< Waebulaniya 7 >

1 Melikizedeki ayu kaweriti mfalumi gwa Salemu, na mtambika gwa Mlungu Mkulu. Aburahamu pakaweriti kankuwuya kulawa mng'ondu kuwalaga wafalumi, Melikizedeki kaliwoniti na yomberi na kamtekelera.
For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, met Abraham, as he was returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him.
2 Na Aburahamu kampanana shintu sha lilongu lya vintu vyoseri vyakaweriti navi palii. Mana ya litawu lya Melikizedeki ndo Mfalumi yakatenda maheri na toziya yomberi kaweriti Mfalumi gwa Salemu, litawu lyakuwi viraa lyana mana ya Mfalumi gwa ponga.
And Abraham divided to him a tenth part of everything. And in translation his name is first, indeed, king of justice, and next also king of Salem, that is, king of peace.
3 Kahera Tati na kahera mawu na kahera lukolu, kahera lyanjiru ama upeleru wa ukomu wakuwi. Kalifana na Mwana gwa Mlungu na kendereya kuwera mtambika mashaka goseri.
Without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life, he is thereby likened to the Son of God, who remains a priest continuously.
4 Su mmuwona muntu ayu ntambu yakaweriti mkulu, mbuyi gwetu Aburahamu kamupananiti shintu sha lilongu lya vintu vyoseri vyakalopoliti munkondu.
Next, consider how great this man is, since the Patriarch Abraham even gave tithes to him from the principal things.
5 Shiyiwuku sha Lawi yawawera watambika, walekiziwa Mumalagaliru Mlungu gakamupananiti Musa kutola shintu sha lilongu lya vintu vyoseri kulawa kwa walongu wawu Israeli, ata handa na womberi wawera washiyiwuku sha Aburahamu.
And indeed, those who are from the sons of Levi, having received the priesthood, hold a commandment to take tithes from the people in accord with the law, that is, from their brothers, even though they also went forth from the loins of Abraham.
6 Kumbiti Melikizedeki kaweriti ndiri gwa lukolu lwa Lawi, ata hangu kankiti shintu sha lilongu lya vintu vyoseri kulawa kwa Aburahamu na kamtekeleriti yomberi yakaweriti kapananwa malagilu ga Mlungu.
But this man, whose lineage is not enumerated with them, received tithes from Abraham, and he blessed even the one who held the promises.
7 Kwahera shashatika ata shididini handa yakamtekelera ndo mkulu kuliku ulii yakatekelerwa.
Yet this is without any contradiction, for what is less should be blessed by what is better.
And certainly, here, men who receive tithes still die; but there, he bears witness that he lives.
9 Su tudaha kutakula hangu, handa Aburahamu pakalaviyiti shintu sha lilongu, Lawi mweni na shiyiwuku shakuwi shanka pahala pa lilongu, kalaviyiti shintu sha lilongu kupitira Aburahamu.
And so it may be said that even Levi, who received tithes, was himself a tithe through Abraham.
10 Toziya Lawi kaweriti mushunu sha mbuyi gwakuwi Aburahamu, shipindi Melikizedeki pakaliwoniti na Aburahamu.
For he was still in the loins of his father, when Melchizedek met him.
Therefore, if consummation had occurred through the Levitical priesthood (for under it the people received the law), then what further need would there be for another Priest to rise up according to the order of Melchizedek, one who was not called according to the order of Aaron?
12 Toziya shiyiwuku sha utambika pashigalambuka, malagaliru nageni gagalambuki viraa.
For since the priesthood has been transferred, it is necessary that the law also be transferred.
13 Toziya yomberi yakatakuliritwi muaga kaweriti mtenda pamuhera na likabira lyamonga, ndolyeni kwahera ata yumu gwa likabila ali yakapatiti kupatendera pashitalawanda sha kutambikira.
For he about whom these things have been spoken is from another tribe, in which no one attends before the altar.
14 Imanikana kuwera Mtuwa gwetu kiwukiti mulikabila lya Yuda lweni Musa kalikanta ndiri pakaweriti kankutakulira watambika.
For it is evident that our Lord arose out of Judah, a tribe about which Moses said nothing concerning priests.
