1 Shakapanu numwoniti Mwanakondolu kankugubandula mfindiku gwa kwanja gwa ilii mifindiku saba. Mpikaniriti yumu gwa vilii viwumbi msheshi vyaviwera vikomu pakatakula kwa liziwu gambira lwa mpanta, “Gwizi!”
I watched as the Lamb broke open the first of the seven seals. I heard one of the four living creatures shout with a thunderous voice, “Come!”

When he opened the second seal, I heard the second living creature say, “Come!”
4 Neni ndoliti na mona paweriti falasi yumonga palii, msheri. Mkwena panani pa falasi gwakuwi wampananiti lihengu lya kuwusiya ponga pasipanu, su wantu walilagi. Wampananiti kayi upanga mkulu.
Another horse came out, a red one. Its rider was given a large sword, and the power to take away peace from the earth so that people would slaughter one other.
5 Shakapanu Mwanakondolu kagubanduliti mfindiku gwa tatu. Numupikaniriti shiwumbi ulii mkomu gwa tatu pakatakula, “Gwizi!” Moniti palii paweriti na falasi yumu mtitu. Mkwena panani pa falasi gwakuwi kaweriti na vipimu viwili vya kupimira utopa mumawoku mwakuwi.
When he opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked and saw a black horse. Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.
6 Mpikanira shintu gambira liziwu lyalilawira pakati pa viwumbi vilii vyamsheshi yaviwera vikomu. Nayomberi katakuliti, “Shibaba shimu sha ubumu wa nganu kwa shiyasi sha mpiya sha shibena mgongu sha lishaka limu na vibaba vitatu vya shayili kwa shibena mgongu sha lishaka limu. Kumbiti naguhalibisiya lipaki na divayi!”
I heard what seemed to be a voice coming from among the four living creatures that said, “Two pounds of wheat cost a day's wages, and three pounds of barley cost the same. But don't damage the oil or the wine.”
7 Shakapanu, Mwanakondolu kagubandura mfindiku gwa msheshi. Numupikinira ulii shiwumbi mkomu gwa msheshi, “Gwizi!”
When he opened the fourth seal, I heard the fourth living creature say, “Come!”
8 Neni ndoliti na kumbiti kaweriti falasi yumu gwa shijivu palii. Na litawu lyakuwi mkwena panani pa falasi gwakuwi liweriti Kuhowa na lirindi lyalihera upeleru limfatiti kumbeli. Awa wapananitwi makakala kwa wega yimu zya wega msheshi zya pasipanu, wawalagi wantu kwa upanga na njala na ulweli wa tawuni na kwa wankanyama wakalipa wa pasipanu. (Hadēs g86)
I looked and saw a pale horse. The rider was called Death, and Hades followed him. They received authority over a quarter of the earth to kill people by the sword, by famine, by plague, and by wild beasts. (Hadēs g86)
9 Shakapanu, Mwanakondolu kagubanduliti mfindiku gwa muhanu. Moniti pasi palii pashitalawanda sha kutambikira rohu zya walii yawalagitwi toziya ya kubwera Shisoweru sha Mlungu na toziya ya ukapitawu yawaulaviyiti.
When he opened the fifth seal, I saw underneath the altar those who had been killed because of their dedication to the word of God and their faithful witness.
10 Su walira kwa liziwu likulu, “Gwee Mtuwa, yaguwera mnanagala na mjimilika, mpaka ndii hagukawi kuwatoza kwa yawakala woseri wa pasipanu kwajili ya kulagwa kwa twenga?”
They cried out, shouting, “How long, Lord who is holy and true, before you will judge and bring to justice those on earth who spilled our blood?”
11 Wapananitwi kila yumu lihabiti lifufu, wagambirwa wongeri kwoyera kwa shipindi shididini, mpaka payitimiya walanga ya wantumintumi wayawu na walongu weni hawalagwi gambira womberi ntambu yawalagitwi.
Each one of them was given a white robe, and they were told to wait for a little longer until their number was complete—their fellow-believers and brothers who would be killed like them.
12 Shakapanu ndoliti na shipindi Mwanakondolu pakagubanduriti mfindiku gwa sita, kuweriti na lirindimiru likulu lya isi, mshenji guweri mtitu gambira liguniya lititu, lyezi lyoseri liwera lisheri gambira mwazi.
When he opened the sixth seal there was a tremendous earthquake. The sun turned black like hair sackcloth and the whole moon turned red like blood.
13 Na ntondu zya kumpindi zituluka pa pasipanu gambira mabwajubwaju ga mumtera gwa mkuyu yagakamala ndiri yagatuluka shipindi mtera gwakuwi pagutikwa na lipuga.
The stars of heaven fell to earth like unripe figs falling from a fig tree shaken by a windstorm.
14 Liyera lidegeka vipandi viwili gambira mkeka wagubilingwabilingwa, migongu yoseri na visiwa vyoseri vibegiziwa na kuhalibisiwa.
The sky disappeared like a scroll rolling up, and all the mountains and islands were moved from where they were.
15 Shakapanu wafalumi wa pasipanu na wakulu wa isi na wakulu wa mashonta na walunda na yawawera na makakala na kila mmanda na muntu mlekeru, walififa mumpanga na mumatalawu ga kumigongu.
The kings of the earth, the great leaders, the wealthy, the powerful, and all people, slave or free, hid themselves in caves and among the rocks in the mountains.
16 Wayigambira migongu ayi na matalawu aga, “Mtuguwukiri, mtufifi patali na yomberi yakalivaga pashibanta sha ufalumi na patali na maya ga Mwanakondolu!
They called on the mountains and the rocks, telling them, “Fall upon us! Hide us from the face of the one who sits on the throne, and from the judgment of the Lamb.
17 Toziya lishaka lya gweka lya maya gawu lisoka. Gaa hakawezi kugoloka?”
For the terrible day of their judgment has come, and who can stand against it?”
