Maarqos 13
1 Utuu Yesuus mana qulqullummaatii baʼaa jiruu barattoota isaa keessaa inni tokko, “Yaa Barsiisaa! Dhagaawwan gurguddaa kanneenii fi gamoowwan babbareedoo kanneen mee ilaali!” jedheen.
And whanne he wente out of the temple, oon of hise disciplis seide to hym, Maister, biholde, what maner stoonys, and what maner bildyngis.
2 Yesuusis, “Gamoowwan gurguddaa kanneen argitaa? Ni diigama malee asitti dhagaan dhagaa irratti hin hafu” jedheen.
And Jhesu answeride, and seide to hym, Seest thou alle these grete bildingis? ther schal not be left a stoon on a stoon, which schal not be distried.
3 Utuu Yesuus Tulluu Ejersaa irra fuullee mana qulqullummaa taaʼee jiruu Phexros, Yaaqoob, Yohannisii fi Indiriiyaas akkana jedhanii kophaatti isa gaafatan;
And whanne he sat in the mount of Olyues ayens the temple, Petir and James and Joon and Andrew axiden hym bi hem silf,
4 “Mee nutti himi; wantoonni kunneen yoom taʼu? Mallattoon yeroo wantoonni kunneen hundi itti raawwatamanii maali?”
Seie thou to vs, whanne these thingis schulen be don, and what tokene schal be, whanne alle these thingis schulen bigynne to be endid.
5 Yesuusis akkana isaaniin jechuu jalqabe; “Akka namni tokko iyyuu isin hin gowwoomsineef of eeggadhaa.
And Jhesus answeride, and bigan to seie to hem, Loke ye, that no man disseyue you;
6 Namoonni hedduun, ‘Ani isa’ jechaa maqaa kootiin ni dhufu; nama hedduus ni gowwoomsu.
for manye schulen come in my name, seiynge, That Y am; and thei schulen disseyue manye.
7 Isin yommuu waaʼee waraanaatii fi oduu waraanaa dhageessanitti hin rifatinaa. Wanni akkanaa taʼuu qabaatii; dhumni garuu amma iyyuu hin geenye.
And whanne ye here batels and opynyouns of batels, drede ye not; for it bihoueth these thingis to be doon, but not yit anoon is the ende.
8 Sabni sabatti, mootummaanis mootummaatti ni kaʼa. Sochiin lafaa iddoo garaa garaatti ni taʼa; beellis ni buʼa. Kunis jalqaba ciniinsuu daʼumsaa ti.
For folk schal rise on folk, and rewme on rewme, and erthe mouyngis and hungur schulen be bi placis; these thingis schulen be bigynnyngis of sorewis.
9 “Isin of eeggachuu qabdu. Isin dabarfamtanii yaaʼiitti ni kennamtu; manneen sagadaa keessattis ni garafamtu. Isinis akka isaanitti dhuga baatota taataniif anaaf jettanii fuula bulchitootaatii fi moototaa dura ni dhaabattu.
But se ye you silf, for thei schulen take you in counsels, and ye schulen be betun in synagogis; and ye schulen stonde bifor kyngis and domesmen for me, in witnessyng to hem.
10 Duraan dursee wangeelli saba hundatti lallabamuu qaba.
And it bihoueth, that the gospel be first prechid among al folk.
11 Yommuu qabamtanii qorumsaaf dhiʼeeffamtanitti waaʼee waan dubbattanii duraan dursitanii hin yaaddaʼinaa. Waanuma yeroo sana isinii kennamu dubbadhaa; kan dubbatu Hafuura Qulqulluudha malee isin miti.
And whanne thei taken you, and leden you forth, nyle ye bifore thenke what ye schulen speke, but speke ye that thing that schal be youun to you in that our; for ye ben not the spekeris, but the Hooli Goost.
12 “Obboleessi dabarsee obboleessa duʼatti kenna; abbaan dabarsee ijoollee isaa duʼatti kenna. Ijoolleenis warra isaaniitti kaʼanii isaan ajjeesu.
For a brother schal bitake the brother in to deth, and the fadir the sone, and sones schulen rise togider ayens fadris and modris, and punysche hem bi deeth.
13 Namni hundinuu sababii maqaa kootiif isin jibba; kan hamma dhumaatti jabaatee dhaabatu garuu ni fayya.
And ye schulen be in hate to alle men for my name; but he that lastith in to the ende, schal be saaf.
14 “‘Isin yommuu wanni jibbisiisaan badiisa fidu’sun iddoo isaaf hin malle dhaabatee argitanitti, namni dubbisu haa hubatu; yommus warri Yihuudaa keessa jiran tulluuwwanitti haa baqatan.
But whanne ye schulen se the abhomynacioun of discoumfort, stondynge where it owith not; he that redith, vndurstonde; thanne thei that be in Judee, fle `in to hillis.
15 Namni bantii manaa irra jiru tokko iyyuu waan tokko illee fudhachuuf gad hin buʼin yookaan mana hin seenin.
And he that is aboue the roof, come not doun in to the hous, nethir entre he, to take ony thing of his hous;
16 Namni lafa qotiisaa jiru tokko iyyuu uffata isaa fudhachuuf duubatti hin deebiʼin.
and he that schal be in the feeld, turne not ayen bihynde to take his cloth.
17 Bara sana keessa dubartoota ulfaatii fi haadhota hoosisaniif wayyoo!
But wo to hem that ben with child, and norischen in tho daies.
