< Psalm 105 >

1 KAPINGA Ieowa, likwir wong mar a, kapakaparoki ong kainok kan duen a wiawia kan.
O give thanks unto the LORD; Call upon his name; Make known his deeds among the people!
2 Kauli ong i, kauliki ong i psalm akan, kasokasoi duen a manaman akan karos;
Sing unto him; sing psalms unto him; Tell ye of all his wondrous works!
3 Peren kida mar a saraui; mongiong en me rapaki Ieowa, en popol.
Glory ye in his holy name; Let the hearts of them that seek the LORD rejoice!
4 Komail inong iong Ieowa o a manaman; rapaki silang i ansau karos.
Seek the LORD, and his majesty; Seek his face continually!
5 Tamatamanda sapwilim a dodok kapuriamui, me a kotin wiadar, o a manaman akan o masan en kadeik sang nan silang i.
Remember the wonders he hath wrought, His miracles and the judgments of his mouth,
6 Kadaudok en Apraam koe sapwilim a ladu, o nain Israel komail, me a kotin piladar!
Ye offspring of Abraham his servant, Ye children of Jacob his chosen!
7 I Ieowa atail Kot; a kotin kaunda nan sap karos.
Jehovah, he is our God, His judgments are over all the earth.
8 A kin kotin tamanda sapwilim a inau kokolata, masan o me a kotin inauki onger di kid.
He remembereth his covenant for ever, And the promise to a thousand generations;
9 Inau me a kotin wiadang Apraam, o a kaula, me a kotin kauki ong Isaak.
The covenant which he made with Abraham, And the oath which he gave to Isaac;
10 O a kotiki ong Iakop kusoned eu, o ong Israel inau soutuk,
Which he confirmed to Jacob for a decree, And to Israel for an everlasting covenant.
11 Ni a kotin masanier: I pan ki ong uk Kanaan, iei me I kileledier, en pwais omail soso;
“To thee,” said he, “will I give the land of Canaan For the lot of your inheritance.”
12 I ansau, me irail pwin tikitik eu, o men kairu nan sap o.
When they were yet few in number, Very few, and strangers in the land;
13 Ni ar kokola sang eu kainok lel eu, o sang eu wei lel eu.
When they went from nation to nation, From one kingdom to another people,
14 A sota kotin mueid ong amen aramas, en katoutou irail, o a kotin kaloke nanmarki kai pweki irail.
He suffered no man to oppress them; Yea, he rebuked kings for their sakes.
15 Komail der sair nai me keidier akan, o der wiai ong ai saukop akan me sued kot!
“Touch not,” said he, “mine anointed, And do my prophets no harm!”
16 A lao kotiki ong sap o ansaun lek; o kotin kawelar wasan kaporopor en manga,
Again, when he commanded a famine in the land, And broke the whole staff of bread,
17 A kotin poronelar ol amen mo’rail; Iosep, me netilar, pwen wiala ladu men.
He sent a man before them; Joseph was sold as a slave.
18 Nä a kan kalokolokki sal mata, o pali war a wonon nan mata,
His feet they hurt with fetters; He was bound in chains of iron;
19 Lao ansau me sapwilim a masan pwarado; masan en Ieowa kamakelekeleda i.
Until his prediction came to pass, And the word of the LORD proved him.
20 Nanmarki ap ilakila, pwen lapwada i, iei kaun en wei kan, me kotin kamaioda i.
Then the king sent, and loosed him; The ruler of nations, and set him free;
21 A kasapwiladang i pein im a, o kaun en a dipisou karos.
He made him governor of his house, And lord of all his possessions;
22 Pwen saliedi a saupeidi kan duen me a mauki, o padaki ong sapwilim a lapalap akan lolekong.
To bind his princes at his pleasure, And teach his counsellors wisdom.
23 O Israel lipalang Äkipten, o Iakop wiala men kairu nan sap en Am.
Israel also came into Egypt, And Jacob sojourned in the land of Ham;
24 I ansau Kot kotin kapara irail ada madang, o kotin kakelail ir ada sang a imwintiti kan.
Where God increased his people greatly, And made them stronger than their enemies.
25 A kotin kawukila kupur a, pwen kailongki sapwilim a aramas akan, o widiwiding ong sapwilim a ladu kan.
He turned their hearts to hate his people, And form devices against his servants.
26 A ap kotin poronela Moses, sapwilim a ladu, o Aron, me a kotin piladar.
Then sent he Moses his servant, And Aaron, whom he had chosen.
27 Ira wiadar manaman akai nan pung ar, o dodok kapuriamui nan sap en Am.
They showed his signs among them, And his wonders in the land of Ham.
28 A kotin kadarado rotorot, ap pong pena, o re sota insenoki a masan kan.
He sent darkness upon them, and made it dark; And they did not disobey his word.
29 A kotin kawuk ong nta ar pil akan, o kamelar ar man akan.
He turned their waters into blood, And caused their fish to die.
30 Sap arail me direki pros lao lel ong nan pera en ar nanmarki kan.
Their land brought forth frogs in abundance, Even in the chambers of their kings.
31 A kotin masanier, long sued ap rokilar, o amuse nan sap karos.
He spake, and there came flies, And lice in all their coasts.
32 A kotiki ong ir akel wiliandi katau, umpul en kisiniai nan sap ar.
Instead of rain he gave them hail, And flaming fire in their land.
33 A kotin kawelar ar tuka en wain akan o tuka en paiken, o kotin katip pasang tuka en sap ar akan.
He smote also their vines and fig-trees, And broke the trees of their coasts.
34 A kotin masanier, mansiok o long ap pwarada, rap pwaradar o re sota kak wadawad.
He spake, and the locusts came. Destructive locusts without number,
35 Rap kangala tuka kan karos nan sap o, o kangala wantuka kan nan matuel o.
Which ate up all the herbage in their land, And devoured the fruits of their fields.
36 O a kotin kamelar meseni karos nan sap arail, meseni karos en ar kelail.
Then he smote all the first-born in their land, The first-fruits of all their strength.
37 O a kotin kalua irail sang nan sap o iangaki silper o kold, o sota me luet nan pung en ar kainok kan.
He led forth his people with silver and gold; Nor was there one feeble person in all their tribes.
38 Äkipten peren kida ar samalar, pwe re masapwekadar.
Egypt was glad when they departed, For their terror had fallen upon them.
39 A kotin wiada tapok en kadupal irail edi, o kisiniai en sereda irail ni pong.
He spread out a cloud for a covering, And fire to give light by night.
40 Irail poekipoeki, i ap kotin kadarado manpir akan; o a kotin kamanga kin ir prot en nanlang.
They asked, and he brought quails, And satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 A kotin palang pasang paip o, pil akan ap kuskus wei sang, re pwilipwile wei nan sap tan dueta pilap pot.
He opened the rock, and the waters gushed forth, And ran in the dry places like a river.
42 Pwe a kotin tamanda a masan saraui, o sapwilim a ladu Apraam.
For he remembered his holy promise, Which he had made to Abraham his servant;
43 A kotin kaluaki peren sapwilim a aramas akan sang nan sap o, o ngisingis sapwilim a pilipildar akan!
And he led forth his people with joy, And his chosen with gladness.
44 A ap kotiki ong ir sap en men liki kan, o re aleer dipisou en kainok kan.
He gave to them the lands of the nations, And they inherited the labor of the peoples;
45 Pwe ren peiki ong sapwilim a masan kan o kolekol a kusoned akan. Aleluia!
That they might observe his statutes, And obey his laws. Praise ye the LORD!
