مکاشفهٔ یوحنا 20

۱ 1 و دیدم فرشته‌ای را که از آسمان نازل می شود و کلید هاویه را دارد و زنجیری بزرگ بر دست وی است. (Abyssos g12)

Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding in his hand the key to the abyss and a great chain. (Abyssos g12)

۲ 2 و اژدها یعنی مار قدیم را که ابلیس و شیطان می‌باشد، گرفتار کرده، او راتا مدت هزار سال در بند نهاد.

He seized the dragon, the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world, and he bound him for a thousand years.

۳ 3 و او را به هاویه انداخت و در را بر او بسته، مهر کرد تا امت‌ها رادیگر گمراه نکند تا مدت هزار سال به انجام رسد؛ و بعد از آن می‌باید اندکی خلاصی یابد. (Abyssos g12)

He threw him into the abyss and locked and sealed it over him, so that he would no longer deceive the nations until the thousand years were completed. After that he must be released for a short time. (Abyssos g12)

۴ 4 و تختها دیدم و بر آنها نشستند و به ایشان حکومت داده شد و دیدم نفوس آنانی را که بجهت شهادت عیسی و کلام خدا سر بریده شدند و آنانی را که وحش و صورتش را پرستش نکردند و نشان او را بر پیشانی و دست خود نپذیرفتند که زنده شدند و با مسیح هزار سال سلطنت کردند.

Then I saw thrones, and those who sat on them were given authority to judge. I also saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Jesus and for the word of God. They had not worshiped the beast or his image and had not received the mark on their foreheads or their hands. They came to life and reigned with Christ for the thousand years.

۵ 5 و سایر مردگان زنده نشدند تاهزار سال به اتمام رسید. این است قیامت اول.

(The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed.) This is the first resurrection.

۶ 6 خوشحال و مقدس است کسی‌که از قیامت اول قسمتی دارد. بر اینها موت ثانی تسلط ندارد بلکه کاهنان خدا و مسیح خواهند بود و هزار سال با اوسلطنت خواهند کرد.

Blessed and holy are those who take part in the first resurrection. The second death has no power over them, but they will be priests of God and of Christ, and will reign with him for a thousand years.

۷ 7 و چون هزار سال به انجام رسد، شیطان اززندان خود خلاصی خواهد یافت

When the thousand years are completed, Satan will be released from his prison

۸ 8 تا بیرون رودو امت هایی را که در چهار زاویه جهانند، یعنی جوج و ماجوج را گمراه کند و ایشان را بجهت جنگ فراهم آورد که عدد ایشان چون ریگ دریاست.

and will go out to deceive the nations that are at the four corners of the earth, Gog and Magog, to gather them for battle; their number is like the sand of the sea.

۹ 9 و بر عرصه جهان برآمده، لشکرگاه مقدسین و شهر محبوب را محاصره کردند. پس آتش از جانب خدا از آسمان فرو ریخته، ایشان رابلعید.

They marched up over the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of the saints and the beloved city, but fire came down out of heaven from God and devoured them.

۱۰ 10 و ابلیس که ایشان را گمراه می‌کند، به دریاچه آتش و کبریت انداخته شد، جایی که وحش و نبی کاذب هستند؛ و ایشان تا ابدالابادشبانه‌روز عذاب خواهند کشید. (aiōn g165, Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)

And the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the lake of fire and sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown, and they will be tormented day and night forever and ever. (aiōn g165, Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)

۱۱ 11 و دیدم تختی بزرگ سفید و کسی را بر آن نشسته که از روی وی آسمان و زمین گریخت وبرای آنها جایی یافت نشد.

Then I saw a great white throne and one who sat upon it. The earth and the sky fled from his face, and no place was found for them.

۱۲ 12 و مردگان را خرد وبزرگ دیدم که پیش تخت ایستاده بودند؛ و دفترهارا گشودند. پس دفتری دیگر گشوده شد که دفترحیات‌است و بر مردگان داوری شد، بحسب اعمال ایشان از آنچه در دفترها مکتوب است.

And I saw the dead, great and small, standing before the throne, and books were opened. Then another book was opened, which is the book of life. And the dead were judged by what was written in the books, according to their works.

۱۳ 13 و دریا مردگانی را که در آن بودند باز داد؛ و موت و عالم اموات مردگانی را که در آنها بودندباز دادند؛ و هر یکی بحسب اعمالش حکم یافت. (Hadēs g86)

Then the sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades gave up the dead who were in them, and each person was judged according to his works. (Hadēs g86)

۱۴ 14 و موت و عالم اموات به دریاچه آتش انداخته شد. این است موت ثانی، یعنی دریاچه آتش. (Hadēs g86, Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)

Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. (Hadēs g86, Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)

۱۵ 15 و هر‌که در دفتر حیات مکتوب یافت نشد، به دریاچه آتش افکنده گردید. (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)

If anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire. (Limnē Pyr g3041 g4442)
