صفنیا 3

1 وای بر اورشلیم، شهر فاسد و ستمگر که بر مردمان خودش ظلم روا می‌دارد!

Woe to! [the] filthy [one] and [the] defiled [one] the city which oppresses.

2 شهری که به صدای خداوند گوش نمی‌دهد و اصلاح‌پذیر نیست؛ به خداوند توکل نمی‌کند و به او نزدیک نمی‌شود.

Not it has listened to a voice not it has accepted correction in Yahweh not it has trusted to God its not it has drawn near.

3 رهبران اورشلیم مثل شیرهای غران، و قاضیانش مانند گرگهای گرسنهٔ شب هستند که از صید خود چیزی را تا صبح باقی نمی‌گذارند.

Officials its in midst its [are] lions roaring judges its [are] wolves of [the] evening [which] not they gnaw to the morning.

4 انبیای آن دروغگو و سودجو می‌باشند. کاهنانش احکام خدا را به نفع خود تحریف کرده، خانهٔ خدا را نجس می‌سازند.

Prophets its [are] insolent men of treacheri priests its they profane [the] sanctuary they do violence to [the] law.

5 خدا در میان مردم شهر حضور دارد. او عادل و با انصاف است و هر بامداد احکام خود را نمایان می‌سازد و کوتاهی نمی‌کند، با وجود این، بدکاران شهر با بی‌شرمی به شرارت خود ادامه می‌دهند.

Yahweh [is] righteous in midst its not he does injustice in the morning in the morning judgment his he gives to the light not he fails and not [is] knowing an unrighteous person shame.

6 خداوند می‌فرماید: «قومهای بسیاری را نابود کرده‌ام و استحکامات آنها را از بین برده‌ام. شهرهای آنها را با کوچه‌هایشان چنان ویران کرده‌ام که حتی یک نفر هم در آنها باقی نمانده است.

I have cut off nations they are desolate corners their I have made desolate streets their because not [one who] passes by they have been laid waste cities their because not anyone from not inhabitant.

7 گفتم حتماً مردم اورشلیم به من گوش خواهند داد و به هشدارهایم توجه خواهند نمود و بدین ترتیب جلوی خرابی شهر و مجازاتی را که مقرر کرده‌ام خواهند گرفت. ولی آنها چنین نکردند بلکه به کارهای فاسد خود ادامه دادند.»

I said surely you will fear me you will accept correction and not it will be cut off dwelling its all that I have visited on it nevertheless they rose early they corrupted all practices their.

8 خداوند می‌فرماید: «صبر کنید، به‌زودی وقت آن می‌رسد که بر ضد قومهای شرور به پا خیزم. زیرا تصمیم گرفته‌ام قومهای جهان را جمع کنم و خشم و غضب خود را بر آنها فرو ریزم. تمام جهان از آتش غیرت من گداخته خواهد شد.

Therefore wait for me [the] utterance of Yahweh for [the] day to arise I for booty for judgment my [is] to gather nations to assemble I kingdoms to pour out on them indignation my all [the] burning of anger my for in [the] fire of jealousy my it will be consumed all the earth.

9 «آنگاه به قومهای جهان، زبان پاک خواهم داد تا همهٔ آنها فقط نام مرا بخوانند و تنها مرا عبادت کنند.

For then I will restore to peoples a lip purified to call all of them on [the] name of Yahweh to serve him a shoulder one.

10 قوم پراکندهٔ من از فراسوی رودهای حبشه با هدایای خود آمده، مرا پرستش خواهند کرد.

From [the] other side of [the] rivers of Cush worshippers my [the] daughter of (scattered [ones] my *L(abh)*) they will bring! offering my.

11 ای قوم من، در آن زمان دیگر از یاغیگری‌های گذشتهٔ خود شرمنده نخواهید شد، زیرا من اشخاص متکبر را از میان شما برمی‌دارم. در کوه مقدّس من تکبر وجود نخواهد داشت.

On the day that not you will be ashamed from all practices your which you have transgressed against me for then - I will remove from midst your [the] exultant [ones] of pride your and not you will repeat to be haughty again on [the] mountain of holiness my.

12 کسانی که باقی بمانند، متواضع و فروتن خواهند بود و به نام من توکل خواهند نمود.

And I will leave in midst your a people afflicted and poor and they will take refuge in [the] name of Yahweh.

13 آنها دیگر ظالم، دروغگو و حقه‌باز نخواهند بود. در آرامش و امنیت به سر خواهند برد و هیچ‌کس آنها را نخواهد ترسانید.»

[the] remnant of Israel not they will do injustice and not they will speak falsehood and not it will be found in mouth their a tongue of deceitfulness for they they will graze and they will lie down and there not [will be one who] disturbs [them].

14 ای اورشلیم با شادی سرود بخوان! ای اسرائیل بانگ شادی برآور!

Shout for joy O daughter of Zion shout O Israel rejoice and exult with all [the] heart O daughter of Jerusalem.

15 زیرا خداوند مجازات تو را از تو دور کرده و دشمنانت را به عقب رانده است. یهوه پادشاه اسرائیل، در میان توست، پس دیگر بلا تو را نخواهد ترسانید!

He has removed Yahweh judgments your he has cleared away enemy your [the] king of Israel - Yahweh [is] in midst your not (you will fear *L(V)*) evil again.

16 در آن روز به اورشلیم خواهند گفت: «ای صَهیون، نترس، و قوی باش!

On the day that it will be said to Jerusalem may not you be afraid O Zion may not they drop hands your.

17 زیرا یهوه خدایت که در میان توست نجات دهنده‌ای توانا می‌باشد. او از تو راضی خواهد بود، و تو را دوست خواهد داشت و وجود تو مایه شادی و سرور او خواهد بود.»

Yahweh God your [is] in midst your a warrior [who] he will give victory he will rejoice on you with joy he will be silent in love his he will be glad on you with a shout of joy.

18 خداوند می‌فرماید: «به غمهایی که از حسرت عیدهای خود دارید پایان خواهم بخشید و بار این ننگ را از دوشتان برخواهم داشت.

[those] grieved From an appointed feast I will gather from you they were tribute on it reproach.

19 تمام کسانی را که به شما ظلم کرده‌اند مجازات خواهم نمود. اشخاص ضعیف و درماندهٔ قوم خود را رهایی خواهم بخشید و رانده‌شدگان را که مسخره و رسوا شده‌اند، جمع کرده، سرافراز خواهم نمود.

Here I [am] about to deal with all [those who] afflicted you at the time that and I will save the lame [person] and the outcast [person] I will gather and I will make them praise and a name [was] in all the earth shame their.

20 بله، در آن زمان وقتی شما را جمع نموده، اموالتان را پیش چشمانتان به شما بازگردانم، آنگاه در میان تمام مردم جهان سرافراز خواهید شد.» این را خداوند فرموده است.

At the time that I will bring you and at the time to gather I you for I will make you a name and praise among all [the] peoples of the earth when turn back I captiviti your to eyes your he says Yahweh.
