< Men Korint I 15 >

1 RI ai kan i men kataman kin komail rongamau, me i padaki ong komail er, me komail pil aleer o pil tinain kidar.
Now I am calling to your remembrance, brothers, the gospel which I preached to you, which you also received, and on which you have taken your stand,
2 O me komail pil dore kila, ma komail pan dadaurata masan o, me i padaki ong komail er, ma komail so poson mal.
by which also you are saved, if you are holding fast the message which I preached to you; unless indeed you have believed in vain.
3 Pwe i usaki ong komail er, me i pil aleer duen Kristus, me kamata kilar dip atail akan duen kisin likau kan.
For the very first thing I taught you was that I had myself been taught, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scripture,
4 O me a saredier o kaiasadar ni kasilu en ran duen kisin likau kan,
that he was buried, and that he was raised the third day, according to the Scriptures,
5 O me a pwara wong Kepas, ap ong irail me ekriamen ko,
and was seen by Cephas, and then by the Twelve.
6 Ap kotin pwara wong saulang limepuki sama ni ansau takis; kis arail me toto mimieta lel met, a akai mairedier.
Afterward he was seen at one time by more than five hundred brethren, most of whom are still alive, but some are fallen asleep.
7 Murin met a kotin pwara wong Iakopus, ap ong wanporon akan karos.
Then he was seen by James, then by all the apostles,
8 A ikmuri a kotin pwara dong ia mon ai ip sapal,
and last of all, as by one born out of due time, he was seen by me also.
9 Pwe pokindidi ren wanporon akan ngai, me sota war ong kaindinda wanporon amen, pweki ai pei ong momodisou en Kot.
For I am the least of the apostles, I who am not worthy to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God.
10 A mak en Kot, me i wanporon kilar. A kaidin mak mal eu ong ia, pwe i dodok laud sang irail karos, ari kaidik ngai, pwe mak en Kot, me mi re i.
But by the grace of God I am what I am, and that grace of his, bestowed upon me, did not prove ineffectual. I labored more abundantly than all the rest, yet not I, but by the grace of God that is with me.
11 Ari, ma ngai de irail, pwe iduen at padaki wei, o iduen komail posonlar.
But whether it is I or they, thus do I preach, and thus you came to believe.
12 A ma i aude pan at padak, me Kristus iasadar sang ren me melar akan, a da me akai re omail kin inda, dene me melar akan solar pan mauredar?
If then, we are preaching Christ, that he rose from the dead, how are some of you saying that there is no resurrection from the dead?
13 A ma me melar akan sota pan maureda, nan Kristus pil sota iasadar.
But if there is no resurrection from the dead, then not even Christ has been raised;
14 O ma Kristus sota iasadar, at padak me mal, o omail poson pil me mal.
and if Christ has not been raised, then our preaching is vain, and vain also is your faith.
15 O kitail pil pan diarokada, me se saunkadede likam ren Kot, aki at kadededar, me Kot kotin kaiasadar Kristus, me a so kaiasadar, ma me melar akan sota pan kamaureda.
More than that, we are detected in bearing false witness against God; because we testified of God that he raised Christ from the dead, whom he did not raise, if indeed the dead rise not.
16 Pwe ma me melar akan sota pan kamaureda, nan Kristus pil so kaiasadar.
For if the dead rise not, neither has Christ arisen;
17 A ma Kristus so kaiasadar, omail poson me mal, o komail mimieta ni dip omail.
and if Christ be not risen, your faith is vain, you are still in your sins.
18 Iduen pil irail, me melar ren Kristus akan, lokidokila.
More than that, those who are sleeping in Christ have perished.
19 A ma kitail kaporoporeki Kristus nan maur et eta, nan kitail me sued sang aramas akan karos.
If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all mankind most pitiable.
20 A melel, Kristus kaiasadar sang ren me melar akan, ap wiala meseni nan pung en ir me mamair akan.
But now, now, Christ is risen from the dead, the first-fruit of those who have fallen asleep.
