Ezechiela 37
1 Była nademną ręka Pańska, i wywiódł mię Pan w duchu, i postawił mię w pośrodku pola, które było pełne kości;
The hand of the Lord was set upon me, and he led me away in the Spirit of the Lord, and he released me in the midst of a plain which was full of bones.
2 I przewiódł mię przez nie w około a w około, a oto było ich bardzo wiele na onem polu, a oto były bardzo suche.
And he led me around, through them, on every side. Now they were very many upon the face of the plain, and they were exceedingly dry.
3 I rzekł do mnie: Synu człowieczy! ożyjąli te kości? I rzekłem: Panujący Panie! ty wiesz.
And he said to me, “Son of man, do you think that these bones will live?” And I said, “O Lord God, you know.”
4 W tem rzekł do mnie: Prorokuj o tych kościach, a mów do nich: Kości suche, słuchajcie słowa Pańskiego!
And he said to me, “Prophesy about these bones. And you shall say to them: Dry bones, listen to the word of the Lord!
5 Tak mówi panujący Pan o tych kościach: Oto ja wprowadzę w was ducha, a ożyjecie;
Thus says the Lord God to these bones: Behold, I will send spirit into you, and you shall live.
6 A włożę na was żyły, i uczynię, że porośnie na was mięso, i powlekę was skórą, a dam wam ducha, i ożyjecie, i poznacie, żem Ja Pan.
And I will set sinews upon you, and I will cause flesh to grow over you, and I will extend skin over you. And I will give you spirit, and you shall live. And you shall know that I am the Lord.”
7 Prorokowałem tedy, jako mi rozkazano; i stał się szum, gdym ja prorokował, a oto poruszenie; i przystąpiły kości, kość do kości swojej.
And I prophesied, just as he had instructed me. But a noise occurred, as I was prophesying, and behold: a commotion. And the bones joined together, each one at its joint.
8 I ujrzałem, a oto na nich żyły, i mięso porosło, i powleczone były skórą po wierzchu; ale ducha nie było w nich.
And I saw, and behold: sinews and flesh rose up over them; and skin was extended over them. But they had no spirit within them.
9 I rzekł do mnie: Prorokuj do ducha, prorokuj, synu człowieczy! i rzecz do ducha: Tak mówi panujący Pan: Od czterech wiatrów przyjdź, duchu! i natchnij te pobite, a niech ożyją.
And he said to me: “Prophesy to the spirit! Prophesy, O son of man, and you shall say to the spirit: Thus says the Lord God: Approach, O spirit, from the four winds, and blow across these ones who were slain, and revive them.”
10 Prorokowałem tedy jako mi był rozkazał, i wstąpił w nie duch, a ożyły, i stanęły na nogach swoich, wojsko nader bardzo wielkie.
And I prophesied, just as he had instructed me. And spirit entered into them, and they lived. And they stood upon their feet, an exceedingly great army.
11 I rzekł do mnie: Synu człowieczy! te kości są wszystek dom Izraelski. Oto mówią: Wyschły kości nasze, i zginęła nadzieja nasza, wygładzeni jesteśmy.
And he said to me: “Son of man: All these bones are the house of Israel. They say: ‘Our bones are dried out, and our hope has perished, and we have been cut off.’
12 Dlategoż prorokuj, a mów do nich: Tak mówi panujący Pan: Oto Ja otworzę groby wasze, i wywiodę was z grobów waszych, ludu mój! i przywiodę was do ziemi Izraelskiej!
Because of this, prophesy, and you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will open your tombs, and I will lead you away from your sepulchers, O my people. And I will lead you into the land of Israel.
13 I dowiecie się, żem Ja Pan, gdy Ja otworzę groby wasze, a wywiodę was z grobów waszych, ludu mój!
And you shall know that I am the Lord, when I will have opened your sepulchers, and when I will have led you away from your tombs, O my people.
14 I dam w was ducha mego, a ożyjecie, i dam wam odpocząć w ziemi waszej; i dowiecie się, że Ja Pan mówię to i uczynię, mówi Pan.
And I will place my Spirit within you, and you shall live. And I will cause you to rest upon your own soil. And you shall know that I, the Lord, have spoken and acted, says the Lord God.”
15 I stało się słowo Pańskie do mnie, mówiąc:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
16 A ty, synu człowieczy! weźmij sobie jedno drewno, i napisz na niem: Judzie i synom Izraelskim, towarzyszom jego. Weźmij też i drugie drewno, a napisz na niem: Józefowi drewnu Efraimowemu, i wszystkiemu domowi Izraelskiemu, towarzyszom jego!
