1 Akka itti eegdonni karraa qoodaman: Gosa qoree keessaa: Ilmaan Asaaf keessaa Mesheleemiyaa ilma Qooraahi.
Concerning the diuisions of the porters, of the Korhites, Meshelemiah the sonne of Kore of the sonnes of Asaph.
2 Mesheleemiyaa ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis: Inni hangafti Zakkaariyaas, lammaffaan Yediiʼeel, sadaffaan Zabaadiyaa, Afuraffaan Yatniiʼeel,
And the sonnes of Meshelemiah, Zechariah the eldest, Iediael the seconde, Zebadiah the third, Iathniel the fourth,
3 inni shanaffaan Eelaam, jaʼaffaan Yehohaanaan, torbaffaan Eliihooʼeenayi.
Elam the fift, Ichohanan the sixt, and Eliehoenai the seuenth.
4 Oobeed Edoomis akkasuma ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis: Inni hangafti Shemaaʼiyaa, lammaffaan Yehoozaabaad, sadaffaan Yooʼaa, afuraffaan Saakaar, shanaffaan Naatnaaʼel,
And the sonnes of Obed Edom, Shemaiah the eldest, Iehozabad the second, Ioah the third, and Sacar the fourth, and Nethaneel the fift,
5 jaʼaffaan Amiiʼeel, torbaffaan Yisaakor, saddeettaffaan Pheʼuletii; Waaqni Oobeed Edoomin eebbiseeraatii.
Ammiel the sixt, Issachar the seuenth, Peulthai the eight: for God had blessed him.
6 Shemaaʼiyaan ilmi isaas ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis waan dandeettii guddaa qabaniif qajeelchitoota maatii abbaa isaanii turan.
And to Shemaiah his sonne, were sonnes borne, that ruled in the house of their father, for they were men of might.
7 Ilmaan Shemaaʼiyaa: Otnii, Raafaaʼeel, Oobeedii fi Elzaabaad; firoonni isaa Eliihuu fi Samaakiyaanis dandeettii guddaa qabu ture.
The sonnes of Shemaiah were Othni, and Rephael, and Obed, Elzabad and his brethren, strong men: Elihu also, and Semachiah.
8 Isaan kunneen hundi ilmaan Oobeed Edoom; isaan, ilmaan isaaniitii fi firoonni isaanii namoota jajjaboo dandeettii hojii qaban turan; ilmaan Oobeed Edoom; walumatti nama 62 turan.
All these were of the sonnes of Obed Edom, they and their sonnes and their brethren mightie and strong to serue, euen three score and two of Obed Edom.
9 Mesheleemiyaa fi firoota dandeettii guddaa qaban qaba ture; isaanis walumatti nama 18 turan.
And of Meshelemiah sonnes and brethren, eighteene mightie men.
10 Hoosaan inni gosa Meraarii sun ilmaan qaba ture; isaanis: Shimriin dura buʼaa ture; inni hangafa taʼuu baatu iyyuu abbaan isaa dura buʼaa isa godhee ture;
And of Hosah of the sonnes of Merari, the sonnes were Shuri the chiefe, and (though he was not the eldest, yet his father made him the chiefe)
11 inni lammaffaan Hilqiyaa, inni sadaffaan Xibaliyaa, inni afuraffaan Zakkaariyaas. Ilmaanii fi firoonni Hoosaa walumatti nama 13 turan.
Helkiah the second, Tebaliah the third, and Zechariah the fourth: all the sonnes and the brethren of Hosa were thirteene.
12 Garee eegdota karraa kana keessaa hangafoota isaaniitiif hojiin akkuma firoonni isaanii hojjetan sanaa mana Waaqayyoo keessa tajaajiluu ni kennameef.
Of these were the diuisions of the porters of the chiefe men, hauing the charge against their brethren, to serue in the house of the Lord.
13 Tokkoo tokkoo balbalaatiifis akkuma maatii maatii isaaniitti xinnaa guddaaf ixaan buʼe.
And they cast lottes both small and great for the house of their fathers, for euery gate.
14 Ixaan Karra Baʼa Biiftuu Shelemiyaaf baʼe. Ergasii immoo Zakkaariyaas ilma isaa gorsituu ogeessa sanaaf ixaan buʼe; ixaan balbala kaabaa isaaf baʼe.
And the lot on the East side fel to Shelemiah: then they cast lottes for Zechariah his sonne a wise couseller, and his lot came out Northward:
15 Ixaan Karra gama kibbaa Oobeed Edoomiif, kan mankuusaa immoo ilmaan isaatiif baʼe.
To Obed Edom Southwarde, and to his sonnes the house of Asuppim:
16 Ixaan Karra Lixa biiftuutii fi Karra Shaleekeet kan daandii olii irratti argamu Shufiimii fi Hoosaaf baʼe. Eegumsa tokko fuulleedhaan eegumsa biraatu ture:
To Shuppim and to Hosah Westwarde with the gate of Shallecheth by the paued streete that goeth vpward, warde ouer against warde.
17 Karaa baʼa biiftuutiin guyyaa guyyaatti Lewwota jaʼa, karaa kaabaatiin guyyaa guyyaatti afur, karaa kibbaatiin guyyaa guyyaatti afur karaa mankuusaa immoo yeroo tokkotti lamatu ture.
Eastward were sixe Leuites, and Northwarde foure a day, and Southward foure a day, and toward Asuppim two and two.
18 Oobdii gama lixa biiftuutiin jiruuf daandii irra afur, waltajjicha gubbaa immoo lamatu ture.
In Parbar towarde the West were foure by the paued streete, and two in Parbar.
