زکریا 5
| و باز چشمان خود را برافراشته، نگریستم و طوماری پران دیدم. | ۱ 1 |
And once more lifted I mine eyes, and looked, —and lo! a Flying Volume.
| و او مرا گفت: «چه چیز می‌بینی؟» گفتم: «طوماری پران می‌بینم که طولش بیست ذراع و عرضش ده ذراع می‌باشد.» | ۲ 2 |
And he said unto me, What canst thou see? So I said, I, can see a flying volume, the length thereof, twenty by the cubit, and, the breadth thereof, ten by the cubit.
| او مرا گفت: «این است آن لعنتی که بر روی تمامی جهان بیرون می‌رود زیرا که از این طرف هردزد موافق آن منقطع خواهد شد و از آن طرف هرکه سوگند خورد موافق آن منقطع خواهد گردید. | ۳ 3 |
Then said he unto me, This, is the curse, which is going forth over the face of all the earth, —Because, every one who stealeth, on the one side, hath in one way been let off, and, every one who sweareth, on the other side, hath in another way been let off,
| یهوه صبایوت می‌گوید: من آن را بیرون خواهم فرستاد و به خانه دزد و به خانه هرکه به اسم من قسم دروغ خورد داخل خواهد شد و در میان خانه‌اش نزیل شده، آن را با چوبهایش وسنگهایش منهدم خواهد ساخت.» | ۴ 4 |
[therefore] have I brought it forth, Declareth Yahweh of hosts, And it shall enter—into the house of the thief, and into the house of him that sweareth by my name, falsely, —and it shall roost in the midst of his house, and shall consume it, both the timbers thereof, and the stones thereof.
| پس فرشته‌ای که با من تکلم می‌نمود بیرون آمده، مرا گفت: «چشمان خود را برافراشته ببین که اینکه بیرون می‌رود چیست؟» | ۵ 5 |
Then came forward, the messenger who was talking with me, —and said unto me—Lift up, I pray thee, thine eyes, and see what this is which is coming forth.
| گفتم: «این چیست؟» او جواب داد: «این است آن ایفایی که بیرون می‌رود و گفت نمایش ایشان در تمامی جهان این است.» | ۶ 6 |
And I said, What is it? Then said he, This, is an ephah that is coming forth. And he said, This, is their iniquity, throughout all the land.
| و اینک وزنه‌ای از سرب برداشته شد. و زنی در میان ایفا نشسته بود. | ۷ 7 |
And lo! a leaden disc uplifted, —and here a certain woman, sitting inside the ephah.
| و او گفت: «این شرارت است.» پس وی را در میان ایفا انداخت و آن سنگ سرب را بر دهنه‌اش نهاد. | ۸ 8 |
Then said he, This, is Lawlessness. So he thrust her back inside the ephah, —and then thrust the leaden weight into the mouth thereof.
| پس چشمان خود رابرافراشته، نگریستم و اینک دو زن بیرون آمدند وباد در بالهای ایشان بود و بالهای ایشان مثل بالهای لق لق بود و ایفا را به میان زمین و آسمان برداشتند. | ۹ 9 |
Then lifted I up mine eyes and looked, and lo! Two Women coming forward, with the wind in their wings, and, they, had wings, like the wings of the stork, —and bare up the ephah, between the earth and the heavens.
| پس به فرشته‌ای که با من تکلم می‌نمودگفتم: «اینها ایفا را کجا می‌برند؟» | ۱۰ 10 |
Then said I unto the messenger who was speaking with me, —Whither are they carrying the ephah?
| او مرا جواب داد: «تا خانه‌ای در زمین شنعار برای وی بنا نمایند و چون آن مهیا شودآنگاه او در آنجا بر پایه خود بر قرار خواهد شد.» | ۱۱ 11 |
And he said unto me, To build for it a house in the land of Shinar, —so shall it be ready, and they shall settle it there, upon its own base?
