1 Museen erga dunkaana qulqulluu sana dhaabee fixatee booddee, dunkaanichaa fi miʼa isaa hunda dibe; ni qulqulleesses. Akkasumas iddoo aarsaatii fi miʼa isaa hunda dibee qulqulleesse.

And it came to pass, on the day when Moses made an end of rearing up the habitation and anointing it, and hallowing it, and all the furniture thereof, and the altar, and all the utensils thereof, —both of anointing them, and hallowing them,

2 Ergasii hooggantoonni Israaʼel, hangafoonni maatiiwwanii kanneen hooggantoota gosootaa taʼanii warra lakkaaʼaman sana qajeelchanis kennaa dhiʼeessan.

that the princes of Israel, the heads of their ancestral houses, made an offering, —they being princes of the tribes, they being the men who stood over them who were numbered:

3 Isaanis gaariiwwan haguugaman jaʼaa fi sangoota kudha lama jechuunis tokkoo tokkoo hooggantootaa irraa sangaa tokko, lama lama taʼanii immoo gaarii tokko kennaa ofii godhanii fuula Waaqayyoo duratti fidan. Kennaawwan kanneenis dunkaana qulqulluu sana duratti dhiʼeessan.

yea then brought they in as their offering, before Yahweh—six covered waggons, and twelve oxen, a waggon for every two of the princes and an ox for each one, —yea they brought them near before the habitation.

4 Waaqayyo Museedhaan akkana jedhe;

Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:

5 “Akka isaan hojii dunkaana wal gaʼii hojjechuu keessatti fayyadaniif kennaawwan kanneen isaan harkaa fuudhi. Waan kana akkuma hojiin tokkoo tokkoo namaa barbaaddutti Lewwotatti kenni.”

Take [them] of them, so shall they be for doing the laborious work of the tent of meeting, —and thou shalt give them unto the Levites, to every man according to the need of his laborious work.

6 Museenis gaariiwwanii fi sangoota sana fuudhee Lewwotatti kenne.

So Moses took the waggons, and the oxen, —and gave them unto the Levites:

7 Innis akkuma hojii isaaniitiif malutti gaariiwwan lamaa fi sangoota afur ilmaan Geershoonitti kenne;

two of the waggons and four of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Gershon, —according to the need of their laborious work;

8 gaariiwwan afurii fi sangoota saddeet akkuma hojii isaaniitiif malutti ilmaan Meraaritti kenne. Isaan hundinuu qajeelfama Iitaamaar ilma Aroon lubichaa jala turan.

and four of the waggons, and eight of the oxen, gave he unto the sons of Merari, —according to the need of their laborious work, in the hand of Ithamar son of Aaron the priest;

9 Ilmaan Qohaati garuu sababii miʼa qulqulluu gatiittiitti baachuun hojii isaanii taʼeef Museen homaa isaaniitti hin kennine.

but, unto the sons of Kohath, gave he none, —because as to the laborious work of the sanctuary which pertained unto them, upon their shoulders, were they to carry it.

10 Yeroo iddoon aarsaa dibametti hooggantoonni kennaawwan isaanii eebba iddoo aarsaatiif fidanii iddoo aarsaa duratti dhiʼeessan.

So then the princes offered for the dedication of the altar, on the day it was anointed, —yea the princes offered their oblation before the altar,

11 Waaqayyo Museedhaan, “Dura buʼaan tokko guyyuma tokko kennaa isaa sirna eebba iddoo aarsaa sanaatiif haa dhiʼeessu” jedhee tureetii.

And Yahweh said unto Moses: Each prince on his appointed day, thus shall they offer their oblation, for the dedication of the altar.

12 Namni guyyaa jalqabaatti kennaa ofii fide Nahishoon ilma Amiinaadaab kan gosa Yihuudaa ture.

And so it was, that, he who on the first day, offered his oblation, —was Nahshon son of Amminadab of the tribe of Judah;

13 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokkoo fi waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu kan tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akka kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

and his offering, was—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil for a meal-offering;

14 cilfaa warqee kan saqilii kudhan ulfaatee ixaanaan guutame tokko,

one spoon of ten shekels of gold full of incense;

15 aarsaa gubamuufis dibicha loonii tokko, korbeessa hoolaa tokkoo fi xobbaallaa hoolaa kan umuriin isaa waggaa tokko taʼe tokko,

one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

16 aarsaa cubbuutiif immoo korbeessa reʼee tokko,

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

17 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokko taʼe ture. Kennaan Nahishoon ilmi Amiinaadaab dhiʼeesse kana ture.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Nashon, son of Amminadab.

