حزقیال 39

۱ 1 «پس تو‌ای پسر انسان درباره جوج نبوت کرده، بگو خداوند یهوه چنین می‌فرماید که اینک‌ای جوج رئیس روش وماشک و توبال من به ضد تو هستم.

And thou, son of man, prophesy against Gog, and say, Thus says the lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, O Gog, ruler of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal.

۲ 2 و تو رابرمی گردانم و رهبری می‌نمایم و تو را از اطراف شمال برآورده، بر کوههای اسرائیل خواهم آورد.

And I will turn thee about, and will lead thee on, and will cause thee to come up from the outermost parts of the north, and I will bring thee upon the mountains of Israel.

۳ 3 و کمان تو را از دست چپت انداخته، تیرهای تو را از دست راستت خواهم افکند.

And I will smite thy bow out of thy left hand, and will cause thine arrows to fall out of thy right hand.

۴ 4 وتو و همه افواجت و قوم هایی که همراه تو هستندبر کوههای اسرائیل خواهید افتاد و تو را به هرجنس مرغان شکاری و به حیوانات صحرا به جهت خوراک خواهم داد.

Thou shall fall upon the mountains of Israel, thou, and all thy hordes, and the peoples who are with thee. I will give thee to the ravenous birds of every sort, and to the beasts of the field to be devoured.

۵ 5 خداوند یهوه می‌گوید که به روی صحرا خواهی افتاد زیرا که من تکلم نموده‌ام.

Thou shall fall upon the open field, for I have spoken it, says the lord Jehovah.

۶ 6 و آتشی بر ماجوج و بر کسانی که در جزایر به امنیت ساکنند خواهم فرستاد تابدانند که من یهوه هستم.

And I will send a fire on Magog, and on those who dwell securely in the isles. And they shall know that I am Jehovah.

۷ 7 و نام قدوس خود را درمیان قوم خویش اسرائیل، معروف خواهم ساخت و دیگر نمی گذارم که اسم قدوس من بی‌حرمت شود تا امت‌ها بدانند که من یهوه قدوس اسرائیل می‌باشم.

And I will make my holy name known in the midst of my people Israel, nor will I allow my holy name to be profaned any more. And the nations shall know that I am Jehovah, the Holy One in Israel.

۸ 8 اینک خداوند یهوه می‌گوید: آن می‌آید و به وقوع خواهد پیوست. واین همان روز است که درباره‌اش تکلم نموده‌ام.

Behold, it comes, and it shall be done, says the lord Jehovah. This is the day of which I have spoken.

۹ 9 و ساکنان شهرهای اسرائیل بیرون خواهند آمدو اسلحه یعنی مجن و سپر و کمان و تیرها وچوب دستی و نیزه‌ها را آتش زده، خواهندسوزانید. و مدت هفت سال آتش را به آنها زنده نگاه خواهند داشت.

And those who dwell in the cities of Israel shall go forth, and shall make fires of the weapons and burn them, both the shields and the bucklers, the bows and the arrows, and the hand staves, and the spears. And they shall make fires of them seven years,

۱۰ 10 و هیزم از صحرا نخواهندآورد و چوب از جنگلها نخواهند برید زیرا که اسلحه‌ها را به آتش خواهند سوزانید. و خداوندیهوه می‌گوید که غارت کنندگان خود را غارت خواهند کرد و تاراج کنندگان خویش را تاراج خواهند نمود.

so that they shall take no wood out of the field, nor cut down any out of the forests, for they shall make fires of the weapons. And they shall plunder those who plundered them, and rob those who robbed them, says the lord Jehovah.

۱۱ 11 و در آن روز موضعی برای قبردر اسرائیل یعنی وادی عابریم را بطرف مشرق دریا به جوج خواهم داد. و راه عبور کنندگان رامسدود خواهد ساخت. و در آنجا جوج و تمامی جمعیت، او را دفن خواهند کرد و آن را وادی هامون جوج خواهند نامید.

And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will give to Gog a place for burial in Israel: the valley of those who pass through on the east of the sea. And it shall stop those who pass through, and they shall bury Gog and all his multitude there. And they shall call it The valley of Hamon-gog.

۱۲ 12 و خاندان اسرائیل مدت هفت ماه ایشان را دفن خواهند کرد تا زمین را طاهر سازند.

And the house of Israel shall be burying them seven months, that they may cleanse the land.

۱۳ 13 و تمامی اهل زمین ایشان رادفن خواهند کرد. و خداوند یهوه می‌گوید: روزتمجید من نیکنامی ایشان خواهد بود.

Yea, all the people of the land shall bury them, and it shall be to them a renown in the day that I shall be glorified, says the lord Jehovah.

۱۴ 14 وکسانی را معین خواهند کرد که پیوسته در زمین گردش نمایند. و همراه عبورکنندگان آنانی را که بر روی زمین باقی‌مانده باشند دفن کرده، آن راطاهر سازند. بعد از انقضای هفت ماه آنها راخواهند طلبید.

And they shall set apart men of continual employment, who shall pass through the land. And, with those who pass through, those that bury those who remain upon the face of the land, to cleanse it, after the end of seven months they shall search.

۱۵ 15 و عبورکنندگان در زمین گردش خواهند کرد. و اگر کسی استخوان آدمی بیند نشانی نزد آن برپا کند تا دفن کنندگان آن را دروادی هامون جوج مدفون سازند.

