| مزمور پسران قورح. سرود. اورشلیم بر کوههای مقدّس بنا شده است. | 1 |
The city that Yahweh established is on his sacred hill.
| خداوند آن را بیش از سایر شهرهای اسرائیل دوست دارد. | 2 |
He loves that city, Jerusalem, more than he loves any other city in Israel.
| ای شهر خدا، چه سخنان پرشکوه دربارهٔ تو گفته می‌شود. | 3 |
[You people in] [APO] the city that God (owns/lives in), people say wonderful things about your city.
| رَهَب و بابِل را جزو کسانی که مرا می‌شناسند خواهم شمرد، همچنین فلسطین و صور و حبشه را. همۀ آنها شهروندان اورشلیم خواهند شد! | 4 |
[Some of those who know about God are the people of] Egypt and Babylonia, and also [the people of] Philistia and Tyre and Ethiopia; [some day they all] will say, “[Although I was not born in Jerusalem], [because I belong to Yahweh, it is as though] I was born there.”
| دربارهٔ اورشلیم خواهند گفت که تمام قومهای دنیا به آن تعلق دارند و اینکه خدای قادر متعال اورشلیم را قوی خواهد ساخت. | 5 |
And concerning Jerusalem, people will say [“It is as though] everyone was born there, and Almighty God will cause that city to remain strong/safe/secure.”
| هنگامی که خداوند اسامی قومها را ثبت نماید، همهٔ آنها را به اورشلیم نسبت خواهد داد. | 6 |
Yahweh will write a list of [the names of] the people of various groups [who belong to him], and he will say that [he considers them] all to be citizens of Jerusalem.
| آن قومها سرودخوانان و رقص‌کنان خواهند گفت: «اورشلیم سرچشمهٔ همهٔ برکات و خوشیهای ماست!» | 7 |
They will all dance and sing, saying, “Jerusalem is the source of all our blessings.”
