< Men Ipru 5 >
1 PWE samero lapalap karos, me pilipildar sang ren aramas akan, pan kasapwilada, pwen sauasa aramas akan ren Kot, pwen wiada kisakis o mairong pweki dip;
For every high priest, who is from among men, is established over the things of God, in behalf of men, that he may present the offering and the sacrifices for sin:
2 Me kak pamada duen me sapung o salongala kan, pwe i pil me lued.
and he can humble himself, and sympathize with the ignorant and the erring, because he also is clothed with infirmity.
3 I me a udan kida mairong pein dip a, dueta a kin tomeki dip en aramas akan.
And, therefore, he is obliged as for the people, so also for himself, to present an offering for his sins.
4 O sota amen, me kin kasapwilada pein i, pwe a pan kasapwilada sang ren Kot dueta Aron.
And no one taketh this honor on himself, but he who is called of God, as Aaron was.
5 Pil dueta Kristus, me sota kalinganada pein i, pwen wiala samero lapalap, a i me wiadar me masani ong i: Koe nai Ol, ran wet I kaipwi uk adar.
So also the Messiah did not exalt himself to become a High Priest; but He appointed him who said to him, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
6 Duen a pil kotin masani ekis wasa: Koe samero duen al en Melkisedek kokolata. (aiōn )
As he said also in another place: Thou art a priest for ever, after the likeness of Melchisedec. (aiōn )
7 O ni ran akan, me a kotikot ni pali uduk, a kotin mairongki laolao, o ngidingid, o kaukauwet, o tontonir ong i, me pan kak dorela i sang a pan matala, o pweki a wauneki Kot, a laolao pil pwaidar.
Likewise, when he was clothed in flesh, he presented supplication and entreaty with intense invocation, and with tears, to him who was able to resuscitate him from death; and he was heard.
8 I me Sapwilim a, ari so, a kotin padakki peik ni a kalokolok.
And though he was a son, yet, from the fear and the sufferings he endured, he learned obedience.
9 O ni a unsokalar a kotin wialar kamaur pan maur soutuk ong irail karos, me kin oke i. (aiōnios )
And thus he was perfected and became the cause of eternal life to all them who obey him. (aiōnios )
10 O Kot pil kotin kamare kin i samero lapalap duen al en Melkisedek.
And he was named of God, the High Priest after the likeness of Melchisedec.
11 Iran mepukat kasoi toto mi re at, a me apwal en kaweweda, aki omail sota dedeki.
Now, concerning this person, Melchisedec, we have much discourse, which we might utter; but it is difficult to explain it, because ye are infirm in your hearing.
12 Nan a daulier ansau, me komail en wiala saunpadak, ari so, komail me pil mau ong, amen en kawewe ong komail tapin lamalam en masan en Kot, wialar song dueta irail, me kin tungole pil en didi, a kaidin kisin manga.
For ye ought to be teachers, seeing ye have been long in the doctrine. But now ye need to learn again the first lines of the commencement of the oracles of God: and ye have need of milk, and not of strong food.
13 Pwe amen amen me kin tungole pil en didi, me man salongpon ni masan en pung, pwe a rasong seri pwelel.
For every one whose food is milk, is unversed in the language of righteousness, because he is a child.
14 A me unsokalar akan me mau ong kisin manga, pwe irail me anlar lamalam pweki ar laudelar, ap asa duen me mau o me sued.
But strong food belongeth to the mature who, being investigators, have trained their faculties to discriminate good and evil.
