خروج 12
| خداوند در سرزمین مصر به موسی و هارون فرمود: | 1 |
Then spake Yahweh, unto Moses and unto Aaron, in the land of Egypt saying—
| «از این پس باید این ماه برای شما اولین و مهمترین ماه سال باشد. | 2 |
This month, is, to you, a beginning of months, —the first, it is, to you, of the months of the year.
| پس به تمام قوم اسرائیل بگویید که هر سال در روز دهم همین ماه، هر خانواده‌ای از ایشان یک بره یا یک بزغاله تهیه کند. طوری که یک حیوان برای یک خانواده باشد. | 3 |
Speak ye unto all the assembly of Israel, saying, On the tenth of this month, then let them take to them, each man a lamb for his ancestral household, a lamb for a household.
| اگر تعداد افراد خانواده‌ای کم باشد می‌تواند با خانوادهٔ کوچکی در همسایگی خود شریک شود، یعنی هر خانواده به تعداد افرادش به همان مقداری که خوراکش می‌باشد، سهم قیمت بره را بپردازد. | 4 |
But if the household be too small for a lamb, then shall he and his neighbour that is near unto his house take one, according to the number of souls, —each man according to his eating, shall ye number for the lamb.
| این حیوان، خواه گوسفند و خواه بز، باید نر و یک ساله و بی‌عیب باشد. | 5 |
A lamb without defect a male a year old, shall yours be, —from the sheep or from the goats, shall ye take it.
| «از این حیوان خاص تا عصر روز چهاردهم این ماه خوب مراقبت کنید. سپس همهٔ قوم اسرائیل بره‌های خود را ذبح کنند. | 6 |
So shall it be yours, to keep, until the fourteenth day of this month, —then shall all the convocation of the assembly of Israel slay it between the two evenings.
| و خون آنها را روی تیرهای عمودی دو طرف در و سر در خانه‌هایشان که در آن گوشت بره را می‌خورند، بپاشند. | 7 |
And they shall take of the blood, and put upon the two door-posts and upon the upper-beam, —upon the houses wherein they are to eat it.
| در همان شب، گوشت را بریان کنند و با نان فطیر (نان بدون خمیرمایه) و سبزیهای تلخ بخورند. | 8 |
Then shall they eat the flesh, in the same night, —roast with fire, and with unleavened cakes, with bitter herbs, shall they eat it.
| گوشت را نباید خام یا آب‌پز بخورند، بلکه همه را بریان کنند حتی کله و پاچه و دل و جگر آن را. | 9 |
Do not eat of it underdone, nor cooked by boiling in water, —but roast with fire, its head with its legs, and with its inward parts.
| تمام گوشت باید تا صبح خورده شود، و اگر چیزی از آن باقی ماند آن را بسوزانند. | 10 |
And ye shall let nothing thereof remain until morning, —but that which is left remaining until morning, in the fire shall ye consume.
| «قبل از خوردن بره، کفش به پا کنید، چوبدستی به دست گیرید و خود را برای سفر آماده کنید، و بره را با عجله بخورید. این آیین، پِسَح خداوند خوانده خواهد شد. | 11 |
And, thus, shall ye eat it, —your loins, girded, your sandals, on your feet, and, your staff, in your hand, —so shall ye eat it in haste, it is Yahweh’s, passing over.
| چون من که خداوند هستم، امشب از سرزمین مصر گذر خواهم کرد و تمام پسران نخست‌زادۀ مصری‌ها و همهٔ نخست‌زاده‌های حیوانات ایشان را هلاک خواهم نمود و خدایان آنها را مجازات خواهم کرد. | 12 |
I will pass along, therefore, throughout the land of Egypt this night, and will smite every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from man even to beast, —and against all the gods of Egypt, will I execute judgments—I, Yahweh.
| خونی که شما روی تیرهای در خانه‌های خود می‌پاشید، نشانه‌ای بر خانه‌هایتان خواهد بود. من وقتی خون را ببینم از شما خواهم گذشت و فقط مصری‌ها را هلاک می‌کنم. | 13 |
Then shall the blood serve you for a sign, on the houses wherein ye are, then will I behold the blood, and will pass over you, —and there shall be among you no plague to destroy, when I smite the land of Egypt.
