął każdy z nich po groszu.

And having come (now *o*) those [hired] about the eleventh hour they received each a denarius.

10 Przyszedłszy też i pierwsi, mniemali, że więcej wezmą; ale wzięli i oni, każdy z nich, po groszu.

(And *no*) having come (now *k*) the first they thought that (more *N(k)O*) they will receive; but they received (those *no*) each a denarius also themselves.

11 A wziąwszy, szemrali przeciwko gospodarzowi,

Having received now they were grumbling against the master of the house

12 Mówiąc: Ci ostatni jednę godzinę robili, a uczyniłeś je nam równymi, którzyśmy znosili ciężar dnia i upalenie.

saying (that: *k*) These the last one hour worked, and equal to us them you have made, to [we] who having borne the burden of the day and the scorching heat.

13 A on odpowiadając rzekł jednemu z nich: Przyjacielu! nie czynię ci krzywdy; azaż się nie z grosza zmówił ze mną?

And answering to one of them he said; Friend, not I do wrong you; Surely for a denarius you did agree with me?

14 Weźmij, co twojego jest, a idź; chcę bowiem temu ostatniemu dać jako i tobie.

do take what [is] yours and do go. I desire now to this last to give as also to you;

15 Azaż mi się nie godzi czynić z mojem, co chcę? Czyli oko twoje złośliwe jest, iżem ja jest dobry?

Or surely it is lawful for me what I want to do with that which [is] mine? (Or *N(K)O*) the eye of you envious is because I myself generous am?

16 Takci będą ostatni pierwszymi, a pierwsi ostatnimi; albowiem wiele jest wezwanych, ale mało wybranych.

Thus will be the last first and the first last (many for are called few now chosen. *KO*)

17 A wstępując Jezus do Jeruzalemu, wziął z sobą dwanaście uczniów na osobne miejsce w drodze, i rzekł im:

And (soon to be *O*) (now *o*) (going up *NK(o)*) Jesus to Jerusalem He took the twelve disciples aside [on their] own and on the way He said to them;

18 Oto wstępujemy do Jeruzalemu, Syn człowieczy będzie wydany przedniejszym kapłanom i nauczonym w Piśmie, i osądzą go na śmierć.

Behold we go up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and scribes, and they will condemn Him to death

19 I wydadzą go poganom na pośmiewanie i na ubiczowanie i na ukrzyżowanie; ale trzeciego dnia zmartwychwstanie.

and they will betray Him to the Gentiles unto to mock and to flog and to crucify; and on the third day (He will rise again. *N(k)O*)

20 Tedy przystąpiła do niego matka synów Zebedeuszowych z synami swoimi, kłaniając mu się, i prosząc nieco od niego.

Then came to Him the mother of the sons of Zebedee with the sons of her kneeling down and asking something (away from *N(k)O*) Him.

21 A on jej rzekł; Czegóż chcesz? Rzekła mu: Rzecz, aby siedzieli ci dwaj synowie moi, jeden po prawicy twojej a drugi po lewicy w królestwie twojem.

And He said to her; What do you desire? She says to Him; do say that may sit these two sons of mine one on [the] right hand of You and one on [the] left hand (of You *no*) in the kingdom of You.

22 Ale Jezus odpowiadając rzekł: Nie wiecie, o co prosicie; możecież pić kielich, który ja będę pił? i chrztem, którym się ja chrzczę, być ochrzczeni? Rzekli mu: Możemy.

Answering now Jesus said; Not you know what you ask for. Are you able to drink the cup which I myself am about to drink (and *K(o)*) (baptism what I myself am baptized to be baptized? *K*) They say to Him; We are able.

23 Tedy im rzekł: Kielichci mój pić będziecie, i chrztem, którym się ja chrzczę, ochrzczeni będziecie; ale siedzieć po prawicy mojej i po lewicy mojej, nie jest moja rzecz dać wam, ale tym, którym jest zgotowano od Ojca mojego.

(and *k*) He says to them; Indeed the cup of Mine You will drink (and baptism what I myself am baptized will be baptized *K*) but to sit on [the] right hand of Me and on [the] left (of me *k*) not is Mine (this *n*) to give, but [to those] for whom it has been prepared by the Father of Mine.

24 A usłyszawszy to oni dziesięciu, rozgniewali się na onych dwóch braci.

And having heard [this] the ten were indignant about the two brothers.

25 Ale Jezus zwoławszy ich, rzekł: Wiecie, iż książęta narodów panują nad nimi, a którzy wielcy są, mocy dokazują nad nimi.

And Jesus having called to [him] them said; You know that the rulers of the Gentiles exercise lordship over them, and the great ones exercise authority over them.

26 Lecz nie tak będzie między wami: ale ktobykolwiek między wami chciał być wielkim, niech będzie sługą waszym.

Not thus (now *k*) (will it be *NK(o)*) among you, but who[ever] (if *NK(o)*) shall wish among you great to become, (he will be *N(k)O*) your servant;

27 A ktobykolwiek między wami chciał być pierwszym, niech będzie sługą waszym.

and who[ever] (maybe *N(k)O*) shall wish among you to be first, (he will be *N(k)O*) your slave;

28 Jako i Syn człowieczy nie przyszedł, aby mu służono, ale aby służył, i aby dał duszę swą na okup za wielu.

even as the Son of Man not came to be served but to serve and to give the life of Him [as] a ransom for many.

29 A gdy oni wychodzili z Jerycha, szedł za nim wielki lud.

And when were going out they from Jericho followed Him a crowd great.

30 A oto dwaj ślepi, siedzący przy drodze, usłyszawszy, iż Jezus przechodził, zawołali, mówiąc: Zmiłuj się nad nami, Panie, synu Dawidowy!

And behold two blind [men] sitting beside the road, having heard that Jesus is passing by, cried out saying; do have mercy on us Lord (Jesus *O*) (Son *NK(O)*) of David.

31 Ale on lud gromił ich, aby milczeli; lecz oni tem więcej wołali, mówiąc: Zmiłuj się nad nami, Panie, synu Dawidowy!

And the crowd rebuked them that they may be silent. But all the more (they cried out *N(k)O*) saying: do have mercy on us Lord, (Son *NK(O)*) of David.

32 A zastanowiwszy się Jezus, zawołał ich i rzekł: Cóż chcecie, abym wam uczynił?

And having stopped Jesus called them and said; What do you desire I may do unto you?

33 Rzekli mu: Panie! aby były otworzone oczy nasze.

They say to Him; Lord, that (may be opened *N(k)O*) the eyes of us.

34 A użaliwszy się ich Jezus, dotknął się oczu ich, a zaraz przejrzały oczy ich; i szli za nim.

Having been moved with compassion then Jesus touched the (eyes *N(k)O*) of them, and immediately they received sight (of them eyes *k*) and they followed Him.
