Yohani 13
1 Iweriti lishaka lya pamberi pa msambu gwa Pasaka. Yesu kavimaniti handa saa yakuwi isoka ya kuwuka pasipanu na kugenda kwa Tati. Shipindi shoseri yomberi kawafiriti nentu wantu wa pasipanu yawaweriti wakuwi, na kawafiriti mpaka lupeleru!
Before now the feast of the Passover knowing Jesus that (came *N(k)O*) to him hour that He may depart out of world this to the Father, having loved [his] own who [were] in the world to [the] end He loved them.
2 Yesu pamuhera na wantumini wakuwi waweriti walivaga kuliya shiboga sha pamihi. Shetani kingiriti kala mumoyu mwa Yuda, mwana gwa Simoni Isikariyoti, maholu ga kumgalambuka Yesu.
And supper (taking place, *N(k)O*) the devil already having put into the heart that he may betray Him (Judas *N(k)O*) [son] of Simon (Iscariot *NK(o)*)
3 Yesu kavimaniti handa Tati kaweriti kamupa makakala, kavimaniti kuwera kalawa kwa Mlungu na kaweriti kankugenda kwa Mlungu.
knowing (*k*) (Jesus *K*) that all things (has given *N(k)O*) to Him the Father into the hands, and that from God He came forth and to God He is going,
4 Su, kawukiti pameza, kayikusa nguwu yakuwi, katola shitambala na kulitawa mushyunu mwakuwi.
He rises from the supper and lays aside the garments, And having taken a towel He girded Himself.
5 Shakapanu katula mashi mubakuli, kanja kuwagulula magulu wafundwa wakuwi kugapukuta kwa shitambala shilii shakashitawiti mushinu mwakuwi.
After that He pours water into the basin and He began to wash the feet of the disciples and to wipe [them] with the towel with which He was having girded himself.
6 Pakiziti kwa Simoni Peteru, nayomberi katakula, “Mtuwa, hashi gwenga gwiza kugagulula magulu ganeni?”
He comes then to Simon Peter; (and *k*) who says to Him (that [question]; *ko*) Lord, You yourself my do wash feet?
7 Yesu kamwankula, “Gwenga hapeni gwerewi vinu shantenda ashi, kumbiti hagwelewi shakapanu.”
Answered Jesus and said to him; What I myself do you yourself not know presently, you will know however after these things.
8 Peteru kamgambira, “Gwenga hapeni gungululi magulu gangu nakamu!” Yesu kamwankula, “Pangulula ndiri magulu gaku, hapeni guweri ntumintumi gwangu kayi.” (aiōn g165)
Says to Him Peter; certainly not shall You wash my feet to the age. Answered (*k*) Jesus to him; only unless I shall wash you, not you have part with Me. (aiōn g165)
9 Simoni Peteru kamwankula, “Mtuwa, nagungululi magulu hera! Gugagululi mawoku gangu na mtuwi viraa.”
Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, not the feet of me only but also the hands and the head.
10 Yesu kamgambira, “Yawakoga kala wawera waherepa na wafiruwa ndiri kunawa ira magulu gawu. Mwenga muherepa, kumbiti mwawoseri ndiri.”
Says to him Jesus; The [one] having bathed himself not has need (only *no*) (except *N(K)O*) the feet to wash, but is clean wholly; and you yourselves clean are but not all.
11 Yesu kamumaniti kala ulii yakagenda kumgalambuka, ndo mana kalongiti, “Mwenga muherepa, kumbiti yumu kaherepa ndiri.”
He knew for the [one who] was betraying Him; on account of this He said (that *no*) Not all clean you are.
12 Pakamaliriti kuwagulula magulu gawu, kavulumula nguwu yakuwi, na kalivagiti pahala pakuwi pakwegera na meza, su yomberi kawakosiya, “Hashi, mwerewa shanuwatenderani mwenga?”
When therefore He had washed the feet of them and taken the garments of Him and (he reclined *N(k)O*) again, He said to them; Do you know what I have done to you?