| «هر سال به یادبود این واقعه برای خداوند جشن بگیرید. این آیین تا ابد برای تمام نسلهای آینده خواهد بود. | 14 |
So shall this day serve you for a memorial, and ye shall celebrate it, as a festival to Yahweh, —to your generations—as an age-abiding statute, shall ye celebrate it.
| در این جشن که هفت روز طول می‌کشد باید فقط نان فطیر بخورید. در روز اول، خمیرمایه را از خانهٔ خود بیرون ببرید، زیرا اگر کسی در مدت این هفت روز نان خمیرمایه‌دار بخورد از میان قوم اسرائیل منقطع خواهد شد. | 15 |
Seven days, unleavened cakes, shall ye eat, surely, on the first day, shall ye put away leaven, out of your houses, —for whosoever eateth what is leavened, then shall that soul be cut off out of Israel, from the first day, unto the seventh day.
| در روز اول و هفتم این جشن، باید تمام قوم به طور دسته جمعی خدا را عبادت کنند. در این دو روز به‌جز تهیهٔ خوراک کار دیگری نکنید. | 16 |
Both on the first day, a holy convocation, and on the seventh day—a holy convocation, shall there be to you, —no work, shall be done therein, save only what must be eaten by every soul, that alone, shall be done by you.
| «این عید که همراه نان فطیر جشن گرفته می‌شود، به شما یادآوری خواهد کرد که من در چنین روزی شما را از مصر بیرون آوردم. پس برگزاری این جشن بر شما و نسلهای آیندهٔ شما تا به ابد واجب خواهد بود. | 17 |
So then ye shall observe the unleavened cakes, because on this self-same day, brought I forth your hosts out of the land of Egypt, —so then ye shall observe this day to your generations, as a statute age-abiding,
| از غروب روز چهاردهم تا غروب روز بیست و یکم این ماه باید نان بدون خمیرمایه بخورید. | 18 |
In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month in the evening, shall ye eat unleavened cakes, —until the one-and-twentieth day of the month in the evening,
| در این هفت روز نباید اثری از خمیرمایه در خانه‌های شما باشد. در این مدت اگر کسی نان خمیرمایه‌دار بخورد، باید از میان قوم اسرائیل منقطع شود. رعایت این قوانین حتی برای غریبه‌ها نیز که در میان شما ساکن هستند واجب خواهد بود. | 19 |
For seven days, leaven, shall not be found in your houses, —for, whosoever eateth what is leavened, then shall that soul be cut off out of the assembly of Israel, whether sojourner or native of the land.
| باز تأکید می‌کنم که در این هفت روز نان خمیرمایه‌دار نخورید. فقط نان فطیر بخورید.» | 20 |
Nothing leavened, shall ye eat, —in all your dwellings, shall ye eat unleavened cakes.
| آنگاه موسی، مشایخ قوم را نزد خود خواند و به ایشان گفت: «بروید و بره‌هایی برای خانواده‌هایتان بگیرید و برای عید پِسَح آنها را قربانی کنید. | 21 |
So then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said unto them, —Proceed and take for yourselves one of the flock according to your families, and slay the passover.
| خون بره را در یک تشت بریزید و بعد با گیاه زوفا خون را روی تیرهای دو طرف در و سر در خانه‌هایتان بپاشید. هیچ‌کدام از شما نباید در آن شب از خانه بیرون رود. | 22 |
Then shall ye take a bunch of hyssop, and dip it in the blood which is in the basin, and strike the upper beam and the two door-posts, with the blood which is in the basin, —and, ye, shall not go forth any man out of the entrance of his house, until morning,
| آن شب خداوند از سرزمین مصر عبور خواهد کرد تا مصری‌ها را بکشد. ولی وقتی خون را روی تیرهای دو طرف در و سر در خانه‌هایتان ببیند از آنجا می‌گذرد و به”هلاک کننده“اجازه نمی‌دهد که وارد خانه‌هایتان شده، شما را بکشد. | 23 |
And Yahweh will pass along to plague the Egyptians, and when he beholdeth the blood upon the upper beam and upon the two door-posts, then will Yahweh pass over the entrance, and not suffer the destroyer to enter into your houses to inflict on you the plague.
| برگزاری این مراسم برای شما و فرزندانتان یک فریضۀ ابدی خواهد بود. | 24 |
And ye shall observe this thing, —for a statute to thee and to thy sons unto times age-abiding.
