مزامیر 69

1 برای رهبر سرایندگان: در مایۀ «سوسنها». مزمور داوود. خدایا، مرا از این طوفان مشکلات نجات ده!

O God, save me, because [I am in great danger]. [It is as though] flood water is up to my neck, [and I am about to drown] [MET].

2 در منجلاب فرو رفته‌ام و در زیر پایم جایی برای ایستادن نیست. به جاهای عمیق رسیده‌ام و سیلاب مرا پوشانده است.

I continue to sink in the deep mud, and there is no solid ground for me to stand on. I am in deep water, and flood waters are swirling around me.

3 از بس می‌نالم خسته شده‌ام و گلویم خشک شده است. چشمانم آنقدر منتظر اقدام تو بوده‌اند که تار گشته‌اند.

I am exhausted from calling out [for help]; my throat is very dry. Because I have cried so much as I have waited for God [to help me], my eyes are swollen.

4 آنانی که بی‌سبب از من نفرت دارند از موهای سرم بیشترند. دشمنانم در مورد من دروغ می‌گویند، آنها از من قویترند و قصد کشتن مرا دارند. آنچه از دیگران ندزدیده‌ام، از من می‌خواهند برگردانم.

Those who hate me when there is no reason to hate me are more than the number of hairs on my head [HYP]! Those who want to get rid of me are strong, and they tell lies about me. They demand that I return to them things that I did not steal!

5 ای خدا، تو حماقت مرا می‌دانی و گناهانم از نظر تو پنهان نیست.

O God, (you see the sins that I have committed/my sins are not hidden from you). You know that I have foolishly [disobeyed your laws].

6 ای خداوند لشکرهای آسمان، مگذار آنانی که به تو امیدوار هستند و انتظار تو را می‌کشند، به سبب من شرمنده شوند. ای خدای اسرائیل، مگذار مایهٔ رسوایی دوستدارانت شوم.

O Yahweh God, [you who are the commander] of the armies [of heaven], do not allow the [wrong things that] I [have done] to cause those who trust in you to be disappointed/disillusioned. O God, you whom [we] Israeli people [worship], do not allow me to cause your people to be humiliated.

7 من به خاطر توست که اینچنین مورد سرزنش واقع شده و رسوا گشته‌ام.

People have insulted/ridiculed me because [I am devoted to] you. They have thoroughly humiliated [IDM] me.

8 نزد برادران خود غریب هستم و در خانوادهٔ خود بیگانه محسوب می‌شوم.

Even my own [older] brothers act as if they do not know me; they treat me like a foreigner.

9 اشتیاقی که برای خانۀ تو دارم، مثل آتش در من زبانه می‌کشد، و توهینهای اهانت‌کنندگانِ تو بر من افتاده است.

[Some people have despised your temple]; but my zeal for [keeping] your temple [holy] is like a fire burning inside me. So [it is as though] those who are insulting you are also insulting me.

10 هنگامی که با روزه و اشک در حضور تو خود را فروتن می‌سازم، آنها مرا سرزنش می‌کنند.

When I have humbled myself and (fasted/abstained from eating food) [to show my sadness about the disgraceful things that they have done to your temple], they just insult me.

11 وقتی برای توبه و ندامت پلاس در بر می‌کنم، آنها مسخره‌ام می‌کنند.

When I put on [rough] sackcloth [to show that I am sad], they laugh at [IDM] me.

12 مردم کوچه و بازار پشت سرم حرف می‌زنند و میگساران برای من آواز می‌خوانند.

Even the elders [of the city] say bad things about me. The drunkards of the city sing [disgusting] songs about me.

13 اما من، ای خداوند، نزد تو دعا می‌کنم. ای خدا، تو در وقت مناسب به من جواب ده، به سبب محبت عظیمت دعای مرا مستجاب فرما و مطابق وعدهٔ خود مرا نجات ده.

But Yahweh, I will [continue] praying to you. At the time that you choose, answer me and rescue me because you faithfully love me.

14 مرا از میان سیل و طوفان برهان تا غرق نشوم. مرا از دست دشمنانم نجات ده.

Do not allow me to sink any more in the mud. Rescue me from those who hate me! Lift me up out of these deep waters!

15 مگذار سیلاب مرا بپوشاند و در اعماق آبها غرق شوم.

Do not allow flood waters to swirl around me, do not allow the deep [mud] to swallow me; keep me from sinking into the pit [of death] [MET].

16 ای خداوند، دعای مرا مستجاب فرما، زیرا محبت تو شگفت‌انگیز است. از من مراقبت فرما، زیرا رحمت تو بیکران است.

O Yahweh, answer my prayer and help me because you are good and love me faithfully.

17 روی خود را از من برمگردان، زیرا در سختی و زحمت هستم. دعای مرا زود جواب ده.

