اول سموئیل 28
| و واقع شد در آن ایام که فلسطینیان لشکرهای خود را برای جنگ فراهم آوردند تا با اسرائیل مقاتله نمایند، و اخیش به داود گفت: «یقین بدان که تو و کسانت همراه من به اردو بیرون خواهید آمد.» | ۱ 1 |
And it came to pass in those days, that the Philistines gathered their camps together for warfare, to fight with Israel; and Achish said unto David, Thou must know that thou shalt go out with me into the camp, thou and thy men.
| داود به اخیش گفت: «به تحقیق خواهی دانست که بنده تو چه خواهدکرد.» اخیش به داود گفت: «از این جهت تو راهمیشه اوقات نگاهبان سرم خواهم ساخت.» | ۲ 2 |
And David said to Achish, By reason of this wilt thou thyself ascertain what thy servant will do. And Achish said to David, Therefore will I make thee the guard of my head for all times.
| و سموئیل وفات نموده بود، و جمیع اسرائیل به جهت او نوحه گری نموده، او را درشهرش رامه دفن کرده بودند، و شاول تمامی اصحاب اجنه و فالگیران را از زمین بیرون کرده بود. | ۳ 3 |
Now Samuel was dead, and all Israel had lamented him, and buried him in Ramah, even in his own city; and Saul had removed those that had familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land.
| و فلسطینیان جمع شده، آمدند و در شونیم اردو زدند، و شاول تمامی اسرائیل را جمع کرده، در جلبوع اردو زدند. | ۴ 4 |
And the Philistines assembled themselves together, and came and encamped at Shunem: and Saul assembled together all Israel, and they encamped at Gilboa'.
| و چون شاول لشکرفلسطینیان را دید، بترسید و دلش بسیار مضطرب شد. | ۵ 5 |
And when Saul saw the camp of the Philistines, he was afraid, and his heart trembled greatly.
| و شاول از خداوند سوال نمود و خداوند اورا جواب نداد، نه به خوابها و نه به اوریم و نه به انبیا. | ۶ 6 |
And Saul asked counsel of the Lord; but the Lord answered him not, either by means of dreams, or by means of the Urim, or by means of the prophets.
| و شاول به خادمان خود گفت: «زنی را که صاحب اجنه باشد، برای من بطلبید تا نزد او رفته، از او مسالت نمایم.» خادمانش وی را گفتند: «اینک زنی صاحب اجنه در عین دور می‌باشد.» | ۷ 7 |
Then said Saul unto his servants, Seek out for me a woman that hath a familiar spirit, that I may go to her and inquire of her. And his servants said to him, Behold, there is a woman that hath a familiar spirit at 'En-dor.
| و شاول صورت خویش را تبدیل نموده، لباس دیگر پوشید و دو نفر همراه خود برداشته، رفت و شبانگاه نزد آن زن آمده، گفت: «تمنا اینکه به واسطه جن برای من فالگیری نمایی و کسی راکه به تو بگویم از برایم برآوری.» | ۸ 8 |
And Saul disguised himself, and put on other garments, and he went, he and two men with him, and they came to the woman by night: and he said, Divine, I pray thee, unto me by the familiar spirit, and bring up for me the one whom I shall say unto thee.
| آن زن وی راگفت: «اینک آنچه شاول کرده است می‌دانی که چگونه اصحاب اجنه و فالگیران را از زمین منقطع نموده است، پس تو چرا برای جانم دام می‌گذاری تا مرا به قتل رسانی؟» | ۹ 9 |
And the woman said unto him, Behold, thou well knowest that which Saul hath done, that he hath cut off those that have familiar spirits, and the wizards, out of the land; wherefore then layest thou a snare for my life, to cause me to die?
| و شاول برای وی به یهوه قسم خورده، گفت: «به حیات یهوه قسم که از این امر به تو هیچ بدی نخواهد رسید.» | ۱۰ 10 |
And Saul swore to her by the Lord, saying, As the Lord liveth, there shall no guilt attach to thee for this thing.
| آن زن گفت: «از برایت که را برآورم؟» او گفت: «سموئیل را برای من برآور.» | ۱۱ 11 |
Then said the woman, Whom shall I bring up for thee? And he said, Samuel thou must bring up for me.
| و چون آن زن سموئیل را دید به آواز بلند صدا زد و زن، شاول را خطاب کرده، گفت: «برای چه مرا فریب دادی زیرا تو شاول هستی.» | ۱۲ 12 |
And when the woman saw Samuel, she cried with a loud voice: and the woman said to Saul thus, Why hast thou deceived me? since thou art Saul.
| پادشاه وی را گفت: «مترس! چه دیدی؟» آن زن در جواب شاول گفت: «خدایی را می‌بینم که از زمین بر می‌آید.» | ۱۳ 13 |
And the king said unto her, Be not afraid; however, what hast thou seen? And the woman said unto Saul, A divine being have I seen ascending out of the earth.
