< ਜ਼ਬੂਰ 103 >

1 ੧ ਦਾਊਦ ਦਾ ਭਜਨ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖ, ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਕੁਝ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ!
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, —And all that is within me, his holy Name;
2 ੨ ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਪਕਾਰ ਨਾ ਵਿਸਾਰ!
Bless, O my soul, Yahweh, And forget not all his dealings: —
3 ੩ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਬੁਰਿਆਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿਮਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਰੋਗਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਨਰੋਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Who forgiveth all thine iniquity, Who healeth all thy diseases;
4 ੪ ਉਹ ਤੇਰੀ ਜਿੰਦ ਨੂੰ ਟੋਏ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਟਕਾਰਾ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਸਿਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਯਾ ਤੇ ਰਹਮ ਦਾ ਮੁਕਟ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
Who redeemeth, from destruction, thy life, Who crowneth thee, with lovingkindness and compassion:
5 ੫ ਉਹ ਭਲਿਆਈ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਨੂੰ ਰਜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਉਕਾਬ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਵਾਨੀ ਨਵਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈਂ।
Who satisfieth, with good, thine age, Thy youth, reneweth itself like an eagle.
6 ੬ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਕੰਮ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਆਂ, ਸਭ ਦਬਾਏ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ।
Yahweh is one, who executeth righteousness, Yea vindication for all the oppressed.
7 ੭ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਹ ਮੂਸਾ ਉੱਤੇ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੰਮ ਇਸਰਾਏਲ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਗਟ ਕਿਤੇ।
Who made known his ways unto Moses, unto the sons of Israel, his doings.
8 ੮ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਯਾਲੂ ਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾਲੂ ਹੈ, ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਧੀਰਜਵਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਦਯਾ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਪੂਰ।
Compassionate and gracious, is Yahweh, —Slow to anger and abundant in lovingkindness.
9 ੯ ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਝਿੜਕੇਗਾ, ਨਾ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਆਪਣਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਰੱਖੇਗਾ।
Not perpetually, will he contend, Nor age-abidingly, retain anger;
10 ੧੦ ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਾਪਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਰਤਿਆ, ਨਾ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਬਦੀਆਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
Not according to our sins, hath he dealt with us, Nor according to our iniquities, hath he treated us.
11 ੧੧ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਹੈ, ਇੰਨ੍ਹੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ!
For, as the heavens are exalted over the earth, His lovingkindness hath prevailed over them who revere him;
12 ੧੨ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਪੂਰਬ ਪੱਛਮ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੈ, ਓਨ੍ਹੇ ਹੀ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਸਾਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ!
As far as East from West, Hath he put far from us, our transgressions;
13 ੧੩ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਪਿਤਾ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਤਰਸ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਤਿਵੇਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਤਰਸ ਖਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ।
Like the compassion of a father for his children, Is, the compassion of Yahweh, for them who revere him;
14 ੧੪ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਡੀ ਸਰਿਸ਼ਟ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਹੀ ਹਾਂ।
For, he, knoweth how we are formed, He is mindful that, dust, we are.
15 ੧੫ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਘਾਹ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਫੁੱਲ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਉਹ ਟਹਿਕਦਾ ਹੈ,
As for man, like grass, are his days, Like the blossom of the field, so, doth he blossom;
16 ੧੬ ਜਦ ਵਾਯੂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਵਗਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਦ ਉਹ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਥਾਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਫੇਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵੇਖੇਗਾ।
For, a wind, hath passed over it, and it is gone, And its own place is acquainted with it no more.
17 ੧੭ ਪਰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਦਯਾ ਆਦ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਪੁੱਤਰਾਂ ਪੋਤ੍ਰਿਆਂ ਤੱਕ,
But, the lovingkindness of Yahweh, is from one age even to another, Upon them who revere him, And his righteousness, to children’s children: —
18 ੧੮ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਨੇਮ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ, ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਤੇ ਪੂਰੇ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।
To such as keep his covenant, And remember his precepts, to do them.
19 ੧੯ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਾਜ ਗੱਦੀ ਸਵਰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਸਭਨਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ।
Yahweh, in the heavens, hath established his throne, And, his kingdom, over all, hath dominion.
20 ੨੦ ਹੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦੂਤੋ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਵਾਨ ਹੋ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਿਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ!
Bless Yahweh, ye messengers of his, —Heroes of vigour, doing his word, To hearken [again] to the voice of his word;
21 ੨੧ ਹੇ ਉਹ ਦੀਓ ਸਾਰੀਓ ਸੈਨਾਵੋ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖੋ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਹੋ ਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਿਆਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ!
Bless Yahweh, all ye his hosts, Attendants of his, doing his pleasure;
22 ੨੨ ਹੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਜੋ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖੋ! ਹੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਆਖ!।
Bless Yahweh, all ye his works, In all places of his dominion, Bless, O my soul, Yahweh.
