ਯਸਾਯਾਹ 2

2 ੨ ਆਖਰੀ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦਾ ਪਰਬਤ ਪਰਬਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪਹਾੜੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਧਾਰ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵੱਲ ਵਗਣਗੀਆਂ।

3 ੩ ਬਹੁਤੀਆਂ ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਆਉਣਗੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਆਖਣਗੀਆਂ, ਆਓ, ਅਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਉੱਤੇ, ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਵੱਲ ਚੜ੍ਹੀਏ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਰਾਹ ਵਿਖਾਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲੀਏ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਤੋਂ ਨਿੱਕਲੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਤੋਂ।

4 ੪ ਉਹ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤੀਆਂ ਉੱਮਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਫ਼ੈਸਲਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਤਲਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਹੱਲ ਦੇ ਫ਼ਾਲ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਰਛਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਾਤੀਆਂ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ। ਕੌਮ-ਕੌਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਲਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਚੁੱਕੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਫੇਰ ਕਦੀ ਵੀ ਲੜਾਈ ਨਾ ਸਿੱਖਣਗੇ।
and to judge between [the] nation and to rebuke to/for people many and to crush sword their to/for plowshare and spear their to/for pruner not to lift: fight nation to(wards) nation sword and not to learn: learn still battle

6 ੬ ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਯਾਕੂਬ ਦੇ ਵੰਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਪੂਰਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਰੀਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮਹੂਰਤ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਰੀਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਲ਼ ਨਾਲ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।

7 ੭ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ ਚਾਂਦੀ-ਸੋਨੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਖਜ਼ਾਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ ਘੋੜਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਥਾਂ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

8 ੮ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੇਸ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਭਰਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਦਸਤਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਦੇ ਹਨ, ਜਿਹੜੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਉਂਗਲੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਹੈ!

and to bow man and to abase man: anyone and not to lift: forgive to/for them

11 ੧੧ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਉੱਚੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੀਵੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ, ਮਨੁੱਖਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨਿਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਉੱਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।

12 ੧੨ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਹਰੇਕ ਘਮੰਡੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਭਮਾਨੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਅਤੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਹੰਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੀਵੇਂ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ,
for day to/for LORD Hosts upon all proud and to exalt and upon all to lift: raise and to abase
13 ੧੩ ਨਾਲੇ ਲਬਾਨੋਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਆਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉੱਚੇ ਅਤੇ ਵਧੀਆ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਬਾਸ਼ਾਨ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਲੂਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ,
and upon all cedar [the] Lebanon [the] to exalt and [the] to lift: raise and upon all oak [the] Bashan
and upon all [the] mountain: mount [the] to exalt and upon all [the] hill [the] to lift: raise
and upon all tower high and upon all wall to gather/restrain/fortify
and upon all fleet Tarshish and upon all image [the] desire
17 ੧੭ ਆਦਮੀ ਦਾ ਗਰੂਰ ਨਿਵਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦਾ ਹੰਕਾਰ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹੀ ਉੱਚਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ,
and to bow haughtiness [the] man and to abase height human and to exalt LORD to/for alone him in/on/with day [the] he/she/it
and [the] idol entire to pass
19 ੧੯ ਜਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਹਿਲਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਠੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭੈਅ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ ਤੋਂ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਖੁੰਧਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਤੇ ਮਿੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਟੋਇਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਵੜਨਗੇ।
and to come (in): come in/on/with cave rock and in/on/with hole dust from face: before dread LORD and from glory pride his in/on/with to arise: rise he to/for to tremble [the] land: country/planet
20 ੨੦ ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਲੋਕ ਆਪਣੇ ਚਾਂਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਨੇ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਲਈ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਏ, ਚਕਚੂੰਧਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਮਗਾਦੜਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਣਗੇ।

21 ੨੧ ਜਦ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਹਿਲਾਉਣ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਠੇਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਭੈਅ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਰਤਾਪ ਦੇ ਤੇਜ ਤੋਂ, ਉਹ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਦਿਆਂ ਛੇਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਤੇ ਢਿੱਗਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਤੇੜਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਵੜਨਗੇ।

22 ੨੨ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹੋ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਾਹ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਨਾਸਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਲ ਹੈ ਹੀ ਕੀ?
to cease to/for you from [the] man which breath in/on/with face: nose his for in/on/with what? to devise: think he/she/it