18 Kunis akka gannakeessa hin taaneef kadhadhaa.
Therfor preye ye, that thei be not don in wyntir.
19 Guyyoota sana keessa dhiphinni jalqaba uumama Waaqni uumee kaasee hamma ammaatti hin dhufin, kan gara fuula duraattis hin dhufne ni dhufaatii.
But thilke daies of tribulacioun schulen be suche, whiche maner weren not fro the bigynnyng of creature, which God hath maad, til now, nethir schulen be.
20 “Utuu Gooftaan guyyoota sana gabaabsuu baatee silaa namni tokko iyyuu hin hafu ture. Garuu inni sababii filatamtoota filateetiif jedhee guyyoota sana gabaabseera.
And but the Lord hadde abredgide tho daies, al fleische hadde not be saaf; but for the chosun whiche he chees, the Lord hath maad schort the daies.
21 Yeroo sana yoo namni kam iyyuu, ‘Ilaa Kiristoos as jira!’ yookaan ‘Ilaa, inni achi jira!’ isiniin jedhe hin amaninaa.
And thanne if ony man seie to you, Lo! here is Crist, lo! there, bileue ye not.
22 Kiristoosonni sobaatii fi raajonni sobaa ni kaʼuutii; isaanis yoo dandaʼameef, filatamtoota illee gowwoomsuuf jedhanii mallattoo fi dinqii ni hojjetu.
For false Cristis and false prophetis schulen rise, and schulen yyue tokenes and wondris, to disseyue, if it may be don, yhe, hem that be chosun.
23 Isin garuu of eeggadhaa! Ani waan hunda duraan dursee isinitti himeera.
Therfor take ye kepe; lo! Y haue bifor seid to you alle thingis.
24 “Bara sana keessa garuu dhiphina sana booddee, “‘Aduun ni dukkanoofti; jiʼis ifa ishee hin kennitu;
But in tho daies, aftir that tribulacioun, the sunne schal be maad derk, and the moon schal not yyue hir liyt,
25 urjiiwwan samii irraa ni harcaʼu; humnoonni samiis ni raafamu.’
and the sterris of heuene schulen falle doun, and the vertues that ben in heuenes, schulen be moued.
26 “Yeroo sana namoonni utuu Ilmi Namaa humna guddaa fi ulfinaan duumessaan dhufuu ni argu.
And thanne thei schulen se mannus sone comynge in cloudis of heuene, with greet vertu and glorie.
27 Innis Ergamoota isaa ergee filatamtoota isaa kanneen handaarawwan lafaa irraa hamma handaarawwan samiiwwaniitti jiran bubbeewwan afran irraa walitti qaba.
And thanne he schal sende hise aungelis, and schal geder hise chosun fro the foure wyndis, fro the hiyest thing of erthe til to the hiyest thing of heuene.
28 “Fakkeenya kana muka harbuu irraa baradhaa; yommuu dameen isaa latee baala baafatutti akka bonni dhiʼaate ni beektu.
But of the fige tree lerne ye the parable. Whanne now his braunche is tendre, and leeues ben sprongun out, ye knowen that somer is nyy.
29 Akkasuma isinis yommuu wanni kun raawwatamuu isaa argitanitti akka inni dhiʼaate, akka balbala irras gaʼe ni beektu.
So whanne ye seen these thingis be don, wite ye, that it is nyy in the doris.
30 Ani dhuguma isinittin hima; hamma wanni kun hundi taʼutti dhaloonni kun hin darbu.
Treuli Y seie to you, that this generacioun schal not passe awei, til alle these thingis be don.
31 Samii fi lafti ni darbu; dubbiin koo garuu gonkumaa hin darbu.
Heuene and erthe schulen passe, but my wordis schulen not passe.
32 “Waaʼee guyyaa sanaa yookaan waaʼee saʼaatii sanaa garuu Abbaa qofatu beeka malee namni tokko iyyuu hin beeku; ergamoonni samii irraa iyyuu hin beekan; yookaan ilmi iyyuu hin beeku.
But of that dai or our no man woot, nether aungels in heuene, nether the sone, but the fadir.
33 Of eeggadhaa! Dammaqaas! Yeroon sun yoom akka taʼe hin beektaniitii.
Se ye, wake ye, and preie ye; for ye witen not, whanne the tyme is.
34 Innis nama garboota isaatti taayitaa kennee, tokkoo tokkoo isaaniittis hojii isaa kennee, akka garbichi karra eegu immoo dammaqee eegu ajajee, mana isaa dhiisee karaa dheeraa deeme tokko fakkaata.
For as a man that is gon fer in pilgrimage, lefte his hous, and yaf to his seruauntis power of euery work, and comaundide to the porter, that he wake.
35 “Kanaafuu isin dammaqaa; yeroo itti abbaan mana sanaa deebiʼu, jechuunis galgala yookaan halkan walakkaa yookaan iyya indaanqoo yookaan barii obboroo taʼuu isaa hin beektaniitii.
Therfor wake ye, for ye witen not, whanne the lord of the hous cometh, in the euentide, or at mydnyyt, or at cockis crowyng, or in the mornyng;
36 Kunis akka inni akkuma tasaa dhufee utuu raftanuus isin hin arganneef.
leste whanne he cometh sodenli, he fynde you slepynge.
37 Ani waanan isiniin jedhu nama hundumaan nan jedha; ‘dammaqaa!’”
Forsothe that that Y seie to you, Y seie to alle, Wake ye.