Do not (hide yourself from/refuse to hear) me; answer me quickly because I am in great trouble.

18 نزد من بیا و بهای آزادیم را بپرداز و مرا از دست دشمن رها کن.

Come near to me and save me; rescue me from my enemies.

19 می‌دانی چگونه مورد سرزنش و اهانت قرار گرفته و رسوا شده‌ام؛ تو همهٔ دشمنانم را می‌بینی.

You know that I am insulted and that [people cause] me [to feel] ashamed and dishonored; you know [who] all my enemies [are].

20 طعنه و سرزنش مردم دل مرا شکسته است و سخت بیمار شده‌ام. منتظر بودم کسی با من همدردی کند، ولی شخص دلسوزی یافت نشد. به جستجوی افرادی پرداختم که مرا دلداری دهند، اما کسی را نیافتم.

[Their] insults have deeply offended me, and I (feel helpless/am in despair). I searched for [someone who would] pity [me], but there was no one. I wanted someone to encourage/comfort me, but there were none.

21 به جای خوراک، به من زرداب دادند و به جای آب، سرکه نوشاندند.

[Instead], they gave me food [that tasted like] poison, and when I was thirsty, they gave me sour wine to drink.

22 بگذار سفرۀ رنگینی که جلویشان پهن است، دامی شود و آرامش و صفایشان، تله باشد.

I hope/desire that the feasts [MTY] [that they enjoy] will (become a snare for/bring trouble to) them, and that [those whom they invite to] the sacrificial feasts will also be trapped.

23 چشمانشان کور شود تا نتوانند ببینند، و کمرهایشان همیشه بلرزد!

I hope/desire that their eyesight will become dim so that they cannot see anything, and that their backs/bodies will become weaker and weaker.

24 خشم خود را بر سرشان بریز و با آتش غضبت آنها را بسوزان!

Show them that you are very angry with them! Because of your great/furious anger, chase after them and catch them.

25 ای کاش خانه‌هایشان خراب گردد و کسی در خیمه‌هایشان ساکن نشود.

Cause their towns to become abandoned/deserted and that there will be no one left to live in their tents/houses.

26 زیرا به کسی که تو تنبیه کرده‌ای آزار می‌رسانند و از رنجهای آنانی که تو مجروحشان ساخته‌ای سخن می‌گویند.

[Do this] because they persecute those whom you have punished, (they talk about the sins of/they want to hurt even more) those whom you have wounded.

27 گناهانشان را یک به یک در نظر بگیر و مگذار نجات تو شامل حالشان شود.

Keep making a record of all their sins, do not acquit/pardon them [for the evil things that they have done].

28 نامشان را از دفتر حیات خود پاک کن و مگذار جزو قوم تو محسوب شوند.

Erase their names [SYN] from the book [containing the names of those who have eternal] life; do not include them in the list of righteous people.

29 اما من مصیبت‌زده و دردمند هستم. ای خدا، مرا نجات ده و سرافراز فرما.

As for me, I have pain and am suffering. O God, protect me and rescue me.

30 با سرود نام خدا را ستایش خواهم نمود و با دعای شکرگزاری عظمت او را خواهم ستود.

When God does that, I will sing as I praise God, and I will honor him by thanking him.

31 خداوند چنین پرستشی را بیش از قربانی حیوانات می‌پسندد.

My doing that will please Yahweh more than [sacrificing] oxen, more than offering him full-grown bulls.

32 اشخاص فروتن که طالب خدا هستند وقتی ببینند او به فکر ایشان است شاد و امیدوار خواهند شد.

Oppressed/Afflicted people will see [that God has rescued me], and they will be glad. I want all of you who ask God [to help you] to be encouraged.

33 خداوند دعای نیازمندان را مستجاب می‌نماید و عزیزان خود را در زندان و اسارت فراموش نمی‌کند.

Yahweh listens to those who are needy; He does not ignore/forget those who are oppressed/imprisoned.

34 ای آسمان و زمین، خدا را ستایش کنید! ای دریاها و ای موجودات دریایی، خدا را بستایید!

I desire that everything will praise God— everything that is in heaven and on earth, and all the creatures that are in the seas.

35 خدا اورشلیم را نجات خواهد داد و شهرهای یهودا را دوباره بنا خواهد نمود تا قوم برگزیده‌اش در سرزمین موعود سکونت نمایند و آن را به تصرف خود درآورند.

God will rescue the people of Jerusalem [from their enemies], and he will rebuild the towns that are in Judah. His people will live there and [again] possess the land.

36 فرزندان بندگانش وارث سرزمین موعود خواهند شد و آنانی که خدا را دوست می‌دارند، در آن ساکن خواهند شد.

The descendants of his people will inherit it, and those who love him will live there [safely].