“And as for you, son of man, take up a piece of wood for yourself, and write upon it: ‘For Judah, and for the sons of Israel, his companions.’ And take up another piece of wood, and write upon it: ‘For Joseph, the wood of Ephraim, and for the entire house of Israel, and for his companions.’
17 I złóż je sobie jedno do drugiego w jedno drewno, aby były jako jedno w ręce twojej.
And join these, one to the other, for yourself, as one piece of wood. And they will be united in your hand.
18 A gdy rzekną do ciebie synowie ludu twego, mówiąc: Izali nam nie oznajmisz, co przez to rozumiesz?
Then, when the sons of your people will speak to you, saying: ‘Will you not tell us what you intend by this?’
19 Rzeczesz im: Tak mówi panujący Pan: Oto Ja wezmę drewno Józefowe, które jest w ręce Efraimowej i pokolenia Izraelskie, towarzyszów jego, i przyłożę je z nim do drewna Judowego, i uczynię je jednem drewnem, a będą jednem w ręce mojej.
you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take up the wood of Joseph, which is in the hand of Ephraim, and the tribes of Israel, which are joined to him, and I will put them together with the wood of Judah, and I will make them one piece of wood. And they will be one in his hand.
20 A gdy będą one drewna, na których napiszesz, w ręce twojej przed oczyma ich,
Then the pieces of wood, on which you have written, will be in your hand, before their eyes.
21 Tedy rzecz do nich: Tak mówi panujący Pan: Oto Ja wezmę synów Izraelskich z pośrodku tych narodów, do których byli zaszli, i zgromadzę ich zewsząd, a przywiodę ich do ziemi ich;
And you shall say to them: Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I will take up the sons of Israel, from the midst of the nations to which they have gone, and I will gather them together on every side, and I will lead them onto their own soil.
22 I uczynię ich narodem jednym w ziemi, na górach Izraelskich, i będzie król jeden nad onymi wszystkimi za króla; a nie będą więcej dwa narody, nie rozdzielą się nigdy więcej na dwoje królestw;
And I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel, and one king will be ruler over all. And they will no longer be two nations, nor will they be divided any more into two kingdoms.
23 Nie splugwią się więcej plugawemi bałwanami swemi, i obrzydliwościami swemi, ani jakiemi przestępstwy swemi; i wybawię ich z każdego mieszkania ich, gdzie zgrzeszyli, i oczyszczę ich, i będą ludem moim, a Ja będę Bogiem ich.
And they will no longer be defiled by their idols, and by their abominations, and by all their iniquities. And I will save them, out of all the settlements in which they have sinned, and I will cleanse them. And they will be my people, and I will be their God.
24 A sługa mój Dawid będzie królem nad nimi, i pasterza jednego wszyscy mieć będą, aby w sądach moich chodzili, i ustaw moich przestrzegali, i czynili je.
And my servant David shall be the king over them, and they shall have one shepherd. They shall walk in my judgments, and they shall keep my commandments, and they shall do them.
25 I będą mieszkać w onej ziemi, którąm był dał słudze memu Jakóbowi, w której mieszkali ojcowie wasi; będą, mówię, w niej mieszkali oni i synowie ich, i synowie synów ich aż na wieki, a Dawid, sługa mój, będzie książęciem ich na wieki.
And they shall live upon the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, in which your fathers lived. And they shall live upon it, they and their sons, and the sons of their sons, even for all time. And David, my servant, shall be their leader, in perpetuity.
26 I uczynię też z nimi przymierze pokoju, a przymierze wieczne będzie z nimi; i osadzę ich i rozmnożę ich, i założę świątnicę moję w pośrodku ich na wieki.
And I will strike a covenant of peace with them. This will be an everlasting covenant for them. And I will establish them, and multiply them. And I will set my sanctuary in their midst, unceasingly.
27 I będzie przybytek mój między nimi, i będę Bogiem ich, a oni będą ludem moim.
And my tabernacle shall be among them. And I will be their God, and they will be my people.
28 I dowiedzą się narody, żem Ja Pan, który poświęcam Izraela, gdy będzie świątnica moja w pośrodku ich na wieki.
And the Gentiles shall know that I am the Lord, the Sanctifier of Israel, when my sanctuary will be in their midst, forever.”
