لاویان 9

1 در روز هشتم، موسی هارون و پسرانش را با مشایخ اسرائیل جمع کرد

And it came to pass on the eighth day, that Moses called for Aaron, and for his sons, —and for the elders of Israel;

2 و به هارون گفت: «یک گوسالهٔ نر سالم و بی‌عیب برای قربانی گناه و یک قوچ سالم و بی‌عیب برای قربانی سوختنی بگیر و آنها را به حضور خداوند تقدیم کن.

and said unto Aaron—Take for thyself a choice calf, as a sin-bearer, and a ram for an ascending-sacrifice, each without defect, —and bring them near before Yahweh;

3 بعد به قوم اسرائیل بگو که یک بزغالهٔ نر برای قربانی گناه خود و یک گوساله و یک بره که هر دو یک ساله و بی‌عیب باشند برای قربانی سوختنی بیاورند.

and unto the sons of Israel, shalt thou speak, saying, —Take ye a he-goat, as a sin-bearer, and a calf and a young sheep, each a year old, without defect for an ascending-sacrifice;

4 همچنین قوم اسرائیل باید یک گاو و یک قوچ برای قربانی سلامتی، و آرد مخلوط با روغن زیتون برای هدیهٔ آردی به خداوند تقدیم کنند زیرا امروز خداوند بر ایشان ظاهر خواهد شد.»

and an ox and a ram for peace-offerings, to sacrifice before Yahweh, and a meal-offering overflowed with oil, —for, to-day, doth, Yahweh, appear unto you.

5 پس قوم آنچه را که موسی امر فرموده بود، جلوی خیمۀ ملاقات آوردند و تمام جماعت نزدیک شده، در حضور خداوند ایستادند.

So they brought that which Moses commanded before the tent of meeting, —and all the assembly drew near, and stood before Yahweh.

6 موسی به ایشان گفت: «خداوند فرموده دستورهای او را انجام دهید تا حضور پرجلال خود را بر شما ظاهر کند.»

And Moses said—This, is the thing which Yahweh hath commanded that ye shall do, —that the glory of Yahweh may appear unto you.

7 آنگاه موسی به هارون گفت: «نزدیک مذبح بیا و همان‌طور که خداوند فرموده است قربانی گناه و قربانی سوختنی خود را تقدیم کرده، برای خود کفاره کن و سپس قربانیهای قوم را تقدیم نموده، برای آنها کفاره نما.»

and Moses said unto Aaron—Draw near unto the altar, and offer thy sin-bearer and thine ascending-sacrifice, and put a propitiatory-covering about thyself and about the people, —and offer the oblation of the people and put a propitiatory-covering about them, As Yahweh hath commanded.

8 بنابراین هارون به مذبح نزدیک شد و گوسالهٔ قربانی گناه خود را ذبح کرد.

So Aaron drew near unto the altar, —and slew the sin-bearing calf which was for himself;

9 پسرانش خون گوساله را پیش وی آوردند و او انگشت خود را در خون فرو برد و بر شاخهای مذبح مالید و باقیماندهٔ خون را به پای مذبح ریخت.

and the sons of Aaron brought the blood unto him, and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put [thereof] upon the horns of the altar, —and the [remainder of the] blood, poured he out at the base of the altar;

10 بعد همان‌طور که خداوند به موسی دستور داده بود، چربی، قلوه‌ها و سفیدی روی جگر قربانی گناه را بر مذبح،

and with the fat and the kidneys and the caul a from the liver, of the sin-bearer, made he a perfume at the altar, —As Yahweh commanded Moses.

11 و گوشت و پوست آن را بیرون از اردوگاه سوزانید.

But, the flesh and the skin, consumed he with fire, outside the camp.

12 پس از آن هارون قربانی سوختنی را ذبح کرد و پسرانش خون قربانی را آوردند و هارون آن را بر چهار طرف مذبح پاشید.