13 “Mwenga munshema mfunda na Mtuwa, mwenga mtakula weri toziya ndo neni.
You yourselves call Me: Teacher and Lord, and rightly you say; I am for.
14 Paiwera neni Mtuwa gwenu na mfunda gwenu, nuwanaviya magulu mwenga, mwenga viraa mfiruwa kulinawiviyana magulu.
If therefore I myself washed your feet the Lord and the Teacher, also you yourselves ought of one another to wash the feet;
15 Nukupanani kala mfanu, su mwenga mtendi viraa ntambu yanuwatenderani.
A pattern for I gave you, that even as I myself did to you also you yourselves may do.
16 Nuwagambirani nakaka, wantumintumi wakulu ndiri kuliku mtuwa gwawu na ntumintumi hapeni kaweri mkulu kuliku ulii yakantumiti.
Amen Amen I say to you; not is a servant greater than the master of him nor [is] a messenger greater than the [one who] having sent him.
17 Vinu muumana unakaka awu, hamuweri na sekuseku pamgatenda.
If these things you know, blessed are you if you shall do them.
18 “Aga gantakula gawawusu ndiri mwenga mawoseri. Neni nuwamana walii yanuwasyaguliti. Kumbiti mpaka gatimii Malembu Mananagala gaweri nakaka ntambu yagalembwa, ‘Muntu yakaliyiti pamuhera naneni shiboga shangu hakang'alambuki’.
Not about all of you I speak; I myself know (whom *N(k)O*) I chose; but that the Scripture may be fulfilled: The [one] eating (with *k*) (Me *N(k)O*) the bread lifted up against Me myself the heel of him.’
19 Neni nuwagambireni vitwatira avi vinu pamberi kulawira. Su pagalawila mpati kujimira kuwera ‘Neni ndo Mweni’.
From now I am telling you before it comes to pass, so that (you may believe *NK(o)*) when it may happen that I myself am [He].
20 Nuwagambireni nakaka, yakamshemera yoseri ulii yanumtumiti, kanshemera neni viraa na yakanshemera neni ndo kamshemera ulii yakantumiti.”
Amen Amen I say to you; the [one] receiving (maybe *N(k)O*) any I shall send, Me myself receives; the [one] now Me myself receiving, receives the [One] having sent Me.
21 Yesu pakatakuliti kala aga, kahinginikiti nentu mumoyu, katakula pota kufifa, “Nakaka nuwagambireni, yumu gwenu hakamgalambuki!”
These things having said Jesus was troubled in spirit and He testified and said; Amen Amen I say to you that one of you will betray Me.
22 Wafundwa walilola weni, su waweriti wavimana ndiri handa gaa hakamgalambuki.
Were looking (therefore *KO*) upon one another the disciples, being uncertain of whom He is speaking.
23 Yumu gwa wafundwa, mweni Yesu ndo yakamfiriti nentu, kaweriti kalivaga pakwegera na Yesu.
There was (now *k*) reclining one (of *no*) the disciples of Him in the bosom of Jesus whom was loving Jesus;
24 Simoni Peteru kamlanguziya kwa mawoku, kamgambira “Gumkosiyi katakula kuusu gaa.”
Motions therefore to him Simon Peter (and says to him *o*) (to ask *NK(o)*) who maybe (it would be *NK(o)*) about whom He is speaking.
25 Su ntumintumi ulii kasegelera nentu uwega wa Yesu, kamkosiya, “Mtuwa, ndo gaa?”
(Having leaned then *N(k)O*) he (thus *NO*) on the breast of Jesus he says to Him; Lord, who is it?
26 Yesu kamwankula, “Ulii yanumupa shipandi sha libumunda shantotiti musahani, ndo mweni.” Su, kashitola shipandi sha libumunda, kashitota musahani, kamupa Yuda, mwana gwa Simoni Isikariyoti.