21 Pwe mela tapi sang aramas ta men, iduen maureda sang ren me melar akan tapi sang aramas ta men;
For since by man came to death, by man came also the resurrection from the dead.
22 Pwe duen karos me mela ki Adam, nan iduen karos pan kamaurela ren Kristus,
For just as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive.
23 A amen amen ni kakairokdo: Kristus mas ap me sapwilim en Kristus, ni a pan kotin pwarado;
But each in his own order; Christ the first-fruits, then those who belong to Christ at his appearing.
24 A murin mepukat pan imwi, a lao kotiki ong Kot o Sam a wei, a lao kaloedier kaun akan karos, o me poe kan, o manaman akan.
And then the end, when he shall hand over his kingdom to God his Father, after he has abolished all rule and authority and power.
25 Pwe a pan kotin kaunda, lao a imwintiti karos lodi ong pan aluwilu a kan.
For he must rule until he has put all his enemies under his feet.
26 A ikmurin imwintiti iei mela.
The last enemy that will be destroyed is Death.
27 Pwe a kotin mueid ong meakaros pan aluwilu a. Ari ni a kotin masanier me karos lodier a sansaledar, me i sota iang me kotin kaloedi ong i meakaros.
For He hast put all things under his feet, but in that quotation All things are put under him, it is evident that God is excepted, who put all things under Him.
28 A meakaros lao lodi ong i, Na ap pil pan upang i, me kotin kaloedi ong i meakaros, pwe Kot en kotin poedi meakan karusia.
For when everything is subjected to him, then the Son himself shall subject himself to Him who made them subject, that God may be all in all.
29 A ma me melar akan solar pan kamaureda, da me irail en wia, me kin paptaiseki ong me melar akan? Menda re paptaiseki ong irail?
Else what shall they do who are baptized for the dead? If the dead are really not raised, why are they baptized for them?
30 O menda kit kin kalokolok ansau karos?
Yes, and why am I myself exposed to danger every hour?
31 Pwe ran karos i kin mela, pweki kaping pa i, me i aleer ren Kristus Iesui atail Kaun.
Every day I am facing death, my brothers, I affirm it by that pride in you which I have through Christ Jesus our Lord.
32 A ma i pei ong man laualo nan Episus, duen aramas akan kin wiada, da kadepa ong ia, ma me melar akan sota pan kamaureda? Kitail en manga o nim, pwe lakap kitail pan mela.
If after the manner of men I have fought with wild beasts at Ephesus, what good does it do me? If the dead do not rise, Let us eat and drink, For we shall be dead tomorrow.
33 Der duki ong, me kasongesong komail! Kasoi sued kin kawela tiak mau.
Do not deceive yourselves. Evil companions ruin good morals.
34 Komail ari pungala, o pirida o der wiada dip! Pwe akai sasa duen Kot. Mepukat i indai ong komail, pwen kanamenokki komail.
Wake up, do justly, cease from sin; for I say to your shame that some of you have no acquaintance with God.
35 A ele amen pan inda: Iaduen me melar akan ar pan kamaureda? O iaduen war ar, me re pan maur kida?
But some one will ask. "How are the dead raised? and with what body are they coming?"
36 Pweipwei men koe! Pwe me koe kin kamoredi, sota pan maureda, ma a sota pan mela.
Foolish man! The seed you sow does not come to life unless it dies.
37 O me koe kamoredi, kaidin war ota me pan para, pwe wan korn eu ta, ele wan wit de eu wa toror.
And when you sow the seed you are not sowing the body that it will become, but bare grain, of wheat perhaps, or some other grain.
38 A Kot pan kotiki ong war a, duen a kotin kupura, o eu eu en war akan pan ale udan mom a.
But God gives it what body he pleases, and to each kind of seed its own body.
39 Uduk karos kaidin song ta ieu, pwe eu song uduk en aramas akan, a eu song uduk en man akan, a eu song en manpir akan, a eu song en mam akan.
All flesh is not the same flesh; there is human flesh, another of fishes of animals, another of birds, another of fishes.
