< ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 105 >
1 ੧ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰੋ, ਉਹ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਪੁਕਾਰੋ, ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਗਟ ਕਰੋ!
Give thanks to the LORD, call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
2 ੨ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਗਾਓ, ਉਸ ਲਈ ਭਜਨ ਗਾਓ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਕਰੋ!
Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
3 ੩ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਕਰੋ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖੋਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਮਨ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਣ!
Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
4 ੪ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਕਰੋ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਲੋਚੋ।
Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
5 ੫ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖੋ, ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅਚੰਭਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ।
Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
6 ੬ ਹੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦਾਸ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਵੰਸ਼, ਹੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੀ ਸੰਤਾਨ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੋ,
O offspring of His servant Abraham, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
7 ੭ ਉਹੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਸਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਹਨ!
He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
8 ੮ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨੇਮ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹ ਦਾ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਜ਼ਾਰਾਂ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਹੁਕਮ ਕੀਤਾ,
He remembers His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
9 ੯ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨਾਲ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਿਆ, ਨਾਲੇ ਇਸਹਾਕ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸਹੁੰ ਨੂੰ,
the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
10 ੧੦ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਲਈ ਬਿਧੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਲਈ ਅਨੰਤ ਨੇਮ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ੍ਹ ਕੀਤਾ,
He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
11 ੧੧ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਕਨਾਨ ਦੇਸ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਉਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਮਿਲਖ਼ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਹੈ,
“I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.”
12 ੧੨ ਜਦ ਓਹ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਥੋੜੇ ਹੀ ਸਨ, ਸਗੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਥੋੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਵੀ ਸਨ,
When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
13 ੧੩ ਅਤੇ ਓਹ ਕੌਮ-ਕੌਮ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਜ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ ਉੱਮਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ।
they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
14 ੧੪ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਝਿੜਕਿਆ,
He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
15 ੧੫ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਸਹ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਾ ਛੂਹੋ, ਨਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਬੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਣ ਕਰੋ!
“Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!”
16 ੧੬ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਦੇਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਲ ਪਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰੋਟੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਆਸਰਾ ਭੰਨ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ।
He called down famine on the land and cut off all their supplies of food.
17 ੧੭ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਭੇਜਿਆ, ਯੂਸੁਫ਼ ਦਾਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਵੇਚਿਆ ਗਿਆ।
He sent a man before them— Joseph, sold as a slave.
18 ੧੮ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇੜੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਦੁੱਖ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਹ ਲੋਹੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਕੜਿਆ ਗਿਆ,
They bruised his feet with shackles and placed his neck in irons,
19 ੧੯ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੱਕ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਪੂਰਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਖਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ।
until his prediction came true and the word of the LORD proved him right.
20 ੨੦ ਰਾਜੇ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਭੇਜ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਰਈਯਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਕਮ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਜ਼ਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ।
The king sent and released him; the ruler of peoples set him free.
21 ੨੧ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਮਾਲਕ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਮਿਲਖ਼ ਦਾ ਹਾਕਮ ਠਹਿਰਾਇਆ,
He made him master of his household, ruler over all his substance,
22 ੨੨ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਲਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬਜ਼ੁਰਗਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਤ ਸਿਖਾਵੇ।
to instruct his princes as he pleased and teach his elders wisdom.
23 ੨੩ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਮਿਸਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਰਿਹਾ।
Then Israel entered Egypt; Jacob dwelt in the land of Ham.
24 ੨੪ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਫਲਵੰਤ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਲਵੰਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
And the LORD made His people very fruitful, more numerous than their foes,
25 ੨੫ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਫੇਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਕਿ ਓਹ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦਾਸਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਚਲਾਕੀ ਕਰਨ।
whose hearts He turned to hate His people, to conspire against His servants.
26 ੨੬ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਮੂਸਾ ਨੂੰ ਭੇਜਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਹਾਰੂਨ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਸੀ।
He sent Moses His servant, and Aaron, whom He had chosen.