18 Guyyaa lammaffaattis Naatnaaʼel ilma Zuuwaar dura buʼaa Yisaakoritu kennaa isaa fide.

On the second day, Nethanel, son of Zuar, prince of Issachar, brought his offering.

19 Kennaan inni fides gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kan tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

He offered as his oblation—one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

20 caabii warqee kan saqilii kudhan ulfaatee ixaanaan guutame tokko,

21 aarsaa gubamuufis dibicha loonii tokko, korbeessa hoolaa tokkoo fi xobbaallaa hoolaa kan umuriin isaa waggaa tokko taʼe tokko,

one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

22 aarsaa cubbuutiif immoo korbeessa reʼee tokko,

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

23 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Kennaan Naatnaaʼel ilma Zuuwaar kana ture.

and, as peace-offering two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Nethanel, son of Zuar.

24 Guyyaa sadaffaatti Eliiyaab ilma Heeloon hangafa ijoollee Zebuuloonitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the third day, the prince of the sons of Zebulun, —Eliab, son of Helon:

25 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Eliab, son of Helon.

30 Guyyaa afuraffaatti Eliizuur ilma Shedeeʼuur dura buʼaa ijoollee Ruubeenitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the fourth day, the prince of he sons of Reuben, —Elizur, son of Shedeur:

31 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kan tokkoo tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of Silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

32 xuwwee warqee kan saqilii kudhan ulfaatee ixaanaan guutame tokko,

one spoon of ten [shekels] of gold full of incense:

33 aarsaa gubamuufis dibicha loonii tokko, korbeessa hoolaa tokko, xobbaallaa hoolaa umuriin isaa waggaa tokko taʼe tokko,

one choice young bullock one ram, one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

34 aarsaa cubbuutiif immoo korbeessa reʼee tokko,

one young he-goat for a sin-bearer;

35 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaa korbeeyyii hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Egaa kennaan Eliizuur ilma Shedeeʼuur kana ture.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Elizur, son of Shedeur.

36 Guyyaa shanaffaatti Shilumiiʼeel ilma Zuriishadaayi hoogganaa ijoollee Simiʼoonitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the fifth day, the prince of the sons of Simeon, —Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai:

37 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko, kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty shekels, the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary; both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

one young he-goat as a sin-bearer;

41 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokko ture. Egaa kennaan Shilumiiʼeel ilma Zuriishadaayi kana ture.

and, as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai.

42 Guyyaa jaʼaffaatti Eliyaasaaf ilma Deʼuuʼeel dura buʼaa ijoollee Gaaditu kennaa isaa fide.

On the sixth day, the prince of the sons of Gad, —Eliasaph, son of Deuel:

43 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kana akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels, by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Eliasaph, son of Deuel.

48 Guyyaa torbaffaatti Eliishaamaa ilma Amiihuud dura buʼaa ijoollee Efreemitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the seventh day, the prince of the sons of Ephraim, —Elishama, son of Ammihud:

49 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkumameen guutaman,

54 Guyyaa saddeettaffaatti Gamaaliʼeel ilma Phedaasuur hoogganaa ijoollee Minaaseetu kennaa isaa fide.

On the eighth day, the prince of the sons of Manasseh, —Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur:

55 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Gamaliel son of Pedahzur.

60 Guyyaa saglaffaatti Abiidaan ilma Gaadeyoon dura buʼaa ijoollee Beniyaamitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the ninth day, the prince of the sons of Benjamin, —Abidan, son of Gideoni:

61 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, —one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

one young he-goat as a sin-bearer;

65 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Egaa kennaan Abiidaan ilma Gaadeyoon kana ture.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Abidan, son of Gideoni.

66 Guyyaa kudhannaffaatti Ahiiʼezer ilma Amiishadaay dura buʼaa ijoollee Daanitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the tenth day, the prince of the sons of Dan, Ahiezer son of Ammishaddai:

67 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, —one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

71 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi korbeeyyii hoolaa xixinnaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Egaa kennaan Ahiiʼezer ilma Amiishadaay kana ture.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Ahiezer, son of Ammishaddai.

72 Guyyaa kudha tokkoffaatti Fagiʼeel ilma Okraan hoogganaa ijoollee Aasheeritu kennaa isaa fide.

On the eleventh day, the prince of the sons of Asher, Pagiel son of Ochran;

73 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daaku bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver, a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl, of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, —both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil as a meal-offering;

74 xuwwee warqee kan saqilii kudhan ulfaatee ixaanaan guutame,

one young he-goat, as a sin-bearer;

77 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Egaa kennaan Fagiʼeel ilma Okraan kana ture.

and as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams, five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering of Pagiel, son of Ochran.

