1 Wakorintu 2

1 Walongu wayangu, neni paniziti kwa mwenga nuwabweliriti ndiri bada nakaka ya ujumbi wa Mlungu kwa visoweru viherepa, ama kwa luhala lwa muntu.

And I, having come to you, brothers, came—not in superiority of discourse or wisdom—declaring to you the testimony of God,

2 Toziya panilikaliti na mwenga amuwiti kulyaluwa goseri, ira kummana Yesu Kristu, ulii yawampingikiti.

for I decided not to know anything among you, except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified;

3 Paniziti kwa mwenga nweriti legilegi, nendemera kwa lyoga nentu.

and I, in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling, was with you;

4 Mafundishu ganeni na mabweru ganeni, gawera ndiri kwa visoweru viherepa na ga luhala lya kuwakwegera wantu, kumbiti gaweriti na makakala ga Rohu gwa Mlungu.

and my word and my preaching was not in persuasive words of wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power—

5 Ntenditi hangu, su njimiru ya mwenga nayilitumbira luhala lwa muntu, kumbiti ilikali mumakakala ga Mlungu.

that your faith may not be in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

6 Pamuhera na hangu, tubwera ujumbi wa luhala kwa walii yawakula murohu. Kumbiti luhala alu lwa pasipanu ndiri ama lwa wakolamlima ndiri wa pasipanu, yawagenda kwagamira. (aiōn g165)

And wisdom we speak among the perfect, and wisdom not of this age, nor of the rulers of this age—of those becoming useless, (aiōn g165)

7 Luhala lwanuwabwelera ndo luhala lwa bada ya Mlungu, luhala lwalufifikiti, yomberi lwakalusyaguliti kala kwanjira makashu kwajili ya ukwisa wa twenga, pamberi pa kuwumbwa pasipanu. (aiōn g165)

but we speak the hidden wisdom of God in a secret, that God foreordained before the ages to our glory, (aiōn g165)

8 Kwahera ata mkolamlima yoseri gwa pasipanu yakalumaniti luhala alu. Handa mewalumaniti, womberi mewampingiki ndiri Mtuwa gwa ukwisa. (aiōn g165)

which no one of the rulers of this age knew, for if they had known, they would not have crucified the Lord of Glory; (aiōn g165)

9 Kumbiti ntambu yagatakula Malembu Mananagala, “Vitwatila vyeni lisu lipatiti ndiri kuwona, ama likutu kupikinira, Vitwatira vyeni muntu kapatiti ndiri kuvihola mumoyu, Aga ndo Mlungu gakawatandiriti walii yawamfira.”

but according as it has been written: “What eye did not see, and ear did not hear, and on the heart of man did not come up, what God prepared for those loving Him”;

10 Avi ndo vitwatira Mlungu vyakatugubutuluriti kwa njira ya Rohu gwakuwi. Toziya Rohu kalola lola kila shintu ata vitwatira vyaviwera mungati mwa Mlungu.

but God revealed [them] to us through His Spirit, for the Spirit searches all things, even the depths of God,

11 Hashi, gaa yakaweza kugamana galii gagawera mngati mwa muntu handa ndiri rohu gwakuwi yakawera mngati mwakuwi mweni? Su ntambu iraayi, kwahera yakavimana vitwatira vya Mlungu, kumbiti Rohu gwa Mlungu.

for who of men has known the things of the man, except the spirit of the man that [is] in him? So also the things of God no one has known, except the Spirit of God.

12 Twenga twankiti ndiri rohu gwa pasipanu, kumbiti twankiti Rohu yakalawiti kwa Mlungu su tuweza kuvimana vyoseri Mlungu vyakatupananiti.

And we did not receive the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that [is] of God, that we may know the things conferred by God on us,

13 Su twenga twankutakula ndiri kwa visoweru vyawatufunditi kwa luhala lwa muntu, kumbiti twankutakula kwa visoweru vyatufunditwi na Rohu, patuvitakulira vitwatira vya shirohu kwa wantu yawawera na Rohu.

which things we also speak, not in words taught by human wisdom, but in those taught by the Holy Spirit, comparing spiritual things with spiritual things,

14 Muntu yakahera Rohu hapeni kawanki vitwatira vya Rohu gwa Mlungu, vitwatira avi viwoneka vya uzigizigi hera kwakuwi na hapeni kavimani, toziya gamanikana hera kwa utanga wa Rohu.

and the natural man does not receive the things of the Spirit of God, for they are foolishness to him, and he is not able to know [them], because they are discerned spiritually;

15 Muntu yoseri yakawera na Rohu gwa Mlungu ayu kaweza kuyambula uherepa wa kila shintu, kumbiti kwahera muntu yakaweza kumtoza.

and he who is spiritual, indeed discerns all things, and he himself is discerned by no one;

16 Malembu Mananagala galonga, “Gani yakaweza kugamana mahala ga Mtuwa? Gani yakaweza kumfunda Mtuwa?” Kumbiti twenga twana mahala ga Kristu.

for who knew the mind of the LORD that he will instruct Him? And we have the mind of Christ.
