< Psalm 66 >
1 NGISINGIS ong Ieowa nan sap karos!
For the Chief Musician. A Song, a Psalm. Make a joyful noise unto God, all the earth:
2 Kauleki lingan en mar a; kapikapinga i melel!
Sing forth the glory of his name: make his praise glorious.
3 Komail potoan ong Kot: Meid kapuriamui sapwilim omui dodok kan! Sapwilim omui imwintiti kapinga komui pweki omui manaman.
Say unto God, How terrible are thy works! through the greatness of thy power shall thine enemies submit themselves unto thee.
4 Sap karos en kaudok ong komui o kapinga komui o kauleki ong mar omui. (Sela)
All the earth shall worship thee, and shall sing unto thee; they shall sing to thy name. (Selah)
5 Komail kodo, kilang dodok en Kot, pwe a wiawia kan me kapuriamui ren aramas akan.
Come, and see the works of God; [he is] terrible in his doing toward the children of men.
6 A kotin kawukila madau ong sap madakong, pwe aramas en kak alu pon pil o, i wasa se peren kidar kaualap.
He turned the sea into dry land: they went through the river on foot: there did we rejoice in him.
7 A kotin kakaunda ni a manaman kokolata; silang i kin irerong wei kan. Me kangudi kan sota kak pwaida. (Sela)
He ruleth by his might for ever; his eyes observe the nations: let not the rebellious exalt themselves. (Selah)
8 Komail wei kan kapinga atail Kot, o komail kalaudela ngil omail, pwen lel ong wasa doo.
O bless our God, ye peoples, and make the voice of his praise to be heard.
9 Me kotin kolekol ong kitail maur atail, o sota mueid ong, nä atail en krisedi.
Which holdeth our soul in life, and suffereth not our feet to be moved.
10 Pwe komui Kot me kotin kasongesong kit o kamakelekel kit er, dueta silper kin kamakelekelada.
For thou, O God, hast proved us: thou hast tried us, as silver is tried.
11 Kom kotin mueid ong, sen lodi ni insar o, kom katoutou kin kit men katoutou eu.
Thou broughtest us into the net; thou layedst a sore burden upon our loins.
12 Kom kotin mueid ong aramas kai, en tiakedi pon mong at; kit lel ong kisiniai o pil; a kom kotin kapiti sang kit o kakele kit adar.
Thou hast caused men to ride over our heads; we went through fire and through water; but thou broughtest us out into a wealthy place.
13 I me i pan pedekilong ong nan tanpas omui, pwen mairong isis, o i pan kapwaiada ai inau ong komui,
I will come into thy house with burnt offerings, I will pay thee my vows,
14 Duen kil en au ai inaukidar, o duen au ai inda ni ai ansau apwal:
Which my lips have uttered, and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in distress.
15 I pan mairong isis ong komui sip wi kan iangaki adiniai en sip ol, i pan mairongki kau iangaki sip o kut ol akan. (Sela)
I will offer unto thee burnt offerings of fatlings, with the incense of rams; I will offer bullocks with goats. (Selah)
16 Komail karos, me masak Kot, kodo re i, i pan kasoi ong komail, duen me a kotin wiai ong ngen i.
Come, and hear, all ye that fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.
17 I likwirki ong i au ai o i kapingaki i lo i.
I cried unto him with my mouth, and he was extolled with my tongue.
18 Ma i pan lamelame nan mongiong i, me i pan wiada me sued, Ieowa ap sota pan mangi ia;
If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear:
19 A Kot kotin ereki ai kapakap, o a kotin mangier ai ngidingid.
But verily God hath heard; he hath attended to the voice of my prayer.
20 Kapinga ong Kot, me sota kotin mamaleki ai kapakap, o a sota kotiki wei sang ia a kalangan.
Blessed be God, which hath not turned away my prayer, nor his mercy from me.
