Ibroota 13
1 Akka obbolootaatti wal jaallachuu itti fufaa.
LET brotherly love continue.
2 Keessumoota simachuu hin irraanfatinaa; namoonni tokko tokko akkasiin utuu hin beekin ergamoota Waaqaa simataniiruutii.
Forget not to exercise hospitality: for thereby some have entertained angels unawares.
3 Warra mana hidhaa jiran akka waan isaan wajjin hidhamtaniitti, warra dhiphina keessa jiranis akka waan ofii dhiphattaniitti yaadadhaa.
Remember those who are in chains, as in chains with them; and those who are suffering afflictions, as being yourselves also in the body.
4 Fuudhaa fi heerumni nama hunda biratti haa kabajamu; sireen fuudhaa fi heerumaas qulqulluu haa taʼu; Waaqni ejjitootaa fi sagaagaltootatti ni muraatii.
Marriage is honourable for all persons, and the marriage bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.
5 Jireenya keessan jaalala maallaqaa irraa jabeessaa eeggadhaa; wanni qabdan isin haa gaʼu; Waaqni, “Ani gonkumaa si hin dhiisu; gonkumaas si hin gatu” jedheeraatii.
Let the tenor of your life be divested of the love of money; content with your present possessions: for he hath said, “I will in no wise leave thee, neither will I in any case forsake thee.”
6 Kanaaf nu ija jabinaan, “Gooftaan gargaaraa koo ti; ani hin sodaadhu. Namni maal na gochuu dandaʼa?” jenna.
So that we may with confidence say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
7 Hooggantoota keessan warra dubbii Waaqaa isinitti himanii turan sana yaadadhaa. Waan jireenya isaanii irraa argames ilaalaa; amantii isaanii duukaa buʼaa.
Remember your presidents, who have spoken to you the word of God: the ultimate issue of whose conduct attentively observing, be imitators of their fidelity.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, to-day, and for ever. (aiōn g165)
9 Barsiisa gosa hundumaa kan keessummaa taʼeen hin fudhataminaa. Garaan keenyas sirna waaʼee nyaataatiin utuu hin taʼin ayyaanaan jabina argachuu qaba; sirni waaʼee nyaataa warra isa kabajan iyyuu hin fayyadu.
Be not tossed about by various and strange doctrines: for it is good to have the heart firmly established by grace, not by meats, in which observances they who have walked have found no manner of advantage.
10 Nu iddoo aarsaa kan warri dunkaana qulqulluu keessa tajaajilan irraa nyaachuuf mirga hin qabne tokko qabna.
We have an altar, of which they have no right to eat, who perform the service in the tabernacle.
11 Lubni ol aanaan dhiiga horii qabatee sababii cubbuutiif aarsaa dhiʼeessuuf jedhee Iddoo Iddoo Hunda Caalaa Qulqulluu taʼe sana seena; foon horii sanaas qubata keessaa gad baafamee gubama.
For the bodies of those beasts are burnt without the camp, whose blood for a sin offering is brought into the holy of holies by the high-priest.
12 Kanaafuu Yesuusis dhiiga ofiitiin saba qulqulleessuuf jedhee karra magaalattiitiin alatti dhiphate.
Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
13 Egaa kottaa nus salphina inni baate sana baannee iddoo qubataatiin ala gara isaa haa dhaqnu.
Therefore let us go forth to him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
14 Nu magaalaa dhufuuf jirtu eegganna malee magaalaa bara baraa asii hin qabnuutii.
For we have not here an abiding city, but we earnestly seek that which is to come.
15 Kanaafuu kottaa utuu gargar hin kutin karaa Yesuusiitiin aarsaa galataa Waaqaaf haa dhiʼeessinu; aarsaan kunis dubbii maqaa isaa beeksisuuf afaan keenya keessaa baʼuu dha.
By him therefore let us offer a sacrifice of praise perpetually to God, that is the fruit of our lips confessing his name.
16 Waan gaarii gochuu fi waan qabdanis namaan gaʼuu hin dhiisinaa; Waaqni aarsaa akkasiitti gammadaatii.
But of beneficence, and liberal distribution, be not unmindful: for such sacrifices God accepts with delight.
17 Hooggantoota keessaniif ajajamaa; isaaniifis bulaa. Isaan waan itti gaafatamtoota lubbuu keessanii taʼaniif isin eegu; kanas utuu gaddaan hin taʼin akka isaan gammachuun hojjetaniif isaaniif ajajamaa; yoo isaan gaddaan hojjetan isin hin fayyaduutii.
Obey your presidents, and be subject to them: for they are vigilant for your souls, as being to render an account, that they may do it with joy, and not groaning: for that would be disadvantageous for you.
18 Isin Waaqa nuu kadhadhaa. Nu akka karaa hundumaan qalbii qulqulluu qabnuu fi akka jireenya kabajamaa jiraachuu hawwinu mirkaneeffanneerra.
Pray for us: for we have confidence that we maintain a good conscience, in all things desirous to conduct ourselves with propriety.―
19 Keessumattuu akka ani dafee deebiʼee gara keessan dhufuuf akka Waaqa kadhattan isin gorsa.
But I entreat you the rather to do this, that I may the more speedily be restored to you.
20 Waaqni nagaa inni karaa dhiiga kakuu bara baraatiin Gooftaa keenya Yesuus, Tiksee hoolotaa guddicha sana warra duʼan keessaa kaase sun, (aiōnios g166)
Now the God of peace, who brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, the great pastor of the sheep, by the blood of the everlasting testament, (aiōnios g166)
21 akka isin fedhii isaa raawwattaniif waan gaarii hundaan isin haa qopheessu; innis karaa Yesuus Kiristoosiitiin waan isa gammachiisu nu keessatti haa hojjetu; ulfinni bara baraa hamma bara baraatti Yesuus Kiristoosiif haa taʼu. Ameen. (aiōn g165)
make you fit for every good work to do his will, producing in you that which is acceptable in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory unto the everlasting ages. Amen. (aiōn g165)
22 Yaa obboloota nana, ani waan xalayaa gabaabaa isinii barreesseef, akka isin ergaa gorsaa kana obsaan fudhattan isin kadhadha.
But I entreat you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation; for I have written to you in few words.
23 Akka obboleessi keenya Xiimotewos mana hidhaatii hiikame akka beektan nan barbaada. Yoo inni dafee as dhufe ani isin arguuf isa wajjin nan dhufa.
Know that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
24 Hooggantoota keessan hundaa fi qulqulloota hundatti nagaa naa himaa. Warri Iixaaliyaa irraa dhufanis nagaa isinii dhaamu.
Salute all your presiding ministers, and all the saints. They of Italy salute you.
25 Ayyaanni isin hunda wajjin haa taʼu.
