Psalm 101

1 I pan kauleki duen kalangan o pung; i pan kauleki psalm akan ong komui. Maing Ieowa.

[A Psalm by David.] I will sing of loving kindness and justice. To you, LORD, I will sing praises.

2 I men inen eweita ni al pung — iad kom pan koti dong ia? — i men weweid ni melel ren toun im ai.

I will be careful to live a blameless life. When will you come to me? I will walk within my house with a blameless heart.

3 I sota men wia morsued; i tataki wiawian me dipan akan, a sota pan pat ong ia.

I will set no vile thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. They will not cling to me.

4 Mongiong sapung pan muei sang ia; i sota men asa duen me sued.

A perverse heart will be far from me. I will have nothing to do with evil.

5 Me kin rir karaunemali men impa, i pan kamela; i suedeki me aklapalap ni mas ar o mongiong arail.

I will silence whoever secretly slanders his neighbor. I won't tolerate one who is haughty and conceited.

6 Mas ai pan apapwali me melel akan nan sap o, pwe ren kauson re i; me kin weweid ni al pung, pan papa ia.

My eyes will be on the faithful of the land, that they may dwell with me. He who walks in a perfect way, he will serve me.

7 Me kin kotaue, sota pan kauson nan im ai, me kin likam, sota pan pwaida mon mas ai.

He who practices deceit won't dwell within my house. He who speaks falsehood won't be established before my eyes.

8 Ni mansang karos i pan kawela me katiwo nan sap o, pwen kokosang kanim en Ieowa karos, me kin wia sapung.

Morning by morning, I will destroy all the wicked of the land; to cut off all evildoers from the LORD's city.
