| پیامی برای صور: ای کشتیهای ترشیش که از سرزمینهای دور دست باز می‌گردید، برای صور گریه کنید، زیرا چنان ویران شده که نه خانه‌ای و نه بندرگاهی برایش باقی مانده است! آنچه در قبرس درباره‌اش شنیدید حقیقت دارد. | 1 |
[the] oracle of Tyre wail - O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated from house from coming from [the] land of Cyprus it has been revealed to them.
| زمانی بندر صور مرکز تجارت دنیا محسوب می‌شد. کشتیهای صیدون که از مصر غله و از رود نیل حصاد می‌آوردند تا تاجران صیدون با آن با تمام دنیا تجارت کنند، در این بندر لنگر می‌انداختند. اما اینک صور در سکوت مرگبار فرو رفته است! | 2 |
Be silent O inhabitants of [the] coastland [the] trader of Sidon [who] passed over [the] sea they have filled you.
| 3 |
And on waters many [was] [the] seed of Shihor [the] harvest of [the] River revenue her and it became [the] traffic of nations.
| شرم بر تو باد ای صیدون، ای فرزند مستحکم دریا! زیرا دریا می‌گوید: «من هرگز درد نکشیده و نزاییده‌ام و کودکی پرورش نداده‌ام.» | 4 |
Be ashamed O Sidon for it has said [the] sea [the] stronghold of the sea saying not I have been in labor and not I have given birth and not I have brought up young men I have raised young women.
| چون خبر خرابی صور به مصر رسد او نیز سخت خواهد ترسید. | 5 |
When a report [is] to Egypt people will be in anguish like [the] report of Tyre.
| ای مردم فنیقیه، گریه‌کنان به ترشیش فرار کنید! | 6 |
Pass over Tarshish towards wail O inhabitants of [the] coastland.
| آیا این همان شهر تاریخی و پرشکوه شما، صور است که چنین ویران گشته؟ زمانی مردم صور به جاهای دور می‌رفتند تا سرزمینها را تصاحب کرده آنها را محل سکونت خود سازند. | 7 |
¿ [is] this Of you jubilant [city] [which is] from days of antiquity beginning its [which] they have carried it feet its from a distance to sojourn.
| چه کسی این مصیبت را بر سر این شهر سلطنتی که تجار و بازرگانانش در تمام جهان معروفند، آورده است؟ | 8 |
Who? did he plan this on Tyre which bestows crowns which traders its [were] princes merchants its [were the] honored [people] of [the] earth.
| خداوند لشکرهای آسمان این کار را کرده تا غرور صور را بشکند و آنانی را که در جهان معروفند خوار سازد. | 9 |
Yahweh of hosts he planned it to profane [the] pride of all splendor to treat with contempt all [the] honored [people] of [the] earth.
| ای مردم ترشیش، سرزمین خود را مثل کناره‌های رود نیل حاصلخیز کنید، زیرا دیگر مانعی بر سر راه شما نیست. | 10 |
Pass over land your like the River O daughter of Tarshish there not [is] a restraint still.
| خداوند دست خود را بر دریا دراز کرده ممالک دنیا را تکان می‌دهد. او دستور داده که شهرهای تجاری فنیقیه را ویران کنند. | 11 |
Hand his he has stretched out over the sea he has made tremble kingdoms Yahweh he has commanded concerning Canaan to destroy strongholds its.
| ای مردم بلا دیدهٔ صیدون، شما دیگر از آسایش برخوردار نخواهید شد. اگر به قبرس نیز فرار کنید در آنجا راحت نخواهید بود. | 12 |
And he said not you will repeat again to exult O oppressed [one] [the] virgin of [the] daughter of Sidon (Cyprus *Q(k)*) arise pass over also there not it will be rest to you.
| به بابِل نگاه کنید! ببینید چگونه مردم این سرزمین از بین رفتند! آشوری‌ها بابِل را به محلی جهت وحوش صحرا تبدیل کردند؛ آنها شهر را محاصره کرده، با منجنیقهایشان کاخهایش را در هم کوبیدند و این سرزمین را با خاک یکسان کردند. | 13 |
There! - [the] land of [the] Chaldeans this [is] the people [which] not it was Assyria it allocated it to desert-dwellers they raised up (siege-towers its *Q(k)*) they stripped bare palaces its it made it a ruin.
| ای کشتیهای ترشیش که در دریا هستید زاری کنید، زیرا بندرگاه شما ویران شده است. | 14 |
Wail O ships of Tarshish for it has been devastated stronghold your.
| صور مدت هفتاد سال، که طول عمر یک پادشاه است، به فراموشی سپرده خواهد شد. پس از آن هفتاد سال، صور مانند فاحشهٔ آن سرودی خواهد بود که کلماتش چنین است: | 15 |
And it will be in the day that and [will be] forgotten Tyre seventy year[s] like [the] days of a king one from [the] end of seventy year[s] it will happen to Tyre like [the] song of the prostitute.
| «ای فاحشهٔ فراموش شده، چنگ را به دست بگیر و در شهر بگرد. خوش بنواز و آوازهای بسیار بخوان، تا مردم دوباره تو را به یاد آورند.» | 16 |
Take a harp go around [the] city O prostitute forgotten do well to play multiply song so that you may be remembered.
| بله، پس از گذشت آن هفتاد سال، خداوند اجازه خواهد داد صور دوباره رونق یابد و با مشتریان خود در تمام دنیا تجارت کند. | 17 |
And it will be from [the] end of - seventy year[s] he will visit Yahweh Tyre and it will return to hire its and it will act [the] prostitute with all [the] kingdoms of the earth on [the] surface of the earth.
| اما سودی که عاید صور شود در خزانهٔ او ذخیره نخواهد شد، بلکه وقف خداوند خواهد گردید تا به مصرف خوراک و پوشاک پیروان راه خداوند برسد. | 18 |
And it will be profit its and hire its a holy thing to Yahweh not it will be stored up and not it will be hoarded for to [those who] dwell before Yahweh it will belong profit its for eating to satiety and for covering magnificent.
