1 Dura Buʼaa Faarfattootaatiif. Faarfannaa Ilmaan Qooraahi. Yaa Waaqayyo, ati lafa keetiif arjoomteerta; boojuu Yaaqoobis deebifteerta.
Of the sones of Chore. Lord, thou hast blessid thi lond; thou hast turned awei the caitifte of Jacob.
2 Ati balleessaa uummata keetii dhiifteertaaf; cubbuu isaanii hundumaas dhoksiteerta.
Thou hast foryoue the wickidnesse of thi puple; thou hast hilid alle the synnes of hem.
3 Dheekkamsa kee hunda fageessiteerta; aarii kee sodaachisaa sana irraas deebiteerta.
Thou hast aswagid al thin ire; thou hast turned awei fro the ire of thin indignacioun.
4 Yaa Waaqa Fayyisaa keenya, iddoo keenyatti nu deebisi; dheekkamsa kees nurraa qabi.
God, oure helthe, conuerte thou vs; and turne awei thin ire fro vs.
5 Ati bara baraan nutti aartaa? Dheekkamsa kee dhaloota tokko irraa dhaloota kaanitti dabarsitaa?
Whether thou schalt be wrooth to vs withouten ende; ether schalt thou holde forth thin ire fro generacioun in to generacioun?
6 Akka sabni kee sitti gammaduuf, ati lubbuu nutti hin deebiftuu?
God, thou conuertid schalt quykene vs; and thi puple schal be glad in thee.
7 Yaa Waaqayyo, araara kee nutti mulʼisi; fayyina kees nuu kenni.
Lord, schewe thi merci to vs; and yyue thin helthe to vs.
8 Ani waan Waaqayyo Waaqni jedhu nan dhaggeeffadha; inni saba isaa qulqullootaaf nagaa abdachiisa; isaan garuu gara gowwummaatti hin deebiʼin.
I schal here what the Lord God schal speke in me; for he schal speke pees on his puple. And on hise hooli men; and on hem that ben turned to herte.
9 Akka ulfinni isaa lafa keenya irra jiraatuuf, fayyisuun isaa dhugumaan warra isa sodaatanitti dhiʼoo jira.
Netheles his helthe is niy men dredynge him; that glorie dwelle in oure lond.
10 Jaalallii fi amanamummaan wal gaʼan; qajeelummaa fi nagaan wal dhungatan.
Merci and treuthe metten hem silf; riytwisnesse and pees weren kissid.
11 Amanamummaan lafa keessaa burqa; qajeelummaan immoo samii irraa gad ilaala.
Treuthe cam forth of erthe; and riytfulnesse bihelde fro heuene.
12 Waaqayyo dhugumaan waan gaarii ni kenna; lafti keenyas midhaan ishee ni kenniti.
For the Lord schal yyue benignyte; and oure erthe schal yyue his fruyt.
13 Qajeelummaan fuula isaa dura deema; miilla isaatiifis karaa qopheessa.
Riytfulnesse schal go bifore him; and schal sette hise steppis in the weie.
