1 Roździały zaś odźwiernych były z Korejczyków: Meselemijasz, syn Korego, z synów Asafowych.
Concerning the divisions of the gatekeepers [who were] of the Korchites: Meshelemyahu the son of Kore, of the sons of Assaph.
2 A z Meselemijaszowych synów: Zacharyjasz pierworodny, Jadyjael wtóry, Zabadyjasz trzeci, Jatnijel czwarty.
And Meshelemyahu had sons: Zecharyahu the first-born, Jedi'ael the second, Zebaiyahu the third, Jathniel the fourth,
3 Elam piąty, Jachanan szósty, a Elienaj siódmy.
Elam the fifth, Jehochanan the sixth, Elyeho'enal the seventh,
4 A z Obededomowych synów: Semajasz pierworodny, Jozabad wtóry, Joach trzeci, i Sachar czwarty, a Natanael piąty,
And 'Obed-edom had sons: Shema'yah the first-born, Jehosabad the second, Joach the third, and Sachar the fourth, and Nethanel the fifth,
5 Ammijel szósty, Isaschar siódmy, Pechulletaj ósmy; bo mu Bóg błogosławił.
'Ammiel the sixth, Issachar the seventh, Pe'ulthai the eighth; for God had blessed him.
6 Semajaszowi też, synowi jego, zrodzili się synowie, którzy panowali w domu ojca swego; bo byli mężowie bardzo mocni.
Also unto Shema'yah his son there were born sons, that were rulers for the house of their father; for they were mighty men of valor.
7 Synowie Semajaszowi: Otni, i Rafael i Obed, Elzabed, bracia jego, mężowie mocni, Elihu i Semachyjasz.
The sons of Shema'yah were 'Othni, and Rephael, and 'Obed, [and] Elsahad, his brothers [were] valiant men, Elihu, and Semachyahu.
8 Wszyscy ci z synów Obededomowych, sami i synowie ich, i bracia ich, każdy z nich bardzo mocny i sposobny ku posługiwaniu, sześdziesiąt i dwa wszystkich z Obededoma.
All these were of the sons of 'Obed-edom: they and their sons and their brethren were valiant men in strength for the service, being sixty and two [descendants] of 'Obed-edom.
9 A z Meselemijaszowych synów i braci, mężów mocnych, ośmnaście.
And Meshelemyahu had sons and brethren, valiant men, eighteen.
10 A z Hosy, który był z synów Merarego, synowie byli: Semry przedniejszy; nie iżby był pierworodny, ale iż go ojciec jego uczynił przedniejszym;
Also Chossah, of the children of Merari, had sons: Shimri the chief, for [though] he was not the first-born, yet his father made him the chief;
11 Helkijasz wtóry, Tebalijasz trzeci, Zacharyjasz czwarty; wszystkich synów i braci trzynaście.
Chilkiyahu the second, Tehalyahu the third, Zecharyahu the fourth; all the sons and brethren of Chossah were thirteen.
12 Ci są rozdzieleni na odźwiernych, aby byli wrotnymi z mężów przedniejszych, trzymając straż na przemiany z braćmi swymi przy służbie w domu Pańskim.
These divisions of the gatekeepers, after the chief men, had the watch along with their brethren, to minister in the house of the Lord.
13 Albowiem miotali losy, tak mały jako wielki według domów ojców swych, o każdą bramę.
And they cast lots, the small as well as the great, according to their family divisions, for each and every gate.
14 I padł los na wschód słońca Selemijaszowy; Zacharyjaszowi także synowi jego, radcy mądremu, rzucili losy, i padł los jego na północy;
And the lot at the east fell for Shelemyahu. And for Zecharyahu his son, an intelligent counsellor, they cast lots, and his lot came out at the north.
15 A Obededomowi na południe; ale synom jego na dom skarbów.
For 'Obed-edom at the south; and to his sons [was assigned] the house of Assuppim.
16 Suppimowi i Hozie na zachód z bramą Zallechet, przy scieszce usypanej, idącej ku górze; a tak była straż na przeciwko straży.
For Shuppim and for Chossah at the west, by the gate Shallecheth, on the ascending causeway, watch alongside of watch.

At the east were six Levites, at the north four for every day, at the south four for every day, and for [the house of] Assuppim always two.

At the Parbar on the west, four at the causeway, and two at the Parbar.