| وقتی به آن سرزمینی که خداوند وعدهٔ آن را به شما داده، وارد شدید، عید پِسَح را جشن بگیرید. | 25 |
And so it shall come to pass when ye shall enter into the land which Yahweh will give you as he hath spoken, —and ye shall observe this service;
| هرگاه فرزندانتان مناسبت این جشن را از شما بپرسند، | 26 |
and it shall come to pass that your sons shall say unto you, —What is this your service?
| بگویید: عید پِسَح را برای خداوند به مناسبت آن شبی جشن می‌گیریم که او از مصر عبور کرده، مصری‌ها را کشت، ولی وقتی به خانه‌های ما اسرائیلی‌ها رسید از آنها گذشت و به ما آسیبی نرساند.» قوم اسرائیل روی بر خاک نهاده، خداوند را سجده نمودند. | 27 |
Then shall ye say—A passover sacrifice, it is to Yahweh, who passed-over the houses of the sons of Israel, in Egypt, when he plagued the Egyptians but our houses, he delivered. Then did the people bend their heads and bow themselves down.
| سپس همان‌طور که خداوند به موسی و هارون دستور داده بود، عمل کردند. | 28 |
And the sons of Israel went their way and did, —as Yahweh had commanded Moses and Aaron, so, did they.
| نیمه‌شب، خداوند تمام پسران نخست‌زادۀ مصر را کشت، از پسر فرعون که جانشین او بود گرفته تا پسر غلامی که در سیاهچال زندانی بود. او حتی تمام نخست‌زاده‌های حیوانات ایشان را نیز از بین برد. | 29 |
And it came to pass, at midnight, that Yahweh, smote every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat upon his throne, unto the firstborn of the captive who was in the pit of his prison, —and every firstborn of beasts.
| در آن شب فرعون و درباریان و تمام اهالی مصر از خواب بیدار شدند و ناله سر دادند، به طوری که صدای ناله و شیون آنها در سراسر مصر پیچید، زیرا خانه‌ای نبود که در آن کسی نمرده باشد. | 30 |
Then rose up Pharaoh by night, he, and all his servants, and all the Egyptians, and there arose a great outcry throughout Egypt, —for there was not a house, where there was not one dead.
| فرعون در همان شب موسی و هارون را فرا خواند و به ایشان گفت: «هر چه زودتر از سرزمین مصر بیرون بروید و بنی‌اسرائیل را هم با خود ببرید. بروید و همان‌طور که خواستید خداوند را عبادت کنید. | 31 |
So he called for Moses and for Aaron by night and said—Rise ye, go forth out of the midst of my people, both ye and the sons of Israel, —and go serve Yahweh according to your word;
| گله‌ها و رمه‌های خود را هم ببرید. ولی پیش از اینکه بروید برای من نیز دعا کنید.» | 32 |
also, your flocks and your herds, take ye, as ye spake and go your way, —so shall ye bless, even me.
| اهالی مصر نیز به قوم اسرائیل اصرار می‌کردند تا هر چه زودتر از مصر بیرون بروند. آنها به بنی‌اسرائیل می‌گفتند: «تا همهٔ ما را به کشتن نداده‌اید از اینجا بیرون بروید.» | 33 |
And the Egyptians became urgent with the people, to send them in haste out of the land, —for they said—We all, are dying.
| پس قوم اسرائیل تغارهای پر از خمیر بی‌مایه را درون پارچه پیچیدند و بر دوش خود بستند، | 34 |
So the people took up their dough, ere yet it was leavened, —with their kneading-bowls, bound up in their mantles on their shoulders,
| و همان‌طور که موسی به ایشان گفته بود از همسایه‌های مصری خود لباس و طلا و نقره خواستند. | 35 |
And the sons of Israel, did according to the word of Moses, —and asked of the Egyptians, articles of silver and articles of gold and mantles.
| خداوند بنی‌اسرائیل را در نظر اهالی مصر محترم ساخته بود، به طوری که هر چه از آنها خواستند به ایشان دادند. به این ترتیب آنها ثروت مصر را با خود بردند. | 36 |
And Yahweh, gave the people favour in the eyes of the Egyptians and they gave them gladly, —so they spoiled the Egyptians.