40 A war lang o war pwel akan mia, a lingan en war lang eu song o lingan en war pwel eu song.
There are both celestial bodies and bodies terrestrial; but the splendor of the celestial is one thing, and the splendor of the terrestrial is another.
41 A eu song lingan en katipin, o eu lingan en maram, o eu lingan en usu kan, pwe nan usu kan me wuki pasang ki ar lingan eu eu.
There is one glory of the sun, another of the moon, and another of the stars; for star differs from star in glory.
42 Nan iduen en me melar akan ar pan maureda. A kin kamoremoredi ap mor pasang, o pan kamaureda so mor pasang.
So it is in the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption, It is raised in incorruption;
43 A kin kamoremoredi ni so lingan, o pan maureda ni lingan; a kin kamoremoredi ni luet, o pan maureda ni manaman;
Sown in weakness, It is raised in power;
44 A pan kamoremoredi war pwel o pan kamaureda war ngenin; pwe ma war pwel mia, nan a pil pan war ngenin.
The body sown is animal The body is raised is spiritual. If there is an animal body, there is also a spiritual body.
45 Duen a intingidier: Tapin aramas Adam wiauier, pwen ngen maur amen, a Adam tia mur, pwen ngen en kamaur.
Thus it is written. The first man, Adam, became a living being, the last Adam, a life-giving Spirit.
46 A war ngenin kaidin i men mas pwe war pwel, a muri me ngenin.
Now it is not the spiritual which is first, but the animal, and then the spiritual.
47 Tapin aramas wiaui kida pwel, a aramas kariamen kotido sang nanlang.
The first man is of the earth, earthly; the second Man is of heaven.
48 A duen tapin aramas wiauiki pwel, iduen karos me wiauiki pwel o duen men nanlang o, iduen men nanlang kan.
Like him who was of earth, are the earthy; and like Him who is of heaven, are the heavenly;
49 O duen kitail wa mom en pwel, iduen kitail pil pan wa mom en lang.
As we have borne the likeness of him who was of earth, so also let us bear the likeness of Him who is of heaven.
50 Ri ai kan, iet me i men inda: Uduk o nta sota kak sosoki wein Kot; o me mor pasang kan sota pan sosoki me so mor pasang.
I tell you this, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor can corruption inherit incorruption.
51 Kilang, ngai me kadiarok ong komail kaponepon eu: Kaidin kitail karos pan mela, a kitail karos pan nitwilida.
Lo, I tell you a secret truth. we shall not all be sleeping, but we shall be changed,
52 Madang ni marep ta ieu, koronete en muri lao popeuk. Pwe koronete pan popeuk, a me melar akan ap pan kamauredang somor pasang a kitail pan kawilikapada.
in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, when the last trumpet sounds. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised, incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
53 Pwe mor pasang wet pan kiawikilang so mor pasang; o mela wet kiawikilang somela.
For this corruptible must be clothed with incorruption, and this mortal must be clothed with immortality.
54 A mor pasang wet lao kiawikilang so mor pasang o mela wet kiawikilang somela, masan o ap pan pwaida, me intingidier: Maur kadalala mela.
And when this mortal has been clothed with immortality, then will the words of Scripture come to pass, Death has been swallowed up in victory.
55 Mela koe, ia om tata? Mela ia om poedi? (Hadēs g86)
Where, Death, is thy victory? Where, Death, is thy sting? (Hadēs g86)
56 Mana en mela dip, a manaman en dip kapung.
Now the sting of death is sin, and the power of sin is the Law.
57 Danke ong Kot, pwe a kotiki ong kitail, en poediki atail Kaun Iesus Kristus.
But thanks be to God, who has given us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
58 Ari ri ai kompok kan, komail kelail kaukaule o der wukiwuk sili, a kakairida ni omail wiawia en Kaun o, pwe komail asa, me omail dodok ong Kaun o kaidin dodok mal.
So, my brothers beloved, stand firm, immovable, always abounding in work for the Lord, because you know that your toil is not fruitless in the Lord.