Answers (therefore *O*) Jesus; He it is to whom I myself (will dip *N(k)O*) the morsel (and *no*) (will give *N(k)O*) (to him. *no*) (And *k*) (having dipped *N(k)O*) (then *NO*) the morsel (He takes [it] and *NO*) gives [it] to Judas [son] of Simon (Iscariot. *N(k)O*)
27 Yuda pakayankiti kala shipandi sha libumunda, Shetani kamwingiriti yomberi. Su, Yesu kamgambiriti Yuda, “Gutendi kanongola shilii shagufira kutenda!”
And after the morsel, then entered into him Satan. Says therefore to him Jesus; What you enact, do enact quicker.
28 Woseri yawalivagiti kuliya shiboga wavimaniti ndiri kwantambu gaa Yesu katakuriti aga kwa yomberi.
This now no [one] knew of those reclining to what He spoke to him.
29 Yuda kaweriti mkola mpiya pakati pawu, wavimaniti kuwera Yesu kamgambiriti hakahemeri vilii vyawafiruwa mumsambu, ama kamgambiriti kakalaviyi shoseri kwa wahushu.
Some for were thinking, since the money bag had (*k*) Judas, for is saying to him Jesus; do buy what things need [of] we have for the feast, or to the poor that something he may give.
30 Su Yuda pakayankiti kala shipandi shilii sha libumunda, palaa paliya kalawa kunja. Na iweriti Pashiru.
Having received therefore the morsel he went out immediately; it was now night.
31 Yuda pakawukiti kala, Yesu kalonga, “Vinu ukwisa wa Mwana gwa Muntu ugubutulwa, vinu ukwisa wa Mlungu ugubutulwa kupitira yomberi.
When therefore he had gone out, says (*k*) Jesus; Now has been glorified the Son of Man, and God has been glorified in Him,
32 Handa ukwisa wa Mlungu paugubutulwa kupitira yomberi, su Mlungu hakaulanguziyi ukwisa wa Mwana gwa Muntu mngati mwakuwi, kamukamu hakatendi hangu.
If God is glorified in Him also God will glorify Him in (Him[self] *N(k)O*) and immediately will glorify Him.
33 Wana wangu, nankali na mwenga katepu hera. Hamunsakuli, kumbiti vinu nukugambirani galii ganuwagambiriti kala wakulu wa Wayawudi, ‘Pang'endaku, mwenga hapeni mgendi.’
Little children, yet a little while with you I am. You will seek Me, and even as I said to the Jews that Where I myself go you yourselves not are able to come, also to you I say now.
34 Vinu nukupanani lilagaliru lya syayi, mulifiri weni. Handa yanukufirani mwenga, viraa vilii mulifiri weni.
A commandment new I give to you that you may love one another, even as I have loved you so also you yourselves may love one another.
35 Handa pamulifira weni, wantu woseri hawavimani kuwera mwenga ndo wafundwa waneni”.
By this will know all that to Me disciples you are, if love you shall have among one another.
36 Simoni Peteru kamkosiya Yesu, “Mtuwa gwankugenda koshi?” Yesu kamwankula, “Hapeni guwezi kunfata vinu kwang'endaku, kumbiti shakapanu hamunfati.”
Says to Him Simon Peter; Lord, where go You? Answered to him (*k*) Jesus; Where I go not you are able Me now to follow; you will follow however afterward (to me. *k*)
37 Peteru kamkosiya, “Mtuwa, kwantambu gaa nsindi kukufata vinu? Nakali kuhowa kwajili ya gwenga!”
Says to Him Peter; Lord, because of why not am I able You (to follow *NK(o)*) presently? The life of mine for You I will lay down.
38 Yesu kamwankula, “Hashi, ndo wakala nakaka kuhowa kwajili ya neni? Nukugambira nakaka, pamberi njogolu keniwiki, hagunemi mala tatu kuwera gumana ndiri neni.”
(answers *N(k)O*) (to him *k*) Jesus; The life of you for Me will you lay down? Amen Amen I say to you; certainly not [the] rooster (may crow *N(k)O*) until that (you will deny *N(k)O*) Me three times.