19 Isaan kunneen garee eegdota karraa kanneen ilmaan Qooraahiitii fi Meraarii keessaa dhufanii dha.
These are the diuisions of the porters of the sonnes of Kore, and of the sonnes of Merari.
20 Lewwota keessaa Ahiiyaan itti gaafatamaa qabeenya mana Waaqaatii fi itti gaafatamaa miʼoota qulqulleeffamanii ture.
And of the Leuites. Ahiiah was ouer the treasures of the house of God, and ouer the treasures of the dedicate things.
21 Sanyiiwwan Laʼadaan kanneen karaa Laʼadaaniitiin Geershoonota taʼan warri hangafoota maatii Laʼadaan namicha gosa Geershoon sanaa turan: Yehiiʼeelii,
Of the sonnes of Laadan the sonnes of the Gershunnites descending of Laadan, the chiefe fathers of Laadan were Gershunni and Iehieli.
22 ilmaan Yehiiʼeelii, Zeetaamii fi obboleessa isaa Yooʼeel. Isaan kunis itti gaafatamtoota qabeenya mana qulqullummaa Waaqayyoo turan.
The sonnes of Iehieli were Zethan and Ioel his brother, appoynted ouer the treasures of the house of the Lord.
23 Amraamota keessaa, Yizihaarota keessaa, Kebroonota keessaa, Uziiʼeel keessaa:
Of the Amramites, of the Izharites, of the Hebronites and of the Ozielites.
24 Shebuuʼeel ilmi Geershoom ilma Musee sanaa itti gaafatamaa qabeenyaa hangafa ture.
And Shebuel the sonne of Gershom, the sonne of Moses, a ruler ouer the treasures.
25 Namoonni karaa Eliiʼezeriitiin firoota isaa taʼan immoo: ilma isaa Rehaabiyaa, ilma isaa Isaayyaas, ilma isaa Yooraam, ilma isaa Zikrii fi ilma isaa Sheloomiit.
And of his brethren which came of Eliezer, was Rehabiah his sonne, and Ieshaiah his sonne, and Ioram his sonne, and Zichri his sonne, and Shelomith his sonne.
26 Sheloomiitii fi firoonni isaa mankuusaa miʼoota Daawit mootichi, hangafoonni maatiiwwanii kanneen ajajjuuwwan kumaatii fi ajajjuuwwan dhibbaa turan, akkasumas ajajjoonni loltootaa biraa Waaqaaf addaan baasan irratti itti gaafatamtoota turan.
Which Shelomith and his brethren were ouer al the treasures of the dedicate things, which Dauid the King, and the chiefe fathers, the captaines ouer thousands, and hundreths, and the captaines of the armie had dedicated.
27 Isaan boojuu waraanaan argame keessaa gara tokko haaromsuu mana qulqullummaa Waaqayyootiif addaan baasanii kennan.
(For of the battels and of the spoyles they did dedicate to maintaine the house of the Lord)
28 Waan Saamuʼeel namichi mulʼata argu sun, Saaʼol ilmi Qiish, Abneer ilmi Neerii fi Yooʼaab ilmi Zeruuyaa dhiʼeessanii fi waan Waaqaaf addaan baafame hunda Sheloomiitii fi firoota isaatu eega ture.
And al that Samuel the Seer had dedicate and Saul the sonne of Kish and Abner the sonne of Ner, and Ioab the sonne of Zeruiah, and whosoeuer had dedicate any thing, it was vnder the hand of Shelomith, and his brethren.
29 Yizihaarota keessaa: Kenaaniyaa fi ilmaan isaa hojii mana qulqullummaatiin ala taʼetti Israaʼeloota irratti qondaaltotaa fi abbootii murtii taʼanii ramadaman.
Of the Izharites was Chenaniah and his sonnes, for the busines without ouer Israel, for officers and for Iudges.
30 Kebroonota keessaa: Hashabiyaa fi firoonni isaa kanneen dandeettii qaban kuma tokkoo fi dhibba torba biyya Israaʼel kan Yordaanosiin gama lixa biiftuu jirutti hojii Waaqayyoo hundaa fi tajaajila mootichaa irratti itti gaafatamtoota turan.
Of the Hebronites, Ashabiah and his brethren, men of actiuitie, a thousande, and seuen hundreth were officers for Israel beyonde Iorden Westward, in all the busines of the Lord, and for the seruice of the King.
31 Kebroonota keessaa akkuma galmee hiddaa dhaloota maatii isaaniitti Yeriyaan hangafa isaanii ture. Bara mootummaa Daawit keessa waggaa afurtamaffaatti galmeewwan ilaalamanii gosa Kebroon keessaa namoonni dandeettii qaban Yaʼizeer biyya Giliʼaadi keessaa sanatti argaman.
Among the Hebronites was Iediiah the chiefest, euen the Hebronites by his generations according to the families. And in the fourtieth yere of the reigne of Dauid they were sought for: and there were founde among them men of actiuitie at Iazer in Gilead.
32 Yiriiyaan firoota dandeettii qaban kanneen hangafoota maatii turan kuma lamaa fi dhibba torba qaba ture; Daawit mootichis waan kan Waaqaa taʼeef dhimma mootichaa hunda irratti gosa Ruubeen gosa Gaadii fi walakkaa gosa Minaasee toʼattoota godhe.
And his brethren men of actiuitie, two thousand and seuen hundreth chiefe fathers, whom King Dauid made rulers ouer the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the halfe tribe of Manasseh, for euery matter perteining to God, and for the Kings busines.