27 ੨੭ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨਿਸ਼ਾਨ, ਅਤੇ ਹਾਮ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਚਰਜ਼ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਖਾਏ।
They performed His miraculous signs among them, and wonders in the land of Ham.
28 ੨੮ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰ ਭੇਜਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਘੁੱਪ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਮਿਸਰੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਆਕੀ ਨਾ ਹੋਏ।
He sent darkness, and it became dark— yet they defied His words.
29 ੨੯ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਾਣੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਲਹੂ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਮੱਛੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ।
He turned their waters to blood and caused their fish to die.
30 ੩੦ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਡੱਡੂ ਕਟਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਟਕ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਪਏ, ਸਗੋਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਜੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੋਠੜੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ!
Their land teemed with frogs, even in their royal chambers.
31 ੩੧ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਮੱਖਾਂ ਦੇ ਝੁੰਡ ਆ ਗਏ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜੂੰਆਂ ਵੀ।
He spoke, and insects swarmed— gnats throughout their country.
32 ੩੨ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਗੜਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਬੁਛਾੜ ਦਿੱਤੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੱਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਲੰਬਾਂ।
He gave them hail for rain, with lightning throughout their land.
33 ੩੩ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਅਤੇ ਹੰਜ਼ੀਰਾਂ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਹੱਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਰਛ ਭੰਨ ਸੁੱਟੇ।
He struck their vines and fig trees and shattered the trees of their country.
34 ੩੪ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਤਾਂ ਸਲਾ ਆ ਗਈ, ਅਤੇ ਟੋਕਾ ਅਣਗਿਣਤ ਸੀ।
He spoke, and the locusts came— young locusts without number.
35 ੩੫ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਧਰਤੀ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਸਾਗ ਪੱਤ ਖਾ ਲਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਦੇ ਫਲ ਵੀ ਖਾ ਲਏ।
They devoured every plant in their land and consumed the produce of their soil.
36 ੩੬ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਹਿਲੌਠੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਲ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਫਲ ਵੀ।
Then He struck all the firstborn in their land, the firstfruits of all their vigor.
37 ੩੭ ਉਹ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਹਰ ਕੱਢ ਲਿਆਇਆ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੋਤਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਡਗਮਗਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਨਾ ਸੀ।
He brought Israel out with silver and gold, and none among His tribes stumbled.
38 ੩੮ ਮਿਸਰੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਜਾਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੰਦ ਸਨ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਭੈਅ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਆ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ।
Egypt was glad when they departed, for the dread of Israel had fallen on them.
39 ੩੯ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਪੜਦੇ ਲਈ ਬੱਦਲ ਤਾਣਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਨਣ ਦੇਣ ਲਈ ਅੱਗ ਦਿੱਤੀ।
He spread a cloud as a covering and a fire to light up the night.
40 ੪੦ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮੰਗਣ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਬਟੇਰੇ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵਰਗੀ ਰੋਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਰਜਾਇਆ।
They asked, and He brought quail and satisfied them with the bread of heaven.
41 ੪੧ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਫੁੱਟ ਨਿੱਕਲੇ, ਓਹ ਥਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਦੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਵਗ ਤੁਰੇ,
He opened a rock, and water gushed out; it flowed like a river in the desert.
42 ੪੨ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਅਬਰਾਹਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ।
For He remembered His holy promise to Abraham His servant.
43 ੪੩ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜੈਕਾਰਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਬਾਹਰ ਲੈ ਆਇਆ।
He brought forth His people with rejoicing, His chosen with shouts of joy.
44 ੪੪ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਖ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿੱਤੀ,
He gave them the lands of the nations, that they might inherit the fruit of others’ labor,
45 ੪੫ ਕਿ ਓਹ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਚਾਰਨ। ਹਲਲੂਯਾਹ!।
that they might keep His statutes and obey His laws. Hallelujah!