78 Guyyaa kudha lammaffaatti Ahiiraa ilma Eenaan hoogganaa ijoollee Niftaalemitu kennaa isaa fide.

On the twelfth day, the prince of the sons of Naphtali, Ahira, son of Enan:

79 Kennaan isaas gabatee meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu tokko, waciitii meetii kan akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii torbaatama ulfaatu tokko kanneen tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akkuma kennaa midhaaniitti daakuu bullaaʼaa zayitiidhaan sukkuumameen guutaman,

his offering, one charger of silver a hundred and thirty [shekels], the weight thereof, one tossing bowl of silver, seventy shekels by the shekel of the sanctuary, both of them, full of fine meal overflowed with oil, as a meal-offering;

80 xuwwee warqee kan saqilii kudhan ulfaatee ixaanaan guutame tokko,

one spoon of ten [shekels] of gold full of incense;

81 aarsaa gubamuufis dibicha loonii tokko, korbeessa hoolaa tokko, xobbaallaa hoolaa kan umuriin isaa waggaa tokko taʼe tokko,

one choice young bullock one ram one he-lamb of the first year, as an ascending-sacrifice;

82 aarsaa cubbuutiif immoo korbeessa reʼee tokko,

one young he-goat as a sin-bearer;

83 aarsaa nagaatiif qaluufis sangoota lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa shan, korbeeyyii reʼee shanii fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa shan kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko tokkoo ture. Egaa kennaan Ahiiraa ilma Eenaan kana ture.

and, as a peace-offering, two oxen, five rams five he-goats, five he-lambs of the first year, this, was the offering of Ahira, son of Enan.

84 Kennaan hooggantoonni Israaʼel gaafa iddoon aarsaa dibame sana sirna eebbaatiif dhiʼeessan kana ture; isaanis gabatee meetii kudha lama, waciitii meetii kudha lamaa fi xuwwee warqee kudha lama:

This, was the offering for the dedication of the altar in the day when it was anointed, from the princes of Israel, —twelve chargers of silver twelve tossing bowls of silver, twelve spoons of gold;

85 Tokkoon tokkoon isaanii meetii saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi soddoma ulfaatu ture; tokkoon tokkoon waciitii meetii saqilii torbaatama ulfaata ture. Miʼi meetii kun akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti walumaa galatti saqilii kuma lamaa fi dhibbaa afur ulfaata ture.

a hundred and thirty [shekels], each charger of silver, and seventy, each tossing bowl, —all the silver of the vessels, two thousand and four hundred [shekels], by the shekel of the sanctuary;

86 Xuwweewwan warqee kudha lamaan kanneen ixaanaan guutamanis tokkoon tokkoon isaanii akka madaalii saqilii iddoo qulqulluutti saqilii kudhan ulfaatu turan. Xuwweewwan warqee walumaa galatti saqilii dhibba tokkoo fi digdama ulfaatu turan.

twelve spoons of gold full of incense, ten shekels each spoon by the shekel of the sanctuary, —all the gold of the spoons, a hundred and twenty [shekels].

87 Baayʼinni horii aarsaa gubamuuf dhiʼeeffamanii walumaa galatti jiboota loonii kudha lama, korbeeyyii hoolaa kudha lama, xobbaallaawwan hoolaa kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko taʼe kudha lama ture; kennaan midhaaniis isaan wajjin dhiʼeeffameera. Korbeeyyiin reʼee kudha lama aarsaa cubbuutiif dhiʼeeffamanii turan.

All the herd for the ascending-sacrifice, —twelve bullocks twelve rams twelve he-lambs of the first year with their meal-offering, —twelve young he-goats for the bearing of sin;

88 Baayʼinni horii aarsaa nagaatiif dhiʼeeffamanii walumaa galatti sangoota digdamii afur, korbeeyyii hoolaa jaatama, korbeeyyii reʼee jaatamaa fi xobbaallaawwan hoolaa kanneen umuriin isaanii waggaa tokko ture. Kennaawwan erga iddoon aarsaa dibamee booddee sirna eebba isaatiif dhiʼeeffaman kanneen turan.

and all the herd for the peace-offering, twenty-four bullocks sixty rams, sixty he-goats sixty he-lambs of the first year, —this, was the offering for the dedication of the altar, after it was anointed.

89 Museen yommuu Waaqayyo wajjin dubbachuuf dunkaana wal gaʼii ol seenetti teessoo araaraa kan taabota kakuu seeraa irra jiruun olitti kiirubeelii lamaan gidduudhaa sagalee isatti dubbatu dhagaʼe. Waaqayyo isa wajjin dubbate.

And when Moses entered into the tent of meeting, that He might speak with him, then heard he the Voice speaking unto him from off the propitiatory that was upon the ark of the testimony, from between the two cherubim, —so He spake unto him.
