< ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 29 >

1 ੧ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰੋ, ਮਹਿਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਮੰਨੋ।
A Psalm of David. Ascribe unto Jehovah, O ye sons of the mighty, Ascribe unto Jehovah glory and strength.
2 ੨ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੀ ਮੰਨੋ, ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਸਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕੋ।
Ascribe unto Jehovah the glory due unto his name; Worship Jehovah in holy array.
3 ੩ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ, ਜਲਾਲ ਦਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਗਰਜਦਾ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗਰਜਦਾ ਹੈ।
The voice of Jehovah is upon the waters: The God of glory thundereth, Even Jehovah upon many waters.
4 ੪ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਹੈ।
The voice of Jehovah is powerful; The voice of Jehovah is full of majesty.
5 ੫ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਦਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਗੋਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਦੇ ਦਿਆਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੋੜ ਸੁੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ!
The voice of Jehovah breaketh the cedars; Yea, Jehovah breaketh in pieces the cedars of Lebanon.
6 ੬ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਛੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ, ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰਯੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਵੱਛੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਕੁਦਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
He maketh them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young wild-ox.
7 ੭ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਾਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾੜਦੀ ਹੈ,
The voice of Jehovah cleaveth the flames of fire.
8 ੮ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਉਜਾੜ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਕਾਦੇਸ਼ ਦੀ ਉਜਾੜ ਨੂੰ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ!
The voice of Jehovah shaketh the wilderness; Jehovah shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh.
9 ੯ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਅਵਾਜ਼ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਨੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਰਭ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਝਾੜ ਸੁੱਟਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਹੈਕਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ “ਮਹਿਮਾ!”
The voice of Jehovah maketh the hinds to calve, And strippeth the forests bare: And in his temple everything saith, Glory.
10 ੧੦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਜਲ ਪਰਲੋ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਬੈਠਦਾ ਹੈ।
Jehovah sat [as King] at the Flood; Yea, Jehovah sitteth as King for ever.
11 ੧੧ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਲ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ ਦੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ੇਗਾ।
Jehovah will give strength unto his people; Jehovah will bless his people with peace.