Then slew he the ascending-sacrifice, —and the sons of Aaron presented unto him the blood, and he dashed it against the altar round about.

13 ایشان کله و قطعه‌های دیگر حیوان را نزد هارون آوردند و او آنها را بر مذبح سوزانید.

And the ascending-sacrifice, presented they unto him piece by piece thereof also the head, —and he made a perfume upon the altar:

14 دل و روده و پاچه‌ها را شست و اینها را نیز به عنوان قربانی سوختنی بر مذبح سوزانید.

and he bathed the inwards and the legs, —and made a perfume upon the ascending-sacrifice at the altar.

15 سپس هارون قربانی قوم اسرائیل را تقدیم کرد. او بز قربانی گناه قوم را ذبح نموده، آن را مانند قربانی گناه خود برای گناه قوم تقدیم کرد.

Then brought he near the oblation of the people, —and took the sin-bearing goat which pertained to the people, and slew it and made therewith a sin-bearer, like the first.

16 آنگاه مطابق قوانین، قربانی سوختنی ایشان را به خداوند تقدیم نمود.

Then brought he near the ascending-sacrifice, —and offered it, according to the regulation,

17 بعد هدیهٔ آردی را آورد و مشتی از آن را گرفت و بر مذبح سوزانید. (این قربانی غیر از قربانی سوختنی‌ای بود که هر روز صبح تقدیم می‌شد.)

Then brought he near the meal-offering, and filled his hand therefrom, and made a perfume upon the altar, —in addition to the ascending-sacrifice of the morning.

18 پس از آن هارون گاو و قوچ را به عنوان قربانی سلامتی قوم ذبح کرد. پسران هارون خون قربانی را نزد او آوردند و او آن را بر چهار طرف مذبح پاشید.

Then slew he the ox, and the ram, as a peace-offering, which pertained unto the people, —and the sons of Aaron presented the blood unto him, and he dashed it against the altar, round about;

19 سپس چربی گاو و قوچ را که شامل چربی داخل شکم و قلوه‌ها و سفیدی روی جگر گاو و قوچ می‌شد، گرفت

and the portions of fat from the ox, —and from the ram, the fat-tail, and the covering, and the kidneys, and the caul of the liver;

20 و آنها را روی سینه‌های حیوان گذاشته، نزدیک مذبح آورد و تمام چربی را روی مذبح سوزانید.

and they put the portions of fat upon the breasts, —and he made a perfume with the fat at the altar;

21 همان‌طور که موسی دستور داده بود، هارون سینه‌ها، و رانهای راست حیوان را به عنوان هدیهٔ مخصوص در حضور خداوند تکان داد.

but the breasts and the right shoulder, did Aaron wave as a wave-offering, before Yahweh, —as Moses commanded,

22 پس از تقدیم قربانیها، هارون دستهای خود را به طرف قوم اسرائیل دراز کرده، ایشان را برکت داد و از مذبح به زیر آمد.

Then Aaron lifted up his hands towards the people, and blessed them, —and he came down from offering the sin-bearer, and the ascending-sacrifice and the peace-offering.

23 موسی و هارون به خیمۀ ملاقات رفتند. وقتی از آنجا بیرون آمدند قوم اسرائیل را برکت دادند. آنگاه حضور پرجلال خداوند بر تمام جماعت ظاهر شد

And when Moses and Aaron had entered into the tent of meeting, —and had come forth, and blessed the people, then appeared the glory of Yahweh, unto all the people;

24 و از حضور خداوند آتش فرود آمده، قربانی سوختنی و چربی روی مذبح را بلعید. بنی‌اسرائیل وقتی این را دیدند، فریاد برآورده، در حضور خداوند به خاک افتادند.

yea, there came forth fire from before Yahweh, and consumed upon the altar, the ascending-sacrifice and the portions of fat, —and all the people beheld and shouted, and fell down upon their faces.