15 Na vinu shapaweru nentu toziya mtambika gwa ntambu yumonga ulii yakalifana na Melikizedeki kalawiriti.
And yet it is far more evident that, according to the likeness of Melchizedek, there rises up another priest,
16 Yomberi katenditwi ndiri mtambika kwa kwiwuka kwa nshimba, kumbiti kiwukiti kupitira likakala lya ukomu wahera upeleru.
who was made, not according to the law of a carnal commandment, but according to the virtue of an indissoluble life.
17 Toziya ukapitawu wa yomberi ulanguziya kuwera, “Gwenga gwa mtambika gwa mashaka goseri, handa utambika wa Melikizedeki.” (aiōn g165)
For he testifies: “You are a priest forever, according to the order of Melchizedek.” (aiōn g165)
18 Su kwa ntambu yimu lilagaliru ligona lilii liwusiwa toziya liweriti lyahera makakala na liwatanga ndiri wantu.
Certainly, there is a setting aside of the former commandment, because of its weakness and lack of usefulness.
19 Toziya Lilagaliru Mlungu lyakampananiti Musa, liweza ndiri kumalalira shintu shoseri, su kwa ntambu yimonga litumbiru liherepa nentu, kupitira litumbiru ali tuweza kuwera pakwegera na Mlungu.
For the law led no one to perfection, yet truly it introduced a better hope, through which we draw near to God.
20 Litumbiru ali lilanguziitwi ndo lyanakaka kwa lirapu, wamonga walii pawatenditwi watambika, watenditwi ndiri kwa lirapu.
Moreover, it is not without an oath. For certainly, the others were made priests without an oath.
21 Kumbiti Yesu katenditwi mtambika kwa lirapu toziya ya galii Mlungu gakamgambiriti “Mtuwa kalirapa, hapeni kagalambuli nfiru yakuwi, ‘Gwenga gwa mtambika gwa mashaka goseri.’” (aiōn g165)
But this man was made a priest with an oath, by the One who said to him: “The Lord has sworn and he will not repent. You are a priest forever.” (aiōn g165)
22 Toziya ya aga, Yesu kawera mzamana gwa lipatanu lyaliwera liherepa nentu.
By so much, Jesus has been made the sponsor of a better testament.
23 Kayi watambika awa waweriti wavuwa na toziya waweriti wantu yawahowa, waweziti ndiri kwendeleya na lihengu lyawu.
And certainly, so many of the others became priests because, due to death, they were prohibited from continuing.
24 Kumbiti Yesu kahanda womberi ndiri, yomberi kalikala mashaka goseri, Utambika wakuwi uwuka ndiri kwakuwi. (aiōn g165)
But this man, because he continues forever, has an everlasting priesthood. (aiōn g165)
25 Hangu yomberi kadaha mashaka goseri kuwalopoziya nakamu woseri yawamgendera Mlungu kwa njira yakuwi, toziya yomberi kalikala shipindi shoseri pakawaluwira kwa Mlungu.
And for this reason, he is able, continuously, to save those who approach God through him, since he is ever alive to make intercession on our behalf.
For it was fitting that we should have such a High Priest: holy, innocent, undefiled, set apart from sinners, and exalted higher than the heavens.
27 Kawera ndiri gambira watambika wakulu wamonga, yomberi kafiruwa ndiri kulaviya litambiku kila lishaka, kwanja toziya ya vidoda vyakuwi mweni gambira womberi, shakapanu toziya ya vidoda vya wantu, yomberi katenda hangu kwa mala yimu hera, kwajili ya wantu woseri, kalilaviyiti mweni kwa mala yimu hera kwa shipindi shoseri.
And he has no need, daily, in the manner of other priests, to offer sacrifices, first for his own sins, and then for those of the people. For he has done this once, by offering himself.
28 Malagaliru Mlungu gakamupananiti Musa, gawasyagula wantu yawawera legulegu kuwera watambika wakulu, kumbiti shilii shakatakuliti Mlungu kwa lirapu, shashisokiti kala pa Malagaliru ga Musa, gamsyagula Mwana yakatenditwi kuwera pota likosa mashaka goseri. (aiōn g165)
For the law appoints men as priests, though they have infirmities. But, by the word of the oath that is after the law, the Son has been perfected for eternity. (aiōn g165)
