کولسیان 1

۱ 1 پولس به اراده خدا رسول مسیح عیسی وتیموتاوس برادر،

Paul, an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and Timothy the brother,

۲ 2 به مقدسان در کولسی و برادران امین، در مسیح فیض و سلامتی از جانب پدر ما خداو عیسی مسیح خداوند بر شما باد.

to the saints and faithful brethren in Christ at Colossae: Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father.

۳ 3 خدا و پدر خداوند خود عیسی مسیح راشکر می‌کنیم و پیوسته برای شما دعا می‌نماییم،

We give thanks to God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, praying always for you,

۴ 4 چونکه ایمان شما را در مسیح عیسی و محبتی را که با جمیع مقدسان می‌نمایید شنیدیم،

since we heard of your faith in Christ Jesus, and of the love which ye have to all the saints,

۵ 5 به‌سبب امیدی که بجهت شما در آسمان گذاشته شده است که خبر آن را در کلام راستی انجیل سابق شنیدید،

on account of the hope which is laid up for you in the heavens, of which ye heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel,

۶ 6 که به شما وارد شد چنانکه درتمامی عالم نیز و میوه می‌آورد و نمو می‌کند، چنانکه در میان شما نیز از روزی که آن را شنیدیدو فیض خدا را در راستی دانسته‌اید.

which is come to you, as it is in all the world, and is bearing fruit and growing, as it doth also in you, from the day ye heard it, and knew the grace of God in truth;

۷ 7 چنانکه ازاپفراس تعلیم یافتید که همخدمت عزیز ما وخادم امین مسیح برای شما است.

even as ye learned from Epaphras our beloved fellow-servant, who is a faithful minister of Christ on your behalf;

۸ 8 و او ما را نیز ازمحبت شما که در روح است خبر داد.

who also brought to our knowledge your love in the Spirit.

۹ 9 و از آن جهت ما نیز از روزی که این راشنیدیم، باز نمی ایستیم از دعا کردن برای شما ومسالت نمودن تا از کمال معرفت اراده او در هرحکمت و فهم روحانی پر شوید،

On this account we also, from the day we heard of it, cease not to pray for you, and to ask that ye may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

۱۰ 10 تا شما به طریق شایسته خداوند به‌کمال رضامندی رفتارنمایید و در هر عمل نیکو بار آورید و به معرفت کامل خدا نمو کنید،

that ye may walk worthily of the Lord so as to please him in all things, bearing fruit in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

۱۱ 11 و به اندازه توانایی جلال او به قوت تمام زورآور شوید تا صبر کامل وتحمل را با شادمانی داشته باشید؛

endued with all power according to the might of his glory unto all patience and long-suffering with joy;

۱۲ 12 و پدر راشکر گزارید که ما را لایق بهره میراث مقدسان درنور گردانیده است،

giving thanks to the Father, who enabled us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the light;

۱۳ 13 و ما را از قدرت ظلمت رهانیده، به ملکوت پسر محبت خود منتقل ساخت،

who rescued us from the empire of darkness, and transferred us into the kingdom of his beloved Son;

۱۴ 14 که در وی فدیه خود یعنی آمرزش گناهان خویش را یافته‌ایم.

in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins; —

۱۵ 15 و او صورت خدای نادیده است، نخست زاده تمامی آفریدگان.

who is the image of the invisible God, the first-born of the whole creation;

۱۶ 16 زیرا که در اوهمه‌چیز آفریده شد، آنچه در آسمان و آنچه برزمین است از چیزهای دیدنی و نادیدنی و تختهاو سلطنتها و ریاسات و قوات؛ همه بوسیله او وبرای او آفریده شد.

for in him were created all things, those in the heavens, and those on the earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers, all things have been created through him and for him;

۱۷ 17 و او قبل از همه است و دروی همه‌چیز قیام دارد.

and he is before all things, and in him all things subsist.

۱۸ 18 و او بدن یعنی کلیسا راسر است، زیرا که او ابتدا است و نخست زاده ازمردگان تا در همه‌چیز او مقدم شود.

And he is the head of the body, the church; since he is the beginning, the first-born from the dead, that he may be in all things pre-eminent;

۱۹ 19 زیرا خدارضا بدین داد که تمامی پری در او ساکن شود،

for God was pleased that in him all the fullness should dwell, and by him to reconcile all things to himself,

۲۰ 20 و اینکه بوساطت او همه‌چیز را با خودمصالحه دهد، چونکه به خون صلیب وی سلامتی را پدید آورد. بلی بوسیله او خواه آنچه بر زمین وخواه آنچه در آسمان است.

having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him, I say, whether the things on earth, or those in the heavens.

۲۱ 21 و شما را که سابق از نیت دل در اعمال بد خویش اجنبی و دشمن بودید، بالفعل مصالحه داده است،

And you, that were once alienated, and enemies in your mind in wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled

۲۲ 22 در بدن بشری خود بوسیله موت تا شما را در حضورخود مقدس و بی‌عیب و بی‌ملامت حاضر سازد،

in the body of his flesh through his death, to present you holy and blameless and irreproachable in his sight;

۲۳ 23 به شرطی که در ایمان بنیاد نهاده و قایم بمانیدو جنبش نخورید از امید انجیل که در آن تعلیم یافته‌اید و به تمامی خلقت زیر آسمان بدان موعظه شده است و من پولس خادم آن شده‌ام.

if ye indeed continue in the faith grounded and settled, and not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye heard, which hath been preached in the whole creation under heaven; of which I Paul became a minister.

۲۴ 24 الان از زحمتهای خود در راه شما شادی می‌کنم و نقصهای زحمات مسیح را در بدن خودبه‌کمال می‌رسانم برای بدن او که کلیسا است،

Now I rejoice in my sufferings for you, and fill up instead that which is wanting of the afflictions of Christ in my flesh on behalf of his body, which is the church;

۲۵ 25 که من خادم آن گشته‌ام برحسب نظارت خداکه به من برای شما سپرده شد تا کلام خدا را به‌کمال رسانم؛

of which I became a minister, according to the stewardship which God entrusted to me, for you, to fulfill the word of God,

۲۶ 26 یعنی آن سری که از دهرها وقرنها مخفی داشته شده بود، لیکن الحال به مقدسان او مکشوف گردید، (aiōn g165)

the mystery which hath been hidden for ages and generations, but hath been now revealed to his saints; (aiōn g165)

۲۷ 27 که خدا اراده نمودتا بشناساند که چیست دولت جلال این سر درمیان امت‌ها که آن مسیح در شما و امید جلال است.

to whom it was the will of God to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory;

۲۸ 28 و ما او را اعلان می‌نماییم، در حالتیکه هر شخص را تنبیه می‌کنیم و هر کس را به هرحکمت تعلیم می‌دهیم تا هرکس را کامل درمسیح عیسی حاضر سازیم.

whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom, that we may present every man perfect in Christ;

۲۹ 29 و برای این نیزمحنت می‌کشم و مجاهده می‌نمایم بحسب عمل او که در من به قوت عمل می‌کند.

to which end I also am laboring, striving earnestly through his working, which worketh within me mightily.
