ایّوب 27
| و ایوب دیگرباره مثل خود را آورده، گفت: | ۱ 1 |
Moreover Job continued his parable, and said,
| «به حیات خدا که حق مرابرداشته و به قادرمطلق که جان مرا تلخ نموده است. | ۲ 2 |
As El liveth, who hath taken away my judgment; and the Almighty, who hath vexed my soul;
| که مادامی که جانم در من باقی است ونفخه خدا در بینی من می‌باشد، | ۳ 3 |
All the while my breath is in me, and the spirit of Eloah is in my nostrils;
| یقین لبهایم به بی‌انصافی تکلم نخواهد کرد، و زبانم به فریب تنطق نخواهد نمود. | ۴ 4 |
My lips shall not speak wickedness, nor my tongue utter deceit.
| حاشا از من که شما راتصدیق نمایم، و تا بمیرم کاملیت خویش را ازخود دور نخواهم ساخت. | ۵ 5 |
Elohim forbid that I should justify you: till I die I will not remove mine integrity from me.
| عدالت خود را قایم نگاه می‌دارم و آن را ترک نخواهم نمود، و دلم تازنده باشم، مرا مذمت نخواهد کرد. | ۶ 6 |
My righteousness I hold fast, and will not let it go: my heart shall not reproach me so long as I live.
| دشمن من مثل شریر باشد، و مقاومت کنندگانم مثل خطاکاران. | ۷ 7 |
Let mine enemy be as the wicked, and he that riseth up against me as the unrighteous.
| زیرا امید شریر چیست هنگامی که خدا او را منقطع می‌سازد؟ و حینی که خدا جان اورا می‌گیرد؟ | ۸ 8 |
For what is the hope of the hypocrite, though he hath gained, when Eloah taketh away his soul?
| آیا خدا فریاد او را خواهد شنید، هنگامی که مصیبت بر او عارض شود؟ | ۹ 9 |
Will El hear his cry when trouble cometh upon him?
| آیا درقادرمطلق تلذذ خواهد یافت، و در همه اوقات ازخدا مسالت خواهد نمود؟ | ۱۰ 10 |
Will he delight himself in the Almighty? will he always call upon Eloah?
| «شما را درباره دست خدا تعلیم خواهد دادو از اعمال قادرمطلق چیزی مخفی نخواهم داشت. | ۱۱ 11 |
I will teach you by the hand of El: that which is with the Almighty will I not conceal.
| اینک جمیع شما این را ملاحظه کرده‌اید، پس چرا بالکل باطل شده‌اید. | ۱۲ 12 |
Behold, all ye yourselves have seen it; why then are ye thus altogether vain?
| این است نصیب مرد شریر از جانب خدا، و میراث ظالمان که آن را از قادرمطلق می‌یابند. | ۱۳ 13 |
This is the portion of a wicked man with El, and the heritage of oppressors, which they shall receive of the Almighty.
| اگرفرزندانش بسیار شوند شمشیر برای ایشان است، و ذریت او از نان سیر نخواهند شد. | ۱۴ 14 |
If his children be multiplied, it is for the sword: and his offspring shall not be satisfied with bread.
| بازماندگان او از وبا دفن خواهند شد، و بیوه‌زنانش گریه نخواهند کرد. | ۱۵ 15 |
Those that remain of him shall be buried in death: and his widows shall not weep.
| اگر‌چه نقره را مثل غبار اندوخته کند، و لباس را مثل گل آماده سازد. | ۱۶ 16 |
Though he heap up silver as the dust, and prepare raiment as the clay;
| او آماده می‌کند لیکن مرد عادل آن را خواهد پوشید، وصالحان نقره او را تقسیم خواهند نمود. | ۱۷ 17 |
He may prepare it, but the just shall put it on, and the innocent shall divide the silver.
| خانه خود را مثل بید بنا می‌کند، و مثل سایبانی که دشتبان می‌سازد | ۱۸ 18 |
He buildeth his house as a moth, and as a booth that the keeper maketh.
| او دولتمند می‌خوابد اما دفن نخواهد شد. چشمان خود را می‌گشاید و نیست می‌باشد. | ۱۹ 19 |
The rich man shall lie down, but he shall not be gathered: he openeth his eyes, and he is not.
| ترسها مثل آب او را فرو می‌گیرد، و گردباد او را در شب می‌رباید. | ۲۰ 20 |
Terrors take hold on him as waters, a tempest stealeth him away in the night.
| باد شرقی او رابرمی دارد و نابود می‌شود و او را از مکانش دورمی اندازد، | ۲۱ 21 |
The east wind carrieth him away, and he departeth: and as a storm hurleth him out of his place.
| زیرا (خدا) بر او تیر خواهدانداخت و شفقت نخواهد نمود. اگر‌چه اومی خواهد از دست وی فرار کرده، بگریزد. | ۲۲ 22 |
For Elohim shall cast upon him, and not spare: he would fain flee out of his hand.
| مردم کفهای خود را بر او بهم می‌زنند و او را ازمکانش صفیر زده، بیرون می‌کنند. | ۲۳ 23 |
Men shall clap their hands at him, and shall hiss him out of his place.
