حزقیال 21
| و کلام خداوند بر من نازل شده، گفت: | ۱ 1 |
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
| «ای پسر انسان روی خود را بسوی اورشلیم بدار و به مکان های بلند مقدس تکلم نما. و به زمین اسرائیل نبوت کن. | ۲ 2 |
Son of man, set thy face toward Jerusalem, and let thy speech flow towards the holy places, and prophesy against the land of Israel:
| و به زمین اسرائیل بگو: خداوند چنین می‌فرماید: اینک من به ضد توهستم. و شمشیر خود را از غلافش کشیده، عادلان و شریران را از میان تو منقطع خواهم ساخت. | ۳ 3 |
And say to the land of Israel: Thus saith the Lord God: Behold I come against thee, and I will draw forth my sword out of its sheath, and will cut off in thee the just, and the wicked.
| و چونکه عادلان و شریران را از میان تومنقطع می‌سازم، بنابراین شمشیر من بر تمامی بشر از جنوب تا شمال از غلافش بیرون خواهدآمد. | ۴ 4 |
And forasmuch as I have cut off in thee the just, and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of its sheath against all flesh, from the south even to the north.
| و تمامی بشر خواهند فهمید که من یهوه شمشیر خود را از غلافش بیرون کشیدم تا باز به آن برنگردد. | ۵ 5 |
That all flesh may know that I the Lord have drawn my sword out of its sheath not to be turned back.
| پس تو‌ای پسر انسان آه بکش! باشکستگی کمر و مرارت سخت به نظر ایشان آه بکش. | ۶ 6 |
And thou, son of man, mourn with the breaking of thy loins, and with bitterness sigh before them.
| و اگر به تو گویند که چرا آه می‌کشی؟ بگو: به‌سبب آوازه‌ای که می‌آید. زیرا که همه دلهاگداخته و تمامی دستها سست گردیده و همه جانها کاهیده و جمیع زانوها مثل آب بیتاب خواهد شد. خداوند یهوه می‌گوید: همانا آن می‌آید و به وقوع خواهد پیوست.» | ۷ 7 |
And when they shall say to thee: Why mournest thou? thou shalt say: For that which I hear: because it cometh, and every heart shall melt, and all hands shall be made feeble, and every spirit shall faint, and water shall run down every knee: behold it cometh, and it shall be done, saith the Lord God.
| و کلام خداوند بر من نازل شده، گفت: | ۸ 8 |
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
| «ای پسر انسان نبوت کرده، بگو: خداوند چنین می‌فرماید: بگو که شمشیر، شمشیر تیز شده و نیزصیقلی گردیده است. | ۹ 9 |
Son of man, prophesy, and say: Thus saith the Lord God: Say: The sword, the sword is sharpened, and furbished.
| تیز شده است تا کشتارنماید و صیقلی گردیده تا براق شود. پس آیا ما شادی نماییم؟ عصای پسر من همه درختان راخوار می‌شمارد. | ۱۰ 10 |
It is sharpened to kill victims: it is furbished that it may glitter: thou removest the sceptre of my son, thou hast cut down every tree.
| و آن برای صیقلی شدن داده شد تا آن را به‌دست گیرند. و این شمشیر تیز شده و صیقلی گردیده است تا به‌دست قاتل داده شود. | ۱۱ 11 |
And I have given it to be furbished, that it may be handled: this sword is sharpened, and it is furbished, that it may be in the hand of the slayer.
| ای پسر انسان فریاد برآور و ولوله نما زیرا که این بر قوم من و بر جمیع سروران اسرائیل واردمی آید. ترسها به‌سبب شمشیر بر قوم من عارض شده است. لهذا بر ران خود دست بزن. | ۱۲ 12 |
Cry, and howl, O son of man, for this sword is upon my people, it is upon all the princes of Israel, that are fled: they are delivered up to the sword with my people, strike therefore upon thy thigh,
| زیرا که امتحان است. و چه خواهد بود اگر عصایی که (دیگران را) خوار می‌شمارد، دیگر نباشد. قول خداوند یهوه این است: | ۱۳ 13 |
Because it is tried: and that when it shall overthrow the sceptre, and it shall not be, saith the Lord God.
| و تو‌ای پسر انسان نبوت کن و دستهای خود را بهم بزن و شمشیردفعه سوم تکرار بشود. شمشیر مقتولان است. شمشیر آن مقتول عظیم که ایشان را احاطه می‌کند. | ۱۴ 14 |
Thou therefore, O son of man, prophesy, and strike thy hands together, and let the sword be doubled, and let the sword of the slain be tripled: this is the sword of a great slaughter, that maketh them stand amazed,
| شمشیر برنده‌ای به ضد همه دروازه های ایشان قرار دادم تا دلها گداخته شود وهلاکت‌ها زیاده شود. آه (شمشیر) براق گردیده وبرای کشتار تیز شده است. | ۱۵ 15 |
And languish in heart, and that multiplieth ruins. In all their gates I have set the dread of the sharp sword, the sword that is furbished to glitter, that is made ready for slaughter.
| جمع شده، به‌جانب راست برو و آراسته گردیده، به‌جانب چپ توجه نما. بهر طرف که رخسارهایت متوجه می‌باشد. | ۱۶ 16 |
Be thou sharpened, go to the right hand, or to the left, which way soever thou hast a mind to set thy face.
| و من نیز دستهای خود را بهم خواهم زد و حدت خشم خویش را ساکن خواهم گردانید. من یهوه هستم که تکلم نموده‌ام.» | ۱۷ 17 |
And I will clap my hands together, and will satisfy my indignation: I the Lord have spoken.
