| و سروران قوم در اورشلیم ساکن شدند وسایر قوم قرعه انداختند تا از هر ده نفریکنفر را به شهر مقدس اورشلیم، برای سکونت بیاورند و نه نفر باقی، در شهرهای دیگر ساکن شوند. | ۱ 1 |
The princes of the people lived in Jerusalem. The rest of the people also cast lots to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem, the holy city, and nine parts in the other cities.
| و قوم، همه کسانی را که به خوشی دل برای سکونت در اورشلیم حاضر شدند، مبارک خواندند. | ۲ 2 |
The people blessed all the men who willingly offered themselves to dwell in Jerusalem.
| و اینانند سروران بلدانی که دراورشلیم ساکن شدند، (و سایر اسرائیلیان وکاهنان و لاویان و نتینیم و پسران بندگان سلیمان، هر کس در ملک شهر خود، در شهرهای یهوداساکن شدند). | ۳ 3 |
Now these are the chiefs of the province who lived in Jerusalem; but in the cities of Judah, everyone lived in his possession in their cities—Israel, the priests, the Levites, the temple servants, and the children of Solomon’s servants.
| پس در اورشلیم، بعضی از بنی یهودا وبنی بنیامین سکنی گرفتند. و اما از بنی یهودا، عنایاابن عزیا ابن زکریا ابن امریا ابن شفطیا ابن مهللئیل از بنی فارص. | ۴ 4 |
Some of the children of Judah and of the children of Benjamin lived in Jerusalem. Of the children of Judah: Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, of the children of Perez;
| و معسیا ابن باروک بن کلحوزه ابن حزیا ابن عدایا ابن یویاریب بن زکریا ابن شیلونی. | ۵ 5 |
and Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of the Shilonite.
| جمیع بنی فارص که در اورشلیم ساکن شدند، چهار صد و شصت و هشت مرد شجاع بودند. | ۶ 6 |
All the sons of Perez who lived in Jerusalem were four hundred sixty-eight valiant men.
| واینانند پسران بنیامین: سلو ابن مشلام بن یوعید بن فدایا ابن قولایا ابن معسیا ابن ایتئیل بن اشعیا. | ۷ 7 |
These are the sons of Benjamin: Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah.
| وبعد از او جبای و سلای، نه صد و بیست و هشت نفر. | ۸ 8 |
After him Gabbai and Sallai, nine hundred twenty-eight.
| و یوئیل بن زکری، رئیس ایشان بود و یهوداابن هسنوآه، رئیس دوم شهر بود. | ۹ 9 |
Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer; and Judah the son of Hassenuah was second over the city.
| و از کاهنان، یدعیا ابن یویاریب و یاکین. | ۱۰ 10 |
Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin,
| و سرایا ابن حلقیاابن مشلام بن صادوق بن مرایوت بن اخیطوب رئیس خانه خدا. | ۱۱ 11 |
Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the ruler of God’s house,
| و برادران ایشان که درکارهای خانه مشغول می‌بودند هشتصد و بیست و دو نفر. و عدایا ابن یروحام بن فللیا ابن امصی ابن زکریا ابن فشحور بن ملکیا. | ۱۲ 12 |
and their brothers who did the work of the house, eight hundred twenty-two; and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah,
| و برادران او که روسای آبا بودند، دویست و چهل و دو نفر. وعمشیسای بن عزرئیل بن اخزای بن مشلیموت بن امیر. | ۱۳ 13 |
and his brothers, chiefs of fathers’ households, two hundred forty-two; and Amashsai the son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
| و برادرانش که مردان جنگی بودند، صد وبیست و هشت نفر. و زبدیئیل بن هجدولیم رئیس ایشان بود. | ۱۴ 14 |
and their brothers, mighty men of valor, one hundred twenty-eight; and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of Haggedolim.
