< ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 16 >

1 ੧ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਮਿੱਕਤਾਮ। ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਆਇਆ ਹਾਂ।
A miktam of David protect me O God for I have taken refuge in you.
2 ੨ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਕਿਤੇ ਵੀ ਭਲਿਆਈ ਨਹੀਂ।
You [fem] said to Yahweh [are the] Lord you good my not [is] on you.
3 ੩ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਜਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਆਦਰਯੋਗ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ।
To [the] holy [ones] who [are] in the land they and [the] majestic [ones] [whom] all delight my [is] in them.
4 ੪ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਦੂਜੇ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਭੱਜਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਵੱਧ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਲਹੂ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਭੇਟਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਡੋਲ੍ਹਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇਵਤਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲਿਆਵਾਂਗਾ।
They will increase sorrows their [those who] another [god] they hurried after not I will pour out drink offerings their from blood and not I will take names their on lips my.
5 ੫ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਕਟੋਰੇ ਦਾ ਭਾਗ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦਾ ਰਖਵਾਲਾ ਹੈਂ।
Yahweh [is] [the] portion of possession my and cup my you [are] holding lot my.
6 ੬ ਮਨਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਮਿਣਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮਨ ਭਾਉਂਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
Boundary lines they have fallen to me in pleasant [places] also an inheritance it is beautiful on me.
7 ੭ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਧੰਨ ਆਖਾਂਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ, ਰਾਤ ਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
I will bless Yahweh who he has counseled me also nights they have instructed me kidneys my.
8 ੮ ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ ਜੋ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਨਾ ਡੋਲਾਂਗਾ।
I have placed Yahweh to before me continually for [he is] from right [hand] my not I will be shaken.
9 ੯ ਇਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਰੂਹ ਨਿਹਾਲ ਹੋਈ, ਮੇਰਾ ਸਰੀਰ ਵੀ ਚੈਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸੇਗਾ,
Therefore - it is glad heart my and it rejoiced honor my also body my it will dwell to security.
10 ੧੦ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਛੱਡੇਂਗਾ, ਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪੁਰਖ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਰ ਵੇਖਣ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ। (Sheol h7585)
For - not you will abandon life my to Sheol not you will permit faithful [one] your to see [the] pit. (Sheol h7585)
11 ੧੧ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਮਾਰਗ ਵਿਖਾਵੇਂਗਾ, ਤੇਰੇ ਹਜ਼ੂਰ ਅਨੰਦ ਦੀ ਭਰਪੂਰੀ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਸਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
You will make known to me [the] path of life abundance of gladness [are] with presence your pleasant [things] [are] at right [hand] your perpetuity.
