ଗୀତସଂହିତା 98

1 ଗୀତ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ନୂତନ ଗୀତ ଗାନ କର; କାରଣ ସେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ବାହୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପକ୍ଷରେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସାଧନ କରିଅଛି।

A Psalme. Sing vnto the Lord a newe song: for hee hath done marueilous things: his right hand, and his holy arme haue gotten him the victorie.

2 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଜଣାଇ ଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିଗୋଚରରେ ଆପଣା ଧର୍ମ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି।

The Lord declared his saluation: his righteousnes hath he reueiled in the sight of ye nations.

3 ସେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଆପଣା ଦୟା ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତତା ସ୍ମରଣ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଦେଖିଅଛନ୍ତି।

He hath remembred his mercy and his trueth toward the house of Israel: all the ends of the earth haue seene the saluation of our God.

4 ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଆନନ୍ଦଧ୍ୱନି କର; ଉଚ୍ଚଧ୍ୱନି କର, ଆନନ୍ଦଗାନ କର ଓ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।

All the earth, sing ye loude vnto the Lord: crie out and reioyce, and sing prayses.

5 ବୀଣା ଯନ୍ତ୍ରରେ, ବୀଣା ଓ ଏକତାନ ସ୍ୱରରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରଶଂସା ଗାନ କର।

Sing prayse to the Lord vpon the harpe, euen vpon the harpe with a singing voyce.

6 ତୂରୀ ଓ ଭେରୀ ନାଦରେ ରାଜା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଆନନ୍ଦଧ୍ୱନି କର।

With shalmes and sound of trumpets sing loude before the Lord the King.

7 ସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତହିଁର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା, ଜଗତ ଓ ତନ୍ନିବାସୀ ସମସ୍ତେ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରନ୍ତୁ;

Let the sea roare, and all that therein is, the world, and they that dwell therein.

8 ନଦ-ନଦୀଗଣ କରତାଳି ଦେଉନ୍ତୁ; ପର୍ବତଗଣ ଏକ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଆନନ୍ଦଗାନ କରନ୍ତୁ;

Let the floods clap their hands, and let the mountaines reioyce together

9 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଗାନ କରନ୍ତୁ, କାରଣ ସେ ପୃଥିବୀର ବିଚାର କରିବାକୁ ଆସୁଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେ ଧର୍ମରେ ଜଗତର ଓ ନ୍ୟାୟରେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀବର୍ଗର ବିଚାର କରିବେ।

Before the Lord: for he is come to iudge the earth: with righteousnesse shall hee iudge the world, and the people with equitie.
