1 ੧ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਲਈ: ਤਾਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਾਜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਪੁਕਾਰ ਸੁਣ, ਮੇਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥਨਾ ਵੱਲ ਧਿਆਨ ਦੇ!

2 ੨ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਦੇ ਨਢਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਤੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਬੰਨੇ ਤੋਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਉੱਚੀ ਹੈ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਹੁੰਚਾ,

4 ੪ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਦਾ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਖੰਭਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢ ਪਨਾਹ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ। ਸਲਹ।

5 ੫ ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਣਿਆ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਭੈਅ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।

7 ੭ ਉਹ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁਖ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਵੱਸੇਗਾ, ਦਯਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਨੂੰ ਥਾਪ ਰੱਖ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਨ।

8 ੮ ਸੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਦਾ ਗੁਣ ਸਦਾ ਗਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਨਿਤ ਨੇਮ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਂ।