| و از لاویان شمعیا ابن حشوب بن عزریقام بن حشبیا ابن بونی. | ۱۵ 15 |
Of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
| و شبتای و یوزابادبر کارهای خارج خانه خدا از روسای لاویان بودند. | ۱۶ 16 |
and Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chiefs of the Levites, who had the oversight of the outward business of God’s house;
| و متنیا ابن میکا ابن زبدی بن آساف پیشوای تسبیح که در نماز، حمد بگوید و بقبقیاکه از میان برادرانش رئیس دوم بود و عبدا ابن شموع بن جلال بن یدوتون. | ۱۷ 17 |
and Mattaniah the son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who was the chief to begin the thanksgiving in prayer, and Bakbukiah, the second among his brothers; and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
| جمیع لاویان درشهر مقدس دویست و هشتاد و چهار نفر بودند. | ۱۸ 18 |
All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred eighty-four.
| و دربانان عقوب و طلمون و برادران ایشان که درها را نگاهبانی می‌کردند، صد و هفتاد و دو نفر. | ۱۹ 19 |
Moreover the gatekeepers, Akkub, Talmon, and their brothers, who kept watch at the gates, were one hundred seventy-two.
| و سایر اسرائیلیان و کاهنان و لاویان هر کدام در ملک خویش در جمیع شهرهای یهودا (ساکن شدند). | ۲۰ 20 |
The residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites were in all the cities of Judah, everyone in his inheritance.
| و نتینیم در عوفل سکنی گرفتند وصیحا و جشفا روسای نتینیم | ۲۱ 21 |
But the temple servants lived in Ophel; and Ziha and Gishpa were over the temple servants.
| و رئیس لاویان در اورشلیم بر کارهای خانه خدا عزی ابن بانی ابن حشبیا ابن متنیا ابن میکا از پسران آساف که مغنیان بودند، می‌بود. | ۲۲ 22 |
The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica, of the sons of Asaph, the singers responsible for the service of God’s house.
| زیرا که درباره ایشان حکمی ازپادشاه بود و فریضه‌ای به جهت مغنیان برای امرهر روز در روزش. | ۲۳ 23 |
For there was a commandment from the king concerning them, and a settled provision for the singers, as every day required.
| و فتحیا ابن مشیزبئیل ازبنی زارح بن یهودا از جانب پادشاه برای جمیع امور قوم بود. | ۲۴ 24 |
Pethahiah the son of Meshezabel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king’s hand in all matters concerning the people.
| و بعضی از بنی یهودا در قصبه هاو نواحی آنها ساکن شدند. در قریه اربع و دهات آن و دیبون و دهات آن و یقبصیئیل و دهات آن. | ۲۵ 25 |
As for the villages with their fields, some of the children of Judah lived in Kiriath Arba and its towns, in Dibon and its towns, in Jekabzeel and its villages,
| و در یشوع و مولاده و بیت فالط. | ۲۶ 26 |
in Jeshua, in Moladah, Beth Pelet,
| و در حصرشوعال و بئرشبع و دهات آن. | ۲۷ 27 |
in Hazar Shual, in Beersheba and its towns,
| و در صقلغ ومکونه و دهات آن. | ۲۸ 28 |
in Ziklag, in Meconah and in its towns,
| و در عین رمون و صرعه ویرموت. | ۲۹ 29 |
in En Rimmon, in Zorah, in Jarmuth,
| و زانوح و عدلام و دهات آنها ولاکیش و نواحی آن و عزیقه و دهات آن. پس ازبئرشبع تا وادی هنوم ساکن شدند. | ۳۰ 30 |
Zanoah, Adullam, and their villages, Lachish and its fields, and Azekah and its towns. So they encamped from Beersheba to the valley of Hinnom.
| وبنی بنیامین از جبع تا مکماش ساکن شدند. در عیاو بیت یل و دهات آن. | ۳۱ 31 |
The children of Benjamin also lived from Geba onward, at Michmash and Aija, and at Bethel and its towns,
| و عناتوت و نوب وعننیه، | ۳۲ 32 |
at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
| و حاصور و رامه و جتایم، | ۳۳ 33 |
Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
| و حادیدو صبوعیم و نبلاط، | ۳۴ 34 |
Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
| و لود و اونو و وادی حراشیم. | ۳۵ 35 |
Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
| و بعضی فرقه های لاویان در یهودا وبنیامین ساکن شدند. | ۳۶ 36 |
Of the Levites, certain divisions in Judah settled in Benjamin’s territory.
