اعداد 30

۱ 1 و موسی سروران اسباط بنی‌اسرائیل راخطاب کرده، گفت: «این است کاری که خداوند امر فرموده است:

And he spoke Moses to [the] leaders of the tribes of [the] people of Israel saying this [is] the word which he has commanded Yahweh.

۲ 2 چون شخصی برای خداوند نذر کند یا قسم خورد تا جان خود را به تکلیفی الزام نماید، پس کلام خود را باطل نسازد، بلکه برحسب هر‌آنچه از دهانش برآمد، عمل نماید.

A man if he will vow a vow to Yahweh or he will swear an oath to bind an obligation on self his not he will violate word his according to every [thing which] has gone out from mouth his he will do.

۳ 3 «و اما چون زن برای خداوند نذر کرده، خودرا در خانه پدرش در جوانی‌اش به تکلیفی الزام نماید،

And a woman if she will vow a vow to Yahweh and she will bind an obligation in [the] house of father her in youth her.

۴ 4 و پدرش نذر او و تکلیفی که خود را برآن الزام نموده، شنیده باشد، و پدرش درباره اوساکت باشد، آنگاه تمامی نذرهایش استوار، و هرتکلیفی که خود را به آن الزام نموده باشد، قایم خواهد بود.

And he will hear father her vow her and obligation her which she has bound on self her and he will keep silent to her father her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.

۵ 5 اما اگر پدرش در روزی که شنید اورا منع کرد، آنگاه هیچ کدام از نذرهایش و ازتکالیفش که خود را به آن الزام نموده باشد، استوار نخواهد بود، و از این جهت که پدرش او رامنع نموده است، خداوند او را خواهد آمرزید.

And if he forbade father her her on [the] day heard he all vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her not it will stand and Yahweh he will forgive her for he forbade father her her.

۶ 6 «و اگر به شوهری داده شود، و نذرهای او یاسخنی که از لبهایش جسته، و جان خود را به آن الزام نموده، بر او باشد،

And if certainly she will belong to a husband and vows her [are] on her or [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her.

۷ 7 و شوهرش شنید و درروز شنیدنش به وی هیچ نگفت، آنگاه نذرهایش استوار خواهد ماند. و تکلیفهایی که خویشتن را به آنها الزام نموده است، قایم خواهند ماند.

And he will hear husband her on [the] day hears he and he will keep silent to her and they will stand vows her and obligations her which she has bound on self her they will stand.

۸ 8 لیکن اگر شوهرش در روزی که آن را شنید، او را منع نماید، و نذری را که بر او است یا سخنی را که ازلبهایش جسته، و خویشتن را به آن الزام نموده باشد، باطل سازد، پس خداوند او را خواهدآمرزید.

And if on [the] day hears husband her he will forbid her and he will break vow her which [is] on her and [the] rash utterance of lips her which she has bound on self her and Yahweh he will forgive her.

۹ 9 اما نذر زن بیوه یا مطلقه، در هر‌چه خود را به آن الزام نموده باشد، بر وی استوارخواهد ماند.

And [the] vow of a widow and a divorced [woman] all that she has bound on self her it will stand on her.

۱۰ 10 و اما اگر زنی در خانه شوهرش نذر کند، یا خویشتن را با قسم به تکلیفی الزام نماید،

And if [the] house of husband her she has vowed or she bound an obligation on self her by an oath.

۱۱ 11 و شوهرش بشنود و او را هیچ نگوید ومنع ننماید، پس تمامی نذرهایش استوار، و هرتکلیفی که خویشتن را به آن الزام نموده باشد، قایم خواهد بود.

And he will hear husband her and he will keep silent to her not he forbade her and they will stand all vows her and every obligation which she has bound on self her it will stand.

۱۲ 12 و اما اگر شوهرش در روزی که بشنود، آنها را باطل سازد. پس هر‌چه ازلبهایش درآمده باشد درباره نذرهایش یا تکالیف خود، استوار نخواهد ماند. چونکه شوهرش آن راباطل نموده است، خداوند او را خواهد آمرزید.

And if actually he will break them - husband her on [the] day hears he any utterance of lips her to vows her and to [the] obligation of self her not it will stand husband her he has broken them and Yahweh he will forgive her.

۱۳ 13 هر نذری و هر قسم الزامی را برای ذلیل ساختن جان خود، شوهرش آن را استوار نماید، وشوهرش آن را باطل سازد.

Every vow and every oath of obligation to humble self husband her he will confirm it and husband her he will break it.

۱۴ 14 اما اگر شوهرش روز به روز به او هیچ نگوید، پس همه نذرهایش وهمه تکالیفش را که بر وی باشد استوار نموده باشد، چونکه در روزی که شنید به وی هیچ نگفت، پس آنها را استوار نموده است.

And certainly [if] he will keep silent to her husband her from day to day and he will confirm all vows her or all obligations her which [are] on her he has confirmed them for he kept silent to her on [the] day heard he.

۱۵ 15 و اگربعد از شنیدن، آنها را باطل نمود، پس او گناه وی را متحمل خواهد بود.»

And if actually he will break them after has heard he and he will bear guilt her.

۱۶ 16 این است فرایضی که خداوند به موسی‌امرفرمود، در میان مرد و زنش و در میان پدر ودخترش، در زمان جوانی او در خانه پدر وی.

These [are] the statutes which he commanded Yahweh Moses between a man and wife his between a father and daughter his in youth her [the] house of father her.
