مزامیر 125

۱ 1 سرود درجات آنانی که بر خداوند توکل دارند، مثل کوه صهیون‌اند که جنبش نمی خورد و پایدار است تا ابدالاباد.

A Song of Ascents. They that trust in the LORD are as mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abideth for ever.

۲ 2 کوههاگرداگرد اورشلیم است؛ و خداوند گرداگرد قوم خود، از الان و تا ابدالاباد است.

As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people, from this time forth and for evermore.

۳ 3 زیرا که عصای شریران بر نصیب عادلان قرار نخواهد گرفت، مبادا عادلان دست خود را به گناه دراز کنند.

For the sceptre of wickedness shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; that the righteous put not forth their hands unto iniquity.

۴ 4 ‌ای خداوند به صالحان احسان فرما و به آنانی که راست دل می‌باشند.

Do good, O LORD, unto those that be good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.

۵ 5 و اما آنانی که به راههای کج خود مایل می‌باشند، خداوند ایشان را با بدکاران رهبری خواهد نمود. سلامتی بر اسرائیل باد.

But as for such as turn aside unto their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity. Peace be upon Israel.
