Iyyoob 6
1 Iyyoobis akkana jedhee deebise:
And he answered Job and he said.
2 “Utuu gaddi koo safaramee dhiphinni koo hundis madaalii irra kaaʼamee jiraatee!
Certainly [if] it will be weighed grief my (and destruction my *Q(K)*) in [the] balances people will raise together.
3 Waan inni cirracha galaanaa caalaa ulfaatuuf, ariitiin dubbachuun koo nama hin dinqisiisu ture.
For now more than [the] sand of [the] seas it will be heavy there-fore words my they have been rash.
4 Xiyyawwan Waaqa Waan Hunda Dandaʼuu na keessa jiru; hafuurri koo summii isaanii dhuga; sodaachisuun Waaqaa natti hiriireera.
For [the] arrows of [the] Almighty [are] with me which poison their [is] drinking spirit my [the] terrors of God they are arranged against me.
5 Harreen diidaa utuu marga qabuu halaakaa? Yookaan qotiyyoon utuu okaa qabuu baroodaa?
¿ Does it bray a wild donkey on grass or? does it low an ox on fodder its.
6 Nyaanni hin miʼoofne soogidda malee nyaatamaa? Yookaan bishaan hanqaaquu ni miʼaawaa?
¿ Is it eaten tasteless [food] because not salt or? [is] there taste in [the] slime of purslane.
7 Ani isa tuquu hin fedhu; nyaanni akkasii na dhukkubsa.
It refuses to touch [them] self my they [are] like [the] illness of food my.
8 “Utuu kadhannaan koo deebii argatee, Waaqnis waan ani hawwu naa kennee jiraatee,
Who? will he give it will come petition my and hope my he will give God.
9 utuu na caccabsuun fedhii Waaqaa taʼee, utuu harki isaa hiikamee na galaafatee!
And may he be willing God and may he crush me may he loosen hand his and may he cut off me.
10 Silaa kun jajjabina naa taʼa ture; dhukkuba hamaa keessatti iyyuu nan gammada ture; ani dubbii Qulqullicha sanaa hin ganneetii.
And may it be still - comfort my and may I jump in anguish [which] not it relents that not I have hidden [the] words of [the] holy [one].
11 “Ammas akkan abdadhuuf jabinni koo maali? Akkan obsuufis humni koo maali?
What? [is] strength my that I will wait and what? [is] end my that I will prolong life my.
12 Ani jabina dhagaa qabaa? Foon koos naasiidhaa?
[the] strength of Stones [is] strength my or? [is] flesh my bronze.
13 Ani of gargaaruuf humna tokko illee qabaa? Ogummaan na keessaa badeera mitii?
¿ If not [is] help my in myself and sound wisdom it has been banished from me.
14 “Namni michuu isaatiif garaa hin laafne Waaqa Waan Hunda Dandaʼu iyyuu sodaachuu dhiiseera.
[belongs] to Despairing [person] from friend his loyalty and [the] fear of [the] Almighty he will forsake.
15 Obboloonni koo garuu akka doloolloo, akkuma laga yeroof guutee darbuu gowwoomsitoota;
Brothers my they have acted treacherously like a wadi like a stream-bed of wadis [which] they pass away.
16 isaan laga cabbiidhaan booraʼee yommuu cabbiin sun baqutti immoo guutee irra yaaʼuu ti.
That are dark from ice over them it hides itself snow.
17 Lageen yeroo bonni cimutti ni goggogu; yeroo hoʼaatti immoo iddoo isaaniitii badu.
At [the] time [when] they flow they are silenced in heat its they are dried up from place their.
18 Warri gaalaan daldalan karaa isaanii irraa jalʼatu; gammoojjiitti namʼanii dhumu.
They twist [the] paths of way their they go up in the wasteland so they may perish.
19 Daldaltoonni Teemaa kanneen gaalaan daldalan bishaan barbaadu; karaa adeemtonni Shebaa immoo isaan abdatu.
They look [the] caravans of Tema [the] travelers of Sheba they look eagerly for them.
20 Isaan waan abdatanii turaniif ni qaanaʼan; achi gaʼaniis waan jedhan wallaalan.
They are disappointed for he had been confident they come to it and they were disappointed.
21 Ammas isin akka waan faayidaa hin qabnee taatan; gidiraa koo argitanii sodaattan.
For now you have become (it *Q(K)*) you have seen a terror and you were afraid.
22 Ani takkumaa, ‘Waa naaf kennaa’ yookaan ‘Qabeenya keessan furii naaf godhaa’ jedheeraa?
¿ For have I said give for me and from wealth your give a reward for me.
23 Yookaan, ‘Harka diinaa jalaa na baasaa’ yookaan, ‘Harka cunqursitootaa jalaa na furaa’ jedheeraa?
And rescue me from [the] hand of an opponent and from [the] hand of ruthless [people] you will ransom me.
24 “Na barsiisaa; ani nan calʼisa; iddoo ani itti dogoggores na argisiisaa.
Teach me and I I will keep silent and what? have I erred explain to me.
25 Dubbiin qajeelaan akkam ulfaataa dha! Falmiin keessan garuu maal mirkaneessa?
How! they are painful words of uprightness and what? does it prove completely from you.
26 Isin waan ani jedhu qajeelchuu, dubbii nama abdii kutatees akka bubbeetti heduu barbaadduu?
¿ To reprove words do you plan and to wind [the] words of [one who] despairs.
27 Isin ijoollee abbaa hin qabnetti ixaa buufattu; michoota keessaniifis boolla qottu.
Even on a fatherless one you will make fall and you may bargain on friend your.
28 “Amma garuu yoo fedhii keessan taʼe na ilaalaa. Ani fuula keessan duratti nan sobaa?
And therefore be willing turn on me and on faces your if I will lie.
29 Deebiʼaa; murtiis hin jalʼisinaa; hubadhaa; ani nama qajeelaadhaatii.
Turn back please may not it be injustice (and turn back *Q(K)*) still righteousness my [is] in it.
30 Jalʼinni arraba koo irra jiraa? Afaan koo daba addaan baasuu hin dandaʼuu?
¿ [is] there On tongue my injustice or? palate my not does it discern destruction.