| او وی را گفت: «صورت او چگونه است؟» زن گفت: «مردی پیر بر می‌آید و به ردایی ملبس است.» پس شاول دانست که سموئیل است و روبه زمین خم شده، تعظیم کرد. | ۱۴ 14 |
And he said unto her, What is his form? And she said, An old man is coming up; and he is wrapt in a mantle. And so Saul perceived that it was Samuel, and he bowed with his face to the ground, and prostrated himself.
| و سموئیل به شاول گفت: «چرا مرابرآورده، مضطرب ساختی؟» شاول گفت: «درشدت تنگی هستم چونکه فلسطینیان با من جنگ می‌نمایند و خدا از من دور شده، مرا نه به واسطه انبیا و نه به خوابها دیگر جواب می‌دهد، لهذا تو راخواندم تا مرا اعلام نمایی که چه باید بکنم.» | ۱۵ 15 |
And Samuel said to Saul, Why hast thou disquieted me, to bring me up? And Saul answered, I am greatly distressed, and the Philistines make war against me, and God is departed from me, and hath not answered me any more, either by the agency of the prophets, or by means of dreams; wherefore I have called thee, to make known unto me what I shall do.
| سموئیل گفت: «پس چرا از من سوال می‌نمایی و حال آنکه خداوند از تو دور شده، دشمنت گردیده است. | ۱۶ 16 |
Then said Samuel, And why wilt thou ask me, seeing the Lord is departed from thee, and is become thy enemy?
| و خداوند به نحوی که به زبان من گفته بود، برای خود عمل نموده است، زیراخداوند سلطنت را از دست تو دریده، آن را به همسایه ات داود داده است. | ۱۷ 17 |
And the Lord hath done for himself as he hath spoken through my agency; and the Lord hath rent the government out of thy hand, and hath given it to thy associate, to David;
| چونکه آوازخداوند را نشنیدی و شدت غضب او را برعمالیق به عمل نیاوردی، بنابراین خداوند امروزاین عمل را به تو نموده است. | ۱۸ 18 |
As thou didst not obey the voice of the Lord, and didst not execute his fierce wrath upon 'Amalek; therefore hath the Lord done this thing unto thee this day.
| و خداونداسرائیل را نیز با تو به‌دست فلسطینیان خواهدداد، و تو و پسرانت فردا نزد من خواهید بود، و خداوند اردوی اسرائیل را نیز به‌دست فلسطینیان خواهد داد.» | ۱۹ 19 |
And the Lord will deliver also Israel with thee into the hand of the Philistines; and tomorrow shalt thou and thy sons be with me: also the camp of Israel will the Lord deliver into the hand of the Philistines.
| و شاول فور به تمامی قامتش بر زمین افتاد، و از سخنان سموئیل بسیار بترسید. وچونکه تمامی روز و تمامی شب نان نخورده بود، هیچ قوت نداشت. | ۲۰ 20 |
Then fell Saul hastily with his full length to the earth, and was greatly afraid, because of the words of Samuel: there was also no strength in him; for he had not eaten any food all that day, and all that night.
| و چون آن زن نزد شاول آمده، دید که بسیار پریشان حال است وی راگفت: «اینک کنیزت آواز تو را شنید و جانم را به‌دست خود گذاشتم و سخنانی را که به من گفتی اطاعت نمودم. | ۲۱ 21 |
And the woman came unto Saul, and saw that he was greatly terrified; and she said unto him, Behold, thy hand-maid hath obeyed thy voice; and I put my life in my hand, and hearkened unto thy words which thou spokest unto me.
| پس حال تمنا اینکه تو نیز آوازکنیز خود را بشنوی تا لقمه‌ای نان به حضورت بگذارم و بخوری تا قوت یافته، به راه خودبروی.» | ۲۲ 22 |
And now, hearken thou also, I pray thee, unto the voice of thy hand-maid, and let me set before thee a morsel of bread, and eat; that thou mayest have strength when thou goest on the way.
| اما او انکار نموده، گفت: «نمی خورم.» لیکن چون خادمانش و آن زن نیز اصرار نمودند، آواز ایشان را بشنید و از زمین برخاسته، بر بسترنشست. | ۲۳ 23 |
But he refused, and said, I will not eat. But his servants urged him much, as also the woman; and he hearkened unto their voice. So he arose from the earth, and sat upon the bed.
| و آن زن گوساله‌ای پرواری در خانه داشت. پس تعجیل نموده، آن را ذبح کرد و آردگرفته، خمیر ساخت و قرصهای نان فطیر پخت. | ۲۴ 24 |
And the woman had a fatted calf in the house; and she hastened, and slaughtered it, and took flour, and kneaded it, and baked unleavened bread thereof:
| و آنها را نزد شاول و خادمانش گذاشت که خوردند. پس برخاسته، در آن شب روانه شدند. | ۲۵ 25 |
And she brought it near before Saul, and before his servants; and they ate. Then they rose up, and went away that night.
