Psalm 33

Rejoice in the LORD, you righteous. Praise is fitting for the upright.
2 Danke Ieowa o kapikapinga ki men kasang o kaule ki ong i sal en arp eisok.
Give thanks to the LORD with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.
3 Kauleki ong i kaul kap pot, komail kanai ong arp o ngil!
Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy.
4 Pwe masan en Ieowa me inen o a wiawia kan karos melel.
For the word of the LORD is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.
5 A kin kotin pok ong me pung o melel, sappa direki kalangan en Ieowa.
He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of the LORD.
6 Nanlang wiaui kida masan en Ieowa o audepan a karos ki ngen en silang i.
By the word of the LORD the heavens were made; and all their host by the breath of his mouth.

He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.

Let all the earth fear the LORD. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.

The LORD nullifies the counsel of the nations. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.

The counsel of the LORD stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.

The LORD looks from heaven. He sees all the descendants of Adam.

From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,

he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.

There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.
17 Os akan pil sota kak sauasa ekis o a kelail melel sota kadepa.
A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power.
18 Kilang, silang en Ieowa kin irerong ong me lan i, o me kaporoporeki a kalangan.
Look, the LORD's eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness;
19 Pwen kapit ir ala sang ni mela o katekatungole ni ansau en lek.
to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine.
20 Ngen atail kin auiaui Ieowa, i me sauas patail o pere patail.
Our soul waits for the LORD. He is our help and our shield.
21 Pwe mongiong atail kin peren kida i, pwe kitail kin liki mar a saraui.
For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
22 Maing, Ieowa, omui kalangan en mi po at duen at kaporoporeki komui.
Let your loving kindness be on us, LORD, since we have hoped in you.
