ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 132

1 ੧ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਦਾ ਗੀਤ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ,

A song of degrees. Lord, remember Dauid with all his affliction.

2 ੨ ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾਧੀ, ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਸੁੱਖਣਾ ਸੁੱਖੀ,

Who sware vnto the Lord, and vowed vnto the mightie God of Iaakob, saying,

3 ੩ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਤੰਬੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗਾ, ਨਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਲੰਘ ਦੇ ਵਿਛਾਉਣੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਂਗਾ,

I will not enter into the tabernacle of mine house, nor come vpon my pallet or bed,

4 ੪ ਨਾ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੀਂਦ, ਨਾ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਪਲਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਊਂਘ ਆਉਣ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ,

Nor suffer mine eyes to sleepe, nor mine eye lids to slumber,

5 ੫ ਜਦ ਤੱਕ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਨਾ ਲੱਭਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀਮਾਨ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਡੇਰਾ!

Vntill I finde out a place for the Lord, an habitation for the mightie God of Iaakob.

6 ੬ ਵੇਖ, ਅਸੀਂ ਅਫਰਾਥਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਸੁਣੀ, ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਯਾਅਰ ਦੀ ਮੈਦਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੱਭ ਪਿਆ।

Lo, we heard of it in Ephrathah, and found it in the fieldes of the forest.

7 ੭ ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਈਏ, ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਚੌਂਕੀ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕੀਏ।

We will enter into his Tabernacles, and worship before his footestoole.

8 ੮ ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਉੱਠ, ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਸਥਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਆ, ਤੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਸੰਦੂਕ ਵੀ!

Arise, O Lord, to come into thy rest, thou, and the Arke of thy strength.

9 ੯ ਤੇਰੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਧਰਮ ਦਾ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਪਾਉਣ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਸੰਤ ਜੈਕਾਰੇ ਗਜਾਉਣ,

Let thy Priests be clothed with righteousnesse, and let thy Saints reioyce.

10 ੧੦ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ, ਆਪਣੇ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਦਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾ ਮੋੜ!

For thy seruant Dauids sake refuse not the face of thine Anointed.

11 ੧੧ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਖਾਧੀ, ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਫਿਰੇਗਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਢਿੱਡ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਤੋਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਗੱਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਠਾਵਾਂਗਾ,

The Lord hath sworne in trueth vnto Dauid, and he wil not shrinke from it, saying, Of the fruite of thy body will I set vpon thy throne.

12 ੧੨ ਜੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਅੰਸ ਮੇਰੇ ਨੇਮ ਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਸਾਖੀ ਦੀ, ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ ਵੀ ਜੁੱਗੋ-ਜੁੱਗ ਤੇਰੀ ਰਾਜ ਗੱਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬੈਠੇਗੀ।

If thy sonnes keepe my couenant, and my testimonies, that I shall teach them, their sonnes also shall sit vpon thy throne for euer.

13 ੧੩ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਤਾਂ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ, ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਸੇਬੇ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ।

For the Lord hath chosen Zion, and loued to dwell in it, saying,

14 ੧੪ ਇਹ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਵਿਸ਼ਰਾਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਏਥੇ ਵੱਸਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਸੰਦ ਜੋ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।

This is my rest for euer: here will I dwell, for I haue a delite therein.

15 ੧੫ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਰਿਜ਼ਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਬਰਕਤ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕੰਗਾਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਜਾਵਾਂਗਾ।

I will surely blesse her vitailes, and will satisfie her poore with bread,

16 ੧੬ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਪੁਆਵਾਂਗਾ, ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦੇ ਜੈਕਾਰੇ ਗਜਾਉਣਗੇ!

And will clothe her Priests with saluation, and her Saints shall shoute for ioye.

17 ੧੭ ਉੱਥੇ ਮੈਂ ਦਾਊਦ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਿੰਗ ਫੁਟਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਏ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਦੀਵਾ ਤਿਆਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ।

There will I make the horne of Dauid to bud: for I haue ordeined a light for mine Anoynted.

18 ੧੮ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਰਮ ਦਾ ਲਿਬਾਸ ਪੁਆਵਾਂਗਾ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਰਾਜ ਚਮਕੇਗਾ।

His enemies will I clothe with shame, but on him his crowne shall florish.