| و کلام خداوند بر من نازل شده، گفت: | ۱۸ 18 |
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying:
| «وتو‌ای پسر انسان دو راه به جهت خود تعیین نما تاشمشیر پادشاه بابل از آنها بیاید. هر دوی آنها ازیک زمین بیرون می‌آید. و علامتی بر پا کن. آن رابر سر راه شهر بر پا نما. | ۱۹ 19 |
And thou son of man, set thee two ways, for the sword of the king of Babylon to come: both shall come forth out of one land: and with his hand he shall draw lots, he shall consult at the head of the way of the city.
| راهی تعیین نما تاشمشیر به ربه بنی عمون و به یهودا در اورشلیم منیع بیاید. | ۲۰ 20 |
Thou shalt make a way that the sword may come to Rabbath of the children of Ammon, and to Juda unto Jerusalem the strong city.
| زیرا که پادشاه بابل بر شاهراه، به‌سر دو راه ایستاده است تا تفال زند و تیرها را بهم زده، از ترافیم سوال می‌کند و به جگر می‌نگرد. | ۲۱ 21 |
For the king of Babylon stood in the highway, at the head of two ways, seeking divination, shuffling arrows: he inquired of the idols, and consulted entrails.
| به‌دست راستش تفال اورشلیم است تامنجنیقها بر پا کند و دهان را برای کشتار بگشایدو آواز را به گلبانگ بلند نماید و منجنیقها بردروازه‌ها بر پا کند و سنگرها بسازد و برجها بنانماید. | ۲۲ 22 |
On his right hand was the divination for Jerusalem, to set battering rams, to open the mouth in slaughter, to lift up the voice in howling, to set engines against the gates, to cast up a mount, to build forts.
| لیکن در نظر ایشان که قسم برای آنهاخورده‌اند، تفال باطل می‌نماید. و او گناه ایشان رابه یاد می‌آورد تا گرفتار شوند.» | ۲۳ 23 |
And he shall be in their eyes as one consulting the oracle in vain, and imitating the leisure of sabbaths: but he will call to remembrance the iniquity that they may be taken.
| بنابراین خداوند یهوه چنین می‌گوید: «چونکه شما تقصیرهای خویش را منکشف ساخته و خطایای خود را در همه اعمال خویش ظاهر نموده، عصیان خود را یاد آورانیدید، پس چون به یاد آورده شدید دستگیر خواهید شد. | ۲۴ 24 |
Therefore thus saith the Lord God: Because you have remembered your iniquity, and have discovered your prevarications, and your sins have appeared in all your devices: because, I say, you have remembered, you shall be taken with the hand.
| و تو‌ای رئیس شریر اسرائیل که به زخم مهلک مجروح شده‌ای و اجل تو در زمان عقوبت آخررسیده است، | ۲۵ 25 |
But thou profane wicked prince of Israel, whose day is come that hath been appointed in the time of iniquity:
| خداوند یهوه چنین می‌گوید: عمامه را دور کن و تاج را بردار. چنین نخواهدماند. آنچه را که پست است بلند نما و آنچه را که بلند است پست کن. | ۲۶ 26 |
Thus saith the Lord God: Remove the diadem, take off the crown: is it not this that hath exalted the low one, and brought down him that was high?
| و من آن را سرنگون، سرنگون، سرنگون خواهم ساخت. و این دیگرواقع نخواهد شد تا آنکس بیاید که حق اومی باشد. و من آن را به وی عطا خواهم نمود. | ۲۷ 27 |
I will shew it to be iniquity, iniquity, iniquity: but this was not done till he came to whom judgment belongeth, and I will give it him.
| «و تو‌ای پسر انسان نبوت کرده، بگو: خداوند یهوه درباره بنی عمون و سرزنش ایشان چنین می‌فرماید: بگو که شمشیر، شمشیر برای کشتار کشیده شده است و به غایت صیقلی گردیده تا براق بشود. | ۲۸ 28 |
And thou son of man, prophesy, and say: Thus saith the Lord God concerning the children of Ammon, and concerning their reproach, and thou shalt say: sword, O sword, come out of the scabbard to kill, be furbished to destroy, and to glitter,
| چونکه برای تو رویای باطل دیده‌اند و برای تو تفال دروغ زده‌اند تا تو رابر گردنهای مقتولان شریر بگذارند که اجل ایشان در زمان عقوبت آخر رسیده است. | ۲۹ 29 |
Whilst they see vain things in thy regard, and they divine lies: to bring thee upon the necks of the wicked that are wounded, whose appointed day is come in the time of iniquity.
| لهذا آن رابه غلافش برگردان و بر تو در مکانی که آفریده شده‌ای و در زمینی که تولد یافته‌ای داوری خواهم نمود. | ۳۰ 30 |
Return into thy sheath. I will judge thee in the place wherein thou wast created, in the land of thy nativity.
| و خشم خود را بر تو خواهم ریخت و آتش غیظ خود را بر تو خواهم دمید. وتو را به‌دست مردان وحشی که برای هلاک نمودن چالاکند تسلیم خواهم نمود. | ۳۱ 31 |
And I will pour out upon thee my indignation: in the fire of my rage will I blow upon thee, and will give thee into the hands of men that are brutish and contrive thy destruction.
| و تو برای آتش هیزم خواهی شد و خونت در آن زمین خواهدماند. پس به یاد آورده نخواهی شد زیرا من که یهوه هستم تکلم نموده‌ام.» | ۳۲ 32 |
Thou shalt be fuel for the fire, thy blood shall be in the midst of the land, thou shalt be forgotten: for I the Lord have spoken it.
