هوشع 7
| چون اسرائیل را شفا می‌دادم، آنگاه گناه افرایم و شرارت سامره منکشف گردید، زیرا که مرتکب فریب شده‌اند. دزدان داخل می‌شوند و رهزنان در بیرون تاراج می‌نمایند. | ۱ 1 |
When I have healed Israel, then shall the iniquity of Ephraim be revealed, and the wickedness of Samaria; for they have wrought falsehood: and a thief shall come in to him, [even] a robber spoiling in his way;
| ودر دل خود تفکر نمی کنند که من تمامی شرارت ایشان را به یاد آورده‌ام. الان اعمالشان ایشان رااحاطه می‌نماید و آنها در نظر من واقع شده است. | ۲ 2 |
that they may concert together as [men] singing in their heart: I remember all their wickedness: now have their own counsels compassed them about; they came before my face.
| پادشاه را بشرارت خویش و سروران را به دروغهای خود شادمان می‌سازند. | ۳ 3 |
They gladdened kings with their wickedness, and princes with their lies.
| جمیع ایشان زناکارند مثل تنوری که خباز آن را مشتعل سازدکه بعد از سرشتن خمیر تا مخمر شدنش ازبرانگیختن آتش باز می‌ایستد. | ۴ 4 |
They are all adulterers, as an oven glowing with flame for hot-baking, on account of the kneading of the dough, until it is leavened.
| در یوم پادشاه ما، سروران از گرمی شراب، خود را بیمار ساختند واو دست خود را به استهزاکنندگان دراز کرد. | ۵ 5 |
[In] the days of our kings, the princes began to be inflamed with wine: he stretched out his hand with pestilent fellows.
| زیرا که دل خود را به مکاید خویش مثل تنورنزدیک آوردند؛ و تمامی شب خباز ایشان می‌خوابد و صبحگاهان آن مثل آتش ملتهب مشتعل می‌شود. | ۶ 6 |
Therefore their hearts are inflamed as an oven, while they rage all the night: Ephraim is satisfied with sleep; the morning is come; he is burnt up as a flame of fire.
| جمیع ایشان مثل تنور گرم شده، داوران خویش را می‌بلعند و همه پادشاهان ایشان می‌افتند و در میان ایشان کسی نیست که مرابخواند. | ۷ 7 |
They are all heated like an oven, and have devoured their judges: all their kings are fallen; there was not amongst them one that called on me.
| افرایم با قومها مخلوط شده است. افرایم قرص نانی است که برگردانیده نشده است. | ۸ 8 |
Ephraim is mixed amongst his people; Ephraim became a cake not turned.
| غریبان قوتش را خورده‌اند و او نمی داند. سفیدی بر مویهای او پاشیده شده است و اونمی داند. | ۹ 9 |
Strangers devoured his strength, and he knew [it] not; and grey hairs came upon him, and he knew [it] not.
| فخر اسرائیل پیش رویش شهادت می‌دهد اما ایشان به یهوه خدای خود بازگشت نمی نمایند و با وجود این همه او را نمی طلبند. | ۱۰ 10 |
And the pride of Israel shall be brought down before his face: yet they have not returned to the Lord their God, neither have they diligently sought him for all this.
| افرایم مانند کبوتر ساده دل، بی‌فهم است. مصر را می‌خوانند و بسوی آشور می‌روند. | ۱۱ 11 |
And Ephraim was as a silly dove, not having a heart: he called to Egypt, and they went to the Assyrians.
| وچون می‌روند من دام خود را بر ایشان می‌گسترانم و ایشان را مثل مرغان هوا به زیر می‌اندازم وایشان را بر وفق اخباری که به جماعت ایشان رسیده است، تادیب می‌نمایم. | ۱۲ 12 |
Whenever they shall go, I will cast my net upon them; I will bring them down as the birds of the sky, I will chasten them with the rumour of their [coming] affliction.
| وای بر ایشان زیرا که از من فرار کردند. هلاکت بر ایشان باد زیراکه به من عصیان ورزیدند. اگر‌چه من ایشان رافدیه دادم، لکن به ضد من دروغ گفتند. | ۱۳ 13 |
Woe to them! for they have started aside from me: they are cowards; for they have sinned against me: yet I redeemed them, but they spoke falsehoods against me.
| و از دل خود نزد من استغاثه نمی نمایند بلکه بر بسترهای خود ولوله می‌کنند. برای روغن و شراب جمع شده، بر من فتنه می‌انگیزند. | ۱۴ 14 |
And their hearts did not cry to me, but they howled on their beds: they pined for oil and wine.
| و اگر‌چه من بازوهای ایشان را تعلیم دادم و تقویت نمودم لیکن با من بداندیشی نمودند. | ۱۵ 15 |
They were instructed by me, and I strengthened their arms; and they devised evils against me.
| ایشان رجوع می‌کنند اما نه به حضرت اعلی. مثل کمان خطاکننده شده‌اند. سروران ایشان به‌سبب غیظزبان خویش به شمشیر می‌افتند و به‌سبب همین در زمین مصر ایشان را استهزا خواهند نمود. | ۱۶ 16 |
They turned aside to that which is not, they became as a bent bow: their princes shall fall by the sword, by reason of the unbridled state of their tongue: this is their setting at nothing in the land of Egypt.