| در همان شب بنی‌اسرائیل از رَمِسیس کوچ کرده، روانهٔ سوکوت شدند. تعداد ایشان به غیر از زنان و کودکان قریب به ششصد هزار مرد بود که پیاده در حرکت بودند. از قومهای دیگر نیز در میان آنها بودند که همراه ایشان از مصر بیرون آمدند. گله‌ها و رمه‌های فراوانی هم به همراه ایشان خارج شدند. | 37 |
Then did the sons of Israel break up from Rameses, towards Succoth, —about six hundred thousand foot of men grown, besides little ones.
| 38 |
Moreover also, a mixed multitude, came up with them, —flocks also, and herds, exceeding much cattle,
| وقتی سر راه برای غذا خوردن توقف کردند، از همان خمیر فطیر که آورده بودند، نان پختند. از این جهت خمیر را با خود آورده بودند چون با شتاب از مصر بیرون آمدند و فرصتی برای پختن نان نداشتند. | 39 |
Then baked they the dough which they had brought out of Egypt—into round unleavened cakes for it had not been leavened, —for they had been driven out of Egypt and could not tarry, and indeed no provisions, had they made ready for themselves.
| بنی‌اسرائیل مدت چهارصد و سی سال در مصر زندگی کرده بودند. | 40 |
Now, the time during which the sons of Israel dwelt in Egypt, was four hundred and thirty years.
| در آخرین روز چهارصد و سی‌امین سال بود که لشکریان خداوند از سرزمین مصر بیرون آمدند. | 41 |
And it came to pass at the end of four hundred and thirty years, yea it came to pass, on this self-same day, that all the hosts of Yahweh had come forth out of the land of Egypt.
| خداوند آن شب را برای رهایی آنها از سرزمین مصر در نظر گرفته بود و قوم اسرائیل می‌بایست نسل اندر نسل، همه ساله در آن شب به یاد رهایی خود از دست مصری‌ها، برای خداوند جشن بگیرند. | 42 |
A night of solemn observances, it is unto Yahweh, for bringing them forth out of the land of Egypt, —this same night, pertaineth to Yahweh, for solemn observances by all the sons of Israel to their generations.
| آنگاه خداوند به موسی و هارون مقررات آیین پِسَح را چنین تعلیم داد: «هیچ بیگانه‌ای نباید از گوشت برهٔ پِسَح بخورد. | 43 |
And Yahweh said unto Moses and Aaron: This, is the statute of the passover, —No stranger, shall eat thereof;
| اما غلامی که خریداری و ختنه شده باشد می‌تواند از آن بخورد. | 44 |
but, every man’s servant bought with silver, —when thou hast circumcised him, then, shall he eat thereof:
| خدمتکار و میهمان غیریهودی نباید از آن بخورند. | 45 |
An alien or a hireling, shall not eat thereof.
| تمام گوشت بره را در همان خانه‌ای که در آن نشسته‌اید بخورید. آن گوشت را از خانه نباید بیرون ببرید. هیچ‌یک از استخوانهای آن را نشکنید. | 46 |
In one house, shall it be eaten, thou shalt not take forth out of the house any of the flesh outside; and a, bone thereof, shalt thou not break.
| تمام قوم اسرائیل باید این مراسم را برگزار نمایند. | 47 |
All the assembly of Israel, shall keep it.
| «اگر غریبه‌هایی در میان شما زندگی می‌کنند و مایلند این آیین را برای خداوند نگاه دارند، باید مردان و پسران ایشان ختنه شوند تا اجازه داشته باشند مثل شما در این آیین شرکت کنند. اما شخص ختنه نشده هرگز نباید از گوشت برهٔ قربانی بخورد. | 48 |
And when there may sojourn with thee a sojourner who may wish to keep a passover to Yahweh, there must be circumcised to him every male and then, may he draw near to keep it, so shall he be as a native of the land, —but no uncircumcised male, shall eat thereof.
| تمام مقررات این جشن شامل حال غریبه‌هایی نیز که ختنه شده‌اند و در میان شما ساکنند، می‌شود.» | 49 |
One law, shall there be for the native, and for the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst.
| قوم اسرائیل تمام دستورها خداوند را که توسط موسی و هارون به ایشان داده شده بود، به کار بستند. | 50 |
Thus did all the sons of Israel, —as Yahweh had commanded Moses and Aaron, so, did they.
| در همان روز خداوند تمام بنی‌اسرائیل را از مصر بیرون آورد. | 51 |
And it came to pass, on this self-same day, that Yahweh brought forth the sons of Israel out of the land of Egypt, by their hosts.