19 Teć są roździeły odźwiernych z synów Korego, i z synów Merarego.
These are the divisions of the gatekeepers of the sons of the Korchites, and of the sons of Merari.
20 A z drugich Lewitów Achyjasz był nad skarbami domu Bożego, to jest nad skarbami rzeczy poświęconych.
And of the Levites, Achiyah was over the treasuries of the house of God, and over the treasuries of the holy things.
21 Synowie Laadanowi, którzy byli z synów Giersonickich: z Laadana Giersończyka przedniejsi w domach ojcowskich, Jehyjel.
[As concerning] the sons of La'dan, the sons of the Gershunites of La'dan, the chiefs of the families of La'dan the Gershunite, were the Jechielites.
22 A synowie Jehyjlowi byli Zetam, i Joel, brat jego; ci byli nad skarbami domu Pańskiego.
The sons of Jechieli, Zetham, and Joel his brother, were over the treasuries of the house of the Lord.
23 Z Amramczyków, i z Izaarczyków, z Hebrończyków, i Hysyjelczyków.
Of the 'Amramites, of the Yizharites, of the Hebronites, and of the 'Uzzielites,
24 Był Sebuel, syn Giersona, syna Mojżeszowego, przełożony nad skarbami.
[Was] even Shebuel the son of Gershom, the son of Moses, superintendent of the treasuries.
25 Ale bracia jego z Eleazara byli Rechabijasz syn jego, i Jesajasz syn jego, i Joram syn jego, i Zychry syn jego, i Salomit syn jego.
And his brethren by Eli'ezer: Rechabyahu his son, and Jesha'yahu his son, and Joram his son, and Zichri his son, and Shelomoth his son.
26 Ten Salomit i bracia jego byli na wszystkiemi skarbami rzeczy poświęconych, które był poświęcił Dawid król, i przedniejsi z domów ojcowskich, i półkownicy, i rotmistrze, i hetmani wojska.
This Shelomoth and his brethren were over all the treasuries of the holy things, which king David had sanctified, together with the chiefs of the family divisions, the captains over the thousands and the hundreds, and the captains of the army.
27 Bo z wojen i z łupów poświęcali na poprawę domu Pańskiego;
Out of the wars, and out of the booty did they sanctify to maintain the house of the Lord.
28 I wszystko, co był poświęcił Samuel widzący, i Saul, syn Cysowy, i Abner, syn Nera, i Joab, syn Sarwii, i ktokolwiek co poświęcał, oddawał do rąk Salomitowych i braci jego.
And all that Samuel the seer, and Saul the son of Kish, and Abner the son of Ner, and Joab the son of Zeruyah, had sanctified, whatsoever [any one] had sanctified, was under the supervision of Shelomoth and of his brethren.
29 Z Izaarytów: Kienanijasz i synowie jego nad robotą zewnętrzną w Izraelu, byli za urzędników i za sędziów.
Of the Yizharites were Kenanyahu and his sons for the outward business over Israel, for officers and judges.
30 Z Hebrończyków: Hasabijasz i braci jego, mężów dużych, było tysiąc i siedm set przełożonych nad Izraelem za Jordanem na zachód słońca, w każdej robocie Pańskiej i w posłudze królewskiej.
Of the Hebronites were Chashabyahu and his brethren, valiant men, a thousand and seven hundred [in number], appointed over the affairs of Israel on this side of the Jordan to the west, for all the business of the Lord, and for the service of the king.
31 A z Hebrończyków był Jeryjasz przedniejszy nad Hebrończykami według narodów ich i domów ojcowskich. Bo roku czterdziestego królestwa Dawidowego szukano i znaleziono między nimi mężów bardzo mocnych w Jazer Galaadskiem.
Of the Hebronites was Jeriyah the chief, for the Hebronites, according to their generations by families. In the fortieth year of the reign of David were they inquired into, and there were found among them mighty men of valor at Ja'zer of Gil'ad.
32 A braci jego, mężów godnych, było dwa tysiące i siedm set przedniejszych w domach ojcowskich. I postanowił ich Dawid król nad Rubeńczykami, i nad Gadczykami, i nad połową pokolenia Manasesowego, nad wszystkiemi sprawami Bożemi i sprawami królewskiemi.
And his brethren, valiant men, were two thousand and seven hundred chiefs of families: and king David appointed them over the Reubenites, the Gadites, and the half tribe of Menasseh, for every matter pertaining to God, and the affairs of the king.
