I Kronik 25
1 I odłączył Dawid i hetmani wojska na posługiwanie synów Asafowych i Hemanowych, i Jedytunowych, którzy prorokowali przy cytrach, i przy harfach, i przy cymbałach. A była liczba ich, to jest mążów pracujących w usłudze swej:
And king David and the captains of the host appointed to their services the sons of Asaph, and of Aeman, and of Idithun, prophesiers with harps, and lutes, and cymbals: and their number was according to their polls serving in their ministrations.
2 Z synów Asafowych: Zachur, i Józef, i Natanijasz, i Asarela. Synowie Asafowi byli pod ręką Asafową, który prorokował na rozkazanie królewskie.
The sons of Asaph; Sacchur, Joseph, and Nathanias, and Erael: the sons of Asaph [were] next the king.
3 Z Jedytuna: Synowie Jedytunowi: Godolijasz, i Zery, i Jesajasz, Hasabijasz, i Matytyjasz, i Symej, sześć, pod ręką ojca ich Jedytuna, który prorokował przy harfie, wyznawając i chwaląc Pana.
To Idithun [were reckoned] the sons of Idithun, Godolias, and Suri, and Iseas, and Asabias, and Matthathias, six after their father Idithun, sounding loudly on the harp thanksgiving and praise to the Lord.
4 Z Hemana: Synowie Hemanowi: Bukkijasz, Matanijasz, Husyjel, Zebuel, i Jerymot, Chananijasz, Chanani, Eliata, Gieddalty, i Romantyjeser, i Jasbekassa, Malloty, Hotyr, Machazyjot.
To Aeman [were reckoned] the sons of Aeman, Bukias, and Matthanias, and Oziel, and Subael, and Jerimoth, and Ananias, and Anan, and Heliatha, and Godollathi, and Rometthiezer, and Jesbasaca, and Mallithi, and Otheri, and Meazoth.
5 Ci wszyscy byli synowie Hemana, widzącego królewskiego w słowach Bożych, ku wywyższeniu rogu: bo dał Bóg czternaście synów Hemanowych, i trzy córki.
All these [were] the sons of Aeman the king's chief player in the praises of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Aeman fourteen sons, and three daughters.
6 Ci wszyscy byli pod sprawą ojca swego przy śpiewaniu w domu Pańskim na cymbałach, na lutniach, i na cytrach ku służbie w domu Bożym, jako rozkazał król, i Asaf, Jedytun, i Heman.
All these sang hymns with their father in the house of God, with cymbals, and lutes, and harps, for the service of the house of God, near the king, and Asaph, and Idithun, and Aeman.
7 A był poczet ich z braci ich, którzy byli ćwiczonymi w pieśniach Pańskich, wszystkich mistrzów dwieście ośmdziesiąt i ośm.
And the number of them after their brethren, those instructed to sing to God, every one that understood [singing] was two hundred and eighty-eight.
8 I miotali losy, straż przeciwko straży, tak mały jako i wielki, tak mistrz jako i uczeń.
And they also cast lots for the daily courses, for the great and the small [of them], of the perfect ones and the learners.
9 I padł los pierwszy w domu Asafowym na Józefa; na Godolijasza wtóry, z braćmi jego i z synami jego, których było dwanaście.
And the first lot of his sons and of his brethren came forth to Asaph the son of Joseph, [namely], Godolias: the second Heneia, his sons and his brethren [being] twelve.
10 Na Zachura trzeci, na synów jego i na braci jego dwanaście.
The third Zacchur, his sons and his brethren [were] twelve:
11 Czwarty na Isrego, na synów jego i na braci jego dwanaście.
the fourth Jesri, his sons and his brethren [were] twelve:
12 Piąty na Natanijasza, na synów jego i na braci jego dwanaście.
the fifth Nathan, his sons and his brethren, twelve:
13 Szósty na Bukkijasza, na synów jego i na braci jego dwanaście.
the sixth Bukias, his sons and his brethren, twelve:
14 Siódmy na Jesarela, na synów jego i na braci jego dwanaście.
the seventh Iseriel, his sons and his brethren, twelve:
