ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 22

1 ੧ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵਜਾਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਅਬਲੇਰਸ਼ਰ ਦੇ ਰਾਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ। ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕਿਉਂ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ? ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਚਾਉਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਭੁੱਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਕਿਉਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ?

2 ੨ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੈਨ ਨਹੀਂ।

O my God, I cry in the day-time, but thou hearest not; and in the night season, and am not silent.

3 ੩ ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਹੈਂ, ਤੂੰ ਜੋ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਸਤਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ।

But thou [art] holy, [O thou] that inhabitest the praises of Israel.

4 ੪ ਸਾਡੇ ਪੁਰਖਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ।

Our fathers trusted in thee: they trusted, and thou didst deliver them.

5 ੫ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਪਾਇਆ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਓਹ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ।

They cried to thee, and were delivered: they trusted in thee, and were not confounded.

6 ੬ ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਕੀੜਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਾਂ, ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਨਮੋਸ਼ੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁੱਛ ਹਾਂ।

But I [am] a worm, and no man; a reproach of men, and despised by the people.

7 ੭ ਜਿੰਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ ਓਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਖ਼ੌਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਡਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਬੁੱਲ ਪਸਾਰਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਰ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ,

All they that see me deride me: they shoot out the lip, they shake the head, [saying],

8 ੮ “ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋ ਜਾ, ਉਹ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ, ਉਹ ਹੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਵੇ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਸੰਨ ਹੈ।”

He trusted on the LORD [that] he would deliver him: let him deliver him, seeing he delighted in him.

9 ੯ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਲਾਇਆ,

But thou [art] he that brought me forth into life: thou didst make me hope [when I was] upon my mother's breasts.

10 ੧੦ ਜੰਮਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈਂ।

I was cast upon thee from my birth: thou [art] my God from the time I was born.

11 ੧੧ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਹੀਂ।

Be not far from me; for trouble [is] near; for [there is] none to help.

12 ੧੨ ਬਹੁਤੇ ਬਲ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਬਾਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਬਲ਼ਦਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਾ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ,

Many bulls have compassed me: strong [bulls] of Bashan have beset me round.

13 ੧੩ ਓਹ ਪਾੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਅੱਡਦੇ ਹਨ।

They gaped upon me [with] their mouths, [as] a ravening and a roaring lion.

14 ੧੪ ਮੈਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਡੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਉੱਖੜ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੋਮ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਿਘਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।

I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.

15 ੧੫ ਮੇਰਾ ਗਲ਼ਾ ਠੀਕਰੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਸੁੱਕ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜੀਭ ਤਾਲੂ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਦੀ ਧੂੜ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਛੱਡਿਆ।

My strength is dried up like a potsherd; and my tongue cleaveth to my jaws; and thou hast brought me into the dust of death.

16 ੧੬ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਕੁੱਤਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕੁਕਰਮੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਟੋਲੀ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰਾ ਪਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਹੱਥ-ਪੈਰ ਵਿੰਨ੍ਹ ਸੁੱਟੇ ਹਨ।

For dogs have compassed me: the assembly of the wicked have inclosed me: they pierced my hands and my feet.

17 ੧੭ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਗਿਣ ਸਕਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਓਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੂਰ-ਘੂਰ ਕੇ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ।

I may number all my bones: they look [and] stare upon me.

18 ੧੮ ਓਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਆਪਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੰਡ ਲੈਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਚੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਟਦੇ ਹਨ।

They part my garments among them, and cast lots upon my vesture.

19 ੧੯ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੂਰ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ, ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਬਲ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਲਈ ਛੇਤੀ ਕਰ,

But be not thou far from me, O LORD: O my strength, haste thee to help me.

20 ੨੦ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਤੋਂ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਜੀਵ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਤੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਡਾ।

Deliver my soul from the sword; my darling from the power of the dog.

21 ੨੧ ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾ, ਅਤੇ ਜੰਗਲੀ ਬਲਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿੰਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ ਹੈ ।

Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns.

22 ੨੨ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਭਰਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਰਾ ਨਾਮ ਸੁਣਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੇਰੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

I will declare thy name to my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee.

23 ੨੩ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਓ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰੋ, ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵੰਸ਼, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਕਰੋ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਵੰਸ਼, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰੋ,

Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel.

24 ੨੪ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਦੁਖੀਏ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਤੁੱਛ ਨਾ ਜਾਣਿਆ ਨਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਣ ਕੀਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਛਿਪਾਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਦੁਹਾਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਸੁਣਿਆ।

For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried to him, he heard.

25 ੨੫ ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।

My praise [shall be] of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him.

26 ੨੬ ਨਮਰ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖੋਜੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮਨ ਸਦਾ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇ!

The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever.

27 ੨੭ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲ ਫਿਰਨਗੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ,

All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.

28 ੨੮ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਰਾਜ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੋ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੈ।

For the kingdom [is] the LORD'S: and he [is] the governor among the nations.

29 ੨੯ ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ, ਓਹ ਸੱਭੇ ਜੋ ਮਰ ਮਿਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦਾ।

All [they that are] fat upon earth shall eat and worship: all they that go down to the dust shall bow before him: and none can keep alive his own soul.

30 ੩੦ ਇੱਕ ਵੰਸ਼ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

A seed shall serve him; it shall be accounted to the LORD for a generation.

31 ੩੧ ਓਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਗੇ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

They shall come, and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, that he hath done [this].
