| مزمور داوود. ای فرشتگان، خداوند را ستایش کنید! شکوه و عظمت او را بستایید! | 1 |
A Melody of David. Give to Yahweh, ye sons of the mighty, —Give to Yahweh, [both] glory and strength:
| خداوند را به خاطر جلال نامش بپرستید. خداوند را در شکوه قدوسیتش پرستش کنید. | 2 |
Give to Yahweh, the glory of his Name, Bow down to Yahweh, in the adornment of holiness.
| صدای خداوند از فراز دریاها شنیده می‌شود؛ او همچون رعد می‌غرد! صدای او بر اقیانوسها طنین‌افکن است! | 3 |
The voice of Yahweh, is upon the waters, —The GOD of glory, hath thundered, Yahweh, is upon mighty waters;
| صدای خداوند پرقدرت و باشکوه است. | 4 |
The voice of Yahweh, is with power, The voice of Yahweh, is with majesty;
| صدای خداوند درختان سِدر را می‌شکند. خداوند درختان سِدر لبنان را خُرد می‌کند. | 5 |
The voice of Yahweh, is breaking cedars, Now hath Yahweh, broken down, the cedars of Lebanon!
| او کوههای لبنان را می‌لرزاند و کوه حرمون را مانند گوساله به جست و خیز وا می‌دارد. | 6 |
And hath made them leap like a calf, Lebanon and Sirion, like the bull-calf of wild-oxen;
| صدای خداوند رعد و برق ایجاد می‌کند، | 7 |
The voice of Yahweh, is cleaving out flames of fire;
| دشتها را به لرزه در می‌آورد و صحرای قادش را می‌جنباند. | 8 |
The voice of Yahweh, bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness; Yahweh bringeth birth-pains upon the wilderness of Kadesh!
| صدای خداوند درخت بلوط را می‌لرزاند و برگهای درختان جنگل را به زمین می‌ریزد. در خانهٔ خداوند، همه جلال و عظمت او را می‌ستایند. | 9 |
The voice of Yahweh, causeth the gazelles to bring forth, and hath stript forests; and, in his own temple, every one there, is saying, Glory!
| خداوند بر آبهای عمیق فرمان می‌راند و تا به ابد سلطنت می‌نماید. | 10 |
Yahweh, at the Flood, was seated, And Yahweh hath taken his seat, as king, unto times age-abiding.
| خداوند به قوم برگزیدهٔ خود قدرت می‌بخشد و صلح و سلامتی نصیب ایشان می‌کند. | 11 |
Yahweh, will give, strength to his people, —Yahweh, will bless his people with prosperity.