And those who pass through the land shall pass through, and when any man sees a man's bone, then he shall set up a sign by it till the buriers have buried it in the valley of Hamon-gog.

۱۶ 16 و اسم شهرنیز هامونه خواهد بود. پس زمین را طاهر خواهندساخت.

And Hamonah shall also be the name of a city. Thus they shall cleanse the land.

۱۷ 17 «و اما تو‌ای پسر انسان! خداوند یهوه چنین می‌فرماید که بهر جنس مرغان و به همه حیوانات صحرا بگو: جمع شوید و بیایید و نزد قربانی من که آن را برای شما ذبح می‌نمایم، فراهم آیید. قربانی عظیمی بر کوههای اسرائیل تا گوشت بخورید و خون بنوشید.

And thou, son of man, thus says the lord Jehovah: Speak to the birds of every sort, and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves, and come. Gather yourselves on every side to my sacrifice that I sacrifice for you, even a great sacrifice upon the mountains of Israel, that ye may eat flesh and drink blood.

۱۸ 18 گوشت جباران راخواهید خورد و خون روسای جهان را خواهیدنوشید. از قوچها و بره‌ها و بزها و گاوها که همه آنها از پرواریهای باشان می‌باشند.

Ye shall eat the flesh of the mighty, and drink the blood of the rulers of the earth, of rams, of lambs, and of goats, of bullocks, all of them fatlings of Bashan.

۱۹ 19 و از قربانی من که برای شما ذبح می‌نمایم، پیه خواهید خوردتا سیر شوید و خون خواهید نوشید تا مست شوید.

And ye shall eat fat till ye be full, and drink blood till ye be drunken, of my sacrifice which I have sacrificed for you.

۲۰ 20 و خداوند یهوه می‌گوید که بر سفره من از اسبان و سواران و جباران و همه مردان جنگی سیر خواهید شد.

And ye shall be filled at my table with horses and chariots, with mighty men, and with all men of war, says the lord Jehovah.

۲۱ 21 و من جلال خود را در میان امت‌ها قرار خواهم داد و جمیع امت‌ها داوری مرا که آن را اجرا خواهم داشت و دست مرا که برایشان فرود خواهم آورد، مشاهده خواهند نمود.

And I will set my glory among the nations. And all the nations shall see my judgment that I have executed, and my hand that I have laid upon them.

۲۲ 22 و خاندان اسرائیل از آن روز و بعد خواهنددانست که یهوه خدای ایشان من هستم.

So the house of Israel shall know that I am Jehovah their God, from that day and forward.

۲۳ 23 وامت‌ها خواهند دانست که خاندان اسرائیل به‌سبب گناه خودشان جلای وطن گردیدند. زیراچونکه به من خیانت ورزیدند، من روی خود را ازایشان پوشانیدم و ایشان را به‌دست ستم کاران ایشان تسلیم نمودم که جمیع ایشان به شمشیرافتادند.

And the nations shall know that the house of Israel went into captivity for their iniquity, because they trespassed against me, and I hid my face from them. So I gave them into the hand of their adversaries, and they fell all of them by the sword.

۲۴ 24 برحسب نجاسات و تقصیرات ایشان به ایشان عمل نموده، روی خود را از ایشان پوشانیدم.»

I did to them according to their uncleanness and according to their transgressions. And I hid my face from them.

۲۵ 25 بنابراین خداوند یهوه چنین می‌گوید: «الان اسیران یعقوب را باز آورده، بر تمامی خاندان اسرائیل رحمت خواهم فرمود و بر اسم قدوس خود غیرت خواهم نمود.

Therefore thus says the lord Jehovah: Now I will bring back the captivity of Jacob, and have mercy upon the whole house of Israel. And I will be jealous for my holy name.

۲۶ 26 و حینی که ایشان درزمین خود به امنیت ساکن شوند و ترساننده‌ای نباشد، آنگاه خجالت خود را و خیانتی را که به من ورزیده‌اند متحمل خواهند شد.

And they shall bear their shame, and all their trespasses by which they have trespassed against me, when they shall dwell securely in their land. And none shall make them afraid

۲۷ 27 و چون ایشان را از میان امت‌ها برگردانم و ایشان را از زمین دشمنانشان جمع نمایم، آنگاه در نظر امت های بسیار در ایشان تقدیس خواهم شد.

when I have brought them back from the peoples, and gathered them out of their enemies' lands, and am sanctified in them in the sight of many nations.

۲۸ 28 و خواهنددانست که من یهوه خدای ایشان هستم، از آن روکه من ایشان را در میان امت‌ها جلای وطن ساختم و ایشان را به زمین خودشان جمع کردم و بار دیگرکسی را از ایشان در آنجا باقی نخواهم گذاشت.

And they shall know that I am Jehovah their God, in that I caused them to go into captivity among the nations, and have gathered them to their own land. And I will leave none of them any more there,

۲۹ 29 و خداوند یهوه می‌گوید که من بار دیگرروی خود را از ایشان نخواهم پوشانید زیراکه روح خویش را بر خاندان اسرائیل خواهم ریخت.»

nor will I hide my face any more from them. For I have poured out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, says the lord Jehovah.
