II Piotra 2
1 Byli też i fałszywi prorocy między ludem, jako i między wami będą fałszywi nauczyciele, którzy z sobą wprowadzą kacerstwa zatracenia i Pana, który ich kupił, zaprzą się, sami na się przywodząc prędkie zginienie.
But there were false prophets also among the people, as there shall be also among you false teachers, who shall bring in by the bye destructive heresies, and deny the master that bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction;
2 A wiele ich naśladować będą zginienia ich, przez których droga prawdy będzie bluźniona.
and many shall follow their dissolute ways, through whom the way of the truth shall be blasphemed.
3 I przez łakomstwo zmyślonemi słowami kupczyć będą, którym sąd z dawna nie omieszkuje i zatracenie ich nie drzemie.
And through covetousness, with well-turned words, will they make merchandise of you: for whom judgment of old is not idle, and their destruction slumbers not.
4 Albowiem jeźli Bóg Aniołom, którzy byli zgrzeszyli, nie przepuścił, ale strąciwszy ich do piekła, podał łańcuchom ciemności, aby byli zachowani na sąd: (Tartaroō g5020)
For if God spared not [the] angels who had sinned, but having cast them down to the deepest pit of gloom has delivered them to chains of darkness [to be] kept for judgment; (Tartaroō g5020)
5 Także i pierwszemu światu nie przepuścił, ale Noego samoósmego, kaznodzieję sprawiedliwości, zachował, przywiódłszy potop na świat niepobożnych;
and spared not [the] old world, but preserved Noe, [the] eighth, a preacher of righteousness, having brought in [the] flood upon [the] world of [the] ungodly;
6 I miasta Sodomczyków i Gomorry w popiół obróciwszy podwróceniem potępił, wystawiwszy je na przykład tym, którzy by niepobożnie żyli;
and having reduced [the] cities of Sodom and Gomorrha to ashes, condemned [them] with an overthrow, setting [them as] an example to those that should [afterwards] live an ungodly life;
7 A sprawiedliwego Lota, onych niezbożników rozpustnem obcowaniem strapionego, wyrwał.
and saved righteous Lot, distressed with the abandoned conversation of the godless,
8 Albowiem widzeniem i słyszeniem on sprawiedliwy mieszkając między nimi, dzień po dniu duszę sprawiedliwą uczynkami ich niezbożnymi trapił.
(for the righteous man through seeing and hearing, dwelling among them, tormented [his] righteous soul day after day with [their] lawless works, )
9 Umie Pan pobożnych z pokuszenia wyrywać, a niesprawiedliwych na dzień sądu ku karaniu chować;
[the] Lord knows [how] to deliver the godly out of trial, and to keep [the] unjust to [the] day of judgment [to be] punished;
10 A najwięcej tych, którzy za ciałem w pożądliwości plugastwa chodzą, a zwierzchnością pogardzają, śmieli i sobie się podobający, nie wzdrygają się bluźnić przełożeństw.
and specially those who walk after the flesh in [the] lust of uncleanness, and despise lordship. Bold [are they], self-willed; they do not fear speaking injuriously of dignities:
11 Chociaż Aniołowie będąc większymi siłą i mocą, nie przynoszą przeciwko nim przed Pana bluźnierczego sądu.
when angels, who are greater in might and power, do not bring against them, before the Lord, an injurious charge.
12 Ale ci, jako bydło bezrozumne, które za przyrodzeniem idzie, sprawione na ułowienie i skazę, bluźniąc to, czego nie wiedzą, w tej skazie swojej zaginą.
But these, as natural animals without reason, made to be caught and destroyed, speaking injuriously in things they are ignorant of, shall also perish in their own corruption,
13 I odniosą zapłatę niesprawiedliwości jako ci, którzy mają za rozkosz każdodzienne lubości, będąc plugastwem i zmazą, rozkosz mają w zdradach swoich z wami bankietując:
receiving [the] reward of unrighteousness; accounting ephemeral indulgence pleasure; spots and blemishes, rioting in their own deceits, feasting with you;
14 Oczy mają pełne cudzołóstwa i bez przestania grzeszące, przyłudzając dusze niestateczne, mając serce wyćwiczone w łakomstwie, synowie przeklęstwa,
having eyes full of adultery, and that cease not from sin, alluring unestablished souls; having a heart practised in covetousness, children of curse;
15 Którzy opuściwszy prostą drogę, zbłądzili, naśladując drogi Balaama, syna Bosorowego, który zapłatę niesprawiedliwości umiłował;
having left [the] straight way they have gone astray, having followed in the path of Balaam [the son] of Bosor, who loved [the] reward of unrighteousness;
16 Ale miał karanie za swój występek, ponieważ jarzmu niema oślica poddana, człowieczym głosem przemówiwszy, zahamowała szaleństwo proroka.
but had reproof of his own wickedness — [the] dumb ass speaking with man's voice forbad the folly of the prophet.
17 Ci są studniami bez wody, obłoki od wichru pędzone, którym chmura ciemności na wieki jest zachowana. (questioned)
These are springs without water, and mists driven by storm, to whom the gloom of darkness is reserved [for ever]. (questioned)
18 Albowiem nadętą próżność mówiąc, przyłudzają przez pożądliwość ciała i rozpusty tych, którzy byli prawdziwie uciekli od obcujących w błędzie,
For [while] speaking great highflown words of vanity, they allure with [the] lusts of [the] flesh, by dissoluteness, those who have just fled those who walk in error,
19 Wolność im obiecując, a sami będąc niewolnikami skazy. Albowiem kto jest od kogo przezwyciężony, temu też jest zniewolony.
promising them liberty, while they themselves are slaves of corruption; for by whom a man is subdued, by him is he also brought into slavery.
20 Bo ponieważ oni uszli plugastw świata przez poznanie Pana i zbawiciela, Jezusa Chrystusa, a znowu się zaś niemi uwikławszy, zwyciężeni bywają; stały się ich ostateczne rzeczy gorsze niż pierwsze.
For if after having escaped the pollutions of the world through [the] knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, again entangled, they are subdued by these, their last state is worse than the first.
21 Bo by im było lepiej, nie uznać drogi sprawiedliwości, niżeli poznawszy ją, odwrócić się od podanego im rozkazania świętego.
For it were better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than having known [it] to turn back from the holy commandment delivered to them.
22 Aleć się im przydało według onej prawdziwej przypowieści: Pies wrócił się do zwracania swego, a świnia umyta do walania się w błocie.
But that [word] of the true proverb has happened to them: [The] dog [has] turned back to his own vomit; and, [The] washed sow to [her] rolling in mud.
